Needed a power supply for a used HP laptop computer. Salesperson greeted me, ask me what I needed went and looked up the correct numbers for the power supply brought one out. Wasnt quite the right size went back for another one. He open up the box, verified it was the correct one by attaching to laptop. send me off on my way with a friendly thank you π

Walked in to check out the Dyson cordless vacuums. The gentleman that helped us, John, was amazing. He was knowledgeable and friendly and not pushy at all. He let us hold different models and explained the difference between each one. We left with the Dyson Outside Total Clean and we are very happy with it.
Went to pick up 2 new phones with trade in. Id heard it was a nightmare and it would not be easy.Walked in was greeted, pointed to mobile, signed in and the person helping Taylor was amazing and got it done in 15 minutes.Fantastic experience

Typical Best Buy location with attentive and friendly staff. The displays in the computer peripherals section could use some tidying up, however. Unfortunately people like to take the keycaps from the keyboards on display and either put them on some other keyboard or take them home. Quite unfortunate, really.
Just you average, standard Best Buy. It is worth noting that mostly all the display models are working, which I know is not universal across Best Buys.I did not go in to buy anything, so I cannot comment on purchasing experience. The try on experience does leave my feeling a bit grimy though, I dont know how often the devices are cleaned (Im guessing not often).
This is where the Geek Swuad is. They give excellent service for your TV snd computer. I have been using them for years and wont consider going any place else for such services.
The gentleman at the door was awesome. He greeted me and asked if I had an order for pickup. He said wait here and he ran and got my order. He saved me from having to wait in a long line!

Very good service. Everyone seemed anxious to help with finding the item I needed and pointing out the difference between two models of the same product and then processing the exchange of a device that wouldnt work with the TV.
I went in for a price adjustment and was one day past the normal time frame but they handled it with a smile and made it super easy. Many times employees love to say No to anything outside the policy. The good people at Best Buy Dublin took care of it then apologized because it took a while as it was a bit complicated. Im sorry I didnt get their names but they did a super job.

Spoke for over 30 minutes with a peripherals/gaming department representative. One of my best Interactions I have had at any best buy location. I am only sad because I couldnt remember that spectacled gentlemans name for this post.I went in to replace my Razer black widow chroma v2, it is a very pretty but very loud keyboard. Ended up replacing it with a speed silver Corsair branded keyboard after much deliberation with the above stated individual. Ended up also getting an Xbox controller and Bluetooth adapter to use said controller on my PC.Good experience.
James was very helpful and patient in everything with us as compared to other shops like Lowes and Home Depot. Also had his promotions for our purchase. We gave Best Buy or business.

This is the BestBuy in Dublin. Staff are very nice and helpful but I went there to get a strap and extra charger for my Fossil Smartwatch (which I bought at Best Buy too), a waterproof case and adapter for my Pixel 4a so I can charge and at the same time play music using the aux in my car but they didnt have any of those in that store. Not sure if other stores carry them though. I havent checked yet.

I mean, its a big box home electronics store. Service has always been good even if it takes a moment to find an available worker. Stock levels have always been good on everything Ive come looking for except the PC department which primarily deals in cobwebs and dust.
I had my usual experience at Best Buy. Too many interruptions by staff when I was just browsing (even though I know they mean well). Everyone wasfollowing the current COVID-19 protocol ( ππ). I will return because on the whole, I enjoy shopping there.
I will never shop at Best Buy again, the store has a policy of not answering their in store phone, in making an error in ordering, it not allowed to correct or cancel the order, you must wait until wrong item is delivered and then return it. Boy they aint Amazon by a long shot.Bye bye Best Buy

Allegedly they have manufacturers make specific model numbers just for them even when they are exactly the same product. This keeps the you from getting them to price match.

Service is usually quick as long as its not Black Friday... I usually go here for my phone screen warranty for replacement, since I usually crack my screen protector every 3 months

Though it took a while to get help, Jeremy was fantastic. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Store had really good Covid protocols. Great price on the Motorola phone I bought.
We always get great prices and excellent service at this store, with only a few exceptions. Some employees have worked at this location for 10+ years, and staff is always eager to help. Best Buy price matches with Amazon, and the curbside pickup is a breeze. Iβm a big fan of Best Buy as an alternative to Amazon, and for higher end purchases, the magnolia store inside this location is a class act.

They always know where items are located, and are always willing to assist.The stock here is not great but at least the employees will help to order things that arent there.Along with the stock, the only criticism I have is that the store is a little unorganized. Despite this, the employees are able to find out of place items.Overall, this is a good bestbuy if you live in the area and need to get something quickly that isnt too intense stock wise.

This Best Buy location is quite well staffed. Everyone is very helpful and gives you the right direction and advice. I went in for a TV and Alex, the salesman, patiently answered all my questions and gave me info on various TV brands and models.
01/08: This feedback is specifically for the personnel at the Geek Squad. I had a need to see them to get my iPhone fixed and the lady at the counter was pretty rude and hardly interested to help. When asked for supervisor to seek additional help, the answer was that supervisor is not in the store. Waste of time - would try to avoid this place as much as I can in the future.
Bought a Blu-Ray player online and picked up here today. Pickup line was 3 people in front of me but the pace was quick. Many people wandering around inside. Several employees tending to business.
Amazing service. We ordered a washer dryer and it got delivered on time.So this might seem a bit expected but it absolutely not.We went to 3 stores before this ordered twice & had to cancel both times. One of them lost our appliances in transit and the other one broke it in their warehouse.And all of the retailers did not have choices. If they have the washer then they were missing the dryer and vice versa.No such nonsense here. Walked in. All the models on display were available to be delivered within a week. On time delivery with fitting.I wouldve gone to BBY earlier if I knew they sell washer dryers.

Quincy is the best! I met Quincy about a month ago while looking at TVs, for a future purchase. We went back on black Friday and to my surprise, he was there and available. We were in and out in 30 minutes with TV, sound bar and mount!
Came here to pick up an item I bought online now I know there was going to be a line but the fact they only had one person doing online pickups with about 40 in line was crazy. After each order she went back inside took her time finally to bring out the item. Should have been 2 people or at least ask as few next in line there names and bring more than just one at a time. Finally after an hour it took to get through 7 people I rudely got my item and thought im not coming back here. I get its busy but frowning whole time no personality and rudely greeting customers not a good impression
Went looking for a new iPad...salesperson at first cant find the model I want, then he can, and suddenly my best option is across the SF Bay....60+ miles round trip. Not the brightest experience Ive had, but Best Buy is becoming infamous for not having material on hand, even though its on display. Went to Costco, bought everything & saved money.

Always been a go to place for my electronics needs, staff always very helpful and really appreciate their willingness to help me find what I need at the best price point. Even if not from Best Buy themselves (donβt tell their managers).

I been a member thinking the return policy is good but after I tried to return the less than 30 days item, they never accept and the customer service is not friendly very arrogant to deal not even a single smile. I donβt want to go back again here and I will cancel my membership.
