We were told when we dropped off a laptop for repair that we would be contacted before any fees were applied. We got the call to pick up the laptop and were told we would be charged a hefty fee. Over the course of multiple days, we contacted a few people, who seemed disgruntled over internal communications, and were able to finally pick up the laptop at no charge.

Took all the time needed to diagnose and fix computer. They called with status and explanation along the process. Everyone from front desk to the experienced tech was super accommodating. Thanks so much.

Google page hours don’t reflect actual operating says open till 6 but closed at 5:30. I called at 5:25 and phone were switched to closed voicemails. So I guess they close when ever they want.
