It was nice and affordable.

It is the easiest way to shop and the staff from managers,sales associates even the delivery guys treat you like family. I would go check them out you might be well pleased I have been with them for many years to count and I always go back when I need or want something

Very nice employees. Great selection of items. Prices are good. We have managed to pay off several items we have rent to own through this store. When my husband had emergency surgery and could not pay that worked with us because we were never late before. Now we are back on track and still have our items. The employees call you by name and make you feel like family.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Once you get something almost paid off they want to change due dates etc. They have a very high manager turnover rate. Go to Aarons. I do not recommend doing business with this company.

Ive done a lot of business here with this company. This store in particular. Ive had some good experiences but some were bad. The staff changes too much here. It seems like there are new faces everytime I pay my bill here. Ive recently had a bad experience with them. It seems that because of a mistake an employee made with one of my payments Ive been being penalized and didnt know why. Now I do because an employee there was very unwilling to listen to me or help me resolve my issue. I work in retail also and I understand why customers get upset sometimes. The difference between me and this employee is that I actively try to resolve the issue that the customer has. Unfortunately I WILL NOT do business with this store in the future. Maybe Ill do business with RAC again in the future but its going to be a while before I do. Until then Ill spend my hard earned money somewhere else. One other furniture company lost my business in a similar way but thats for another review. If I could go give negative stars I would.

One of the best rent to own centers Ive ever done business with. Highly recommend this location to get whatever you desire. Staff was professional, courteous and went above and beyond to made sure I had the best experience. Will be doing business again in the future.

I will NEVER do business again with the Dublin, GA. store. I was trying to buy a used washing machine on a repo discount. Paid half one week (to hold washer til following Friday) and was going to pay off and pick up washer. They sold the washer the day I came to pick it up. They were supposed to make it right, which did not happen. They didnt even try. Very dishonest and extremely bad business at this particular store.

I would not recommend this store to anyone. My daughter dealt with this store and they had poor customer service. She requested new furniture not used but I think they lied. The furniture is of poor quality. The management sucks. Buyer beware.

Their very rude and they ran over my water meater and busted the top .
