Was told they wouldn’t buy my iPhone XS because the rear glass was cracked.....isn’t that what you do? Phone repair? The cracked glass had ZERO impact on the operation of the phone. It’s been that way for over a year. I just got a new phone. Makes no sense. The guy just didn’t want my business.

So many things wrong with this place I went to get my phone fixed Muslim guy said itll take around 5 days eh ok not that long but the guy orders the wrong parts very unprofessional for someone with 4 stars so I wait another school week then on the 2nd oh were waiting for the parts to get her come to find out on the third week he ordered the parts from california like dude cant you just order the same phone off of Amazon and use those parts I looked it up myself they had my phone on sell for 172 dollars dont come plus I paid 96 dollars just dont come

I took in an iPad that wasnt charging appropriately. They ran diagnostics and cleaned the port free of charge. The iPad now works problem free. I will be back with any repairs needed in the furture.

Got my broken screen fixed there! They did a good job. I had my iPhone 6s repaired for $80. It took about 60 minutes to fix.

I have taken my Apple devices here 3 times and they did an excellent job. The turn around time is 24 hours and the service is awesome. Compared to other places where they charge almost an arm and a leg this place has the lowest prices in town. I’d suggest you try this pace before you go elsewhere as most of them are franchises or greedy repair shops.

Went into this wonderful store today because my iPhone wouldnt turn on (Even when connected to a charger). I previously went to Microcenter to get a free diagnostics check, where they had told me that my charging port needed replaced. I called iGadget and was given a quote of only $40 to replace the port. After only 5 minutes of being in the actual store, my phone was fixed. Come to find out, the port only needed cleaned! I never got his name but the man who I assume to be the owner, took my phone to the back and fixed it up with ease. Not only did he fix up my phone in a matter of minutes, but he didnt even charge me! I offered to pay at least $10 or $20 but he told me not to worry about it and to have a good day. This place has definitely earned my business. When I need a new phone or ever need repairs, this is the place I will be! Definitely recommend!

I have used this shop more than once. I own my own IT company and have the ability to repair my own devices, but do not always have the time to repair them myself. I also have clients that need device repairs, and this is the place I usually take their devices. Below have been my experiences (both personal and professional):1) We had to replace the damaged screen on a Microsoft Surface 4. Very reasonable price ($120ish) to do the screen replacement, and only took a day or two. They were very knowledgeable on the subject. They asked very detailed questions about the Surface over the phone before we even took it in, to determine if it the repair was viable.2) Most recently, water spilled on my Nexus 9 tablet. The tablet overall was fine, but it would not stop vibrating. They took the tablet, dried it out, and traced the lead for the vibrator. Most shops would have taken advantage and recommended costly repairs. They disconnected the damaged vibrator and offered to replace the vibrator. Vibration on the tablet is not necessary for me, so I opted not to repair. Very honest technicians! It only cost me $40 for them to fix my tablet.If Im ever in the need for device repairs, I will be back.

Reasonably priced, great small business. Hope I wont need to replace a cracked screen again but if I do, this place will always get my business.

I had a cracked phones when walked in the nice gentleman greeted me and said that e would have my phone fixed in 40 minutes. the only reason Im giving it 4/5 is because of the price. 100 dollars. When I could have done it myself for 20 dollars also my air brightness is not that good... but all in all very good.

Brought my Google Pixal3xl here they had it for a week and called me said it was finished, I live an hour away I go to pick it up I get there he says it wasnt fixed they had to order another screen. I call a week later they say its done, I get there he said it was fixed but the battery was dead. I get it home charge it within the hour it stops working. I take it back he says we cracked the LCD not his problem. This place is a joke go anywhere else...

DO NOT COME HERE. I got my phone back and it wasnt even attached at top. I could see between the screen and the phone itself. Plus the touchscreen would just stop working at random times. I HIGHLY recommend NOT coming here. Spend the extra 20 somewhere else and get it done correctly.

Not even a week later and my screen is cracked again, and this time it wasnt from a drop! I know my phone wasnt an iPhone and was unfamiliar but this doesnt seem so right. No help or anything. Now I have to somehow find another $96 on a screen, and particularly I cant afford it. Cheap screens do not work do not reccomend this place at all.

I came here because my phone was horribly cracked after I got my phone fixed I noticed a small crack and I haven’t even gotten in my car. The next day there was one big crack across my phone and I didn’t even drop my phone yet and then my phone crack started progressively getting bigger so I realized they probably were fixing there phones with cheap class so I went back to the shop and told the man that was working there and he started ignoring me and started acting like the store was closing and he walked away to the back. I have never witnessed any store worse then this, The employees are very disrespectful and I recommend not to go there don’t Waste your money on this cheap glass!!!

Fantastic job! Quick and great service!We werent event sure they could save our iPhone. The glass had shattered very badly, and chunks of non screen parts were exposed and out of place. They seemed unphases by the damage and quoted $55. It was ready in an hour and looks great and seems to work just fine. Really happy we tried to get it repaired instead of wasting a bunch of money on a new phone!

This place is terrible. I haven’t dropped my phone yet it started cracking again by it self! When we went in to ask to get it fixed the guy working there turned his back on us and kept ignoring us! He said his name was mike but we’re pretty sure he was lying. He was very rude and disrespectful. The glass they fixed my phone with is absolutely terrible. Never go here. Terrible experience.

Love the book signings here. Parking is notoriously difficult. Arrive early for events as space fills up fast and you will have to stand the whole evening. Pre-buy the book if possible, although the signing lines are run very efficiently so the wait doesnt feel too excessive.

Do not go here! Run away! I got my IPhone 6 fixed here and within weeks I started having issues with the screen getting hot and glitching. The brightness is not go anymore either. I have used iGadget twice. The first time we had a glass screen repair on my daughters iPad. They were fast and efficient and the screen has held up through my 3 year olds daily use. On the second occasion, I used for my personal phone due to my speaker not being loud enough during calls. The guy replaced the speaker and it actually made my phone worse. It made my phone echo and a 5-10 second lag when receiving sounds. I complained so he switched it back to my original. I ended up taking my phone to Apple and they said that the person didnt put my phone back together correctly and left screws out from my screen so now I have a phone missing screws and Apple wont work on phones that had 3rd party repairs.

Got my iPhone 6 screen replaced here two weeks back, with in a week screen started cracking without dropping the phone. Looks like they use cheap quality screens or they don’t installed it right to crack the screen without doing anything. Went back and asked the guy who replaced it, he is saying you did something to crack the screen. I went here because it’s 20 dollar cheaper than others, now I have to pay another 80 dollars to replace again. Don’t go here

The guy did not take any responsibility for it.I told the guy I just used the Home button and it’s fingerprint feature before dropping it off. Had them fix my cracked iPhone 5s screen. Sure it only took 40 minutes, but the screen they used to replace is extremely poor quality. My phone does not work the same anymore. Due to the poor quality of screen they replaced it with, the touch sensitivity is off, by A LOT. I can try to click on an app in the top right corner of my phone and it will sense my finger clicking on the bottom left of the phone and open something completely different. Also, the coloring is way off now. After they fixed my crack screen, now my phone has a subtle (but still visible enough that its annoying) green filter. I asked they guy immediately why the phone looked that way at the counter as I picked it up, and he would not even budge to rectify the situation. Totally wish I had spent my $80 elsewhere. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME/MONEY HERE.

Dont do it. Stay very far away from this place. First, let me say I work in digital marketing, so I know how detrimental a poor review can be for any company which is why I rarely do this, and usually give the organization the benefit of the doubt. However, that is impossible to do in this case. At the end of August, I took my MacBook Pro to iGadget to have the screen repaired. They took a look at it and said they could do it. I knew it would be expensive, but the screen was unreadable, and it was better to fix the screen than buy a new Mac. My husband had also been dealing with a cracked screen on his iPhone for a while (you know how its not horrible and you deal with it until you cant stand it anymore?) and decided to go ahead and finally get that repaired as well. Ive had this computer for over 2 years, and this was the first time anything on it broke. My husband and I were glad to get our screens fixed, and when we picked up the items they looked good as new. But the joke was on us. Only 3 weeks later, the MacBook screen broke AGAIN. There was no impact, no abuse... and the side of the screen shattered. I was shocked. Ive owned many computers and have never seen anything like it. Its also worth mentioning around this time my husbands iPhone screen had started to break away from his phone. So TWO items that were fixed around that same time at this place we trusted, were broken again. So what did we do? My husband and I went back to the shop and showed them what was going on. And what did he do? He fought repairing both of them!!! Saying it HAD to be our fault. Then finally he said he would repair my husbands phone (again- the glue on the screen had peeled away and the screen was coming off. How is this my husbands fault?), but he wouldnt fix my computer or reimburse my money. He accused me of breaking it again. I told them one of three things happened: either they used crappy factory outlet material and thats why it broke, they used good product and it wasnt installed correctly, or both. He refused to listen. Not a penny back for a screen that broke in less than a month after having it fixed, and no offer to fix it again. It cost me over $400. I just got off the phone with my credit card company to dispute the charges. This is something Ive NEVER done in my life. And now Im leaving a negative review, something Ive RARELY done. This was the worst customer service Ive ever experienced in my life. My advice to anyone reading this? ONLY take a phone to be repaired, and make sure its not a phone you really care about. My husbands screen STILL isnt functioning properly. When he taps the glass to open an app or hang up a call, he usually has to tap a few times to get it to work. And the screen heats up quite a bit. (Which is why we think its a cheap product.) Hes dealing with it though because he qualifies for a new phone in January. So only three more months to go dealing with a crappy screen. We will never be back, and we will definitely let our friends know to steer clear. Hopefully this story will save anyone else from going through this crap.

I took my iPad here for a repair. They told us over the phone that it would be like new after the repair was done. Upon picking it up we noticed gouges out of all sides of the device as well as glue stuck on the back. When we addressed it with the worker he said thats what we do with all the iPads to remove the broken glass and indicated that all of them leave their store broken. When we addressed our dismay with the quality of work noting they has damaged the device, he said rudely what do you want me to do without offering solutions. I am very disappointed with the quality of work and expected more since the reviews were excellent. Please be careful!

Do not go here, The way they do things could not be more convoluted. I had broken the sensitizer on my old phone and didnt have some pictures backed up and i asked them to load my photos on my new phone, however when they said they would do it they mysteriously took my phone to the back of the store where i couldnt see what they were doing it, it took them 40+ min, they said i had 2000 pics which i do not doubt, but they refused to put the photos on my phone at the time of that visit, i went back a week later and told them to load my photos on my new phone, i checked my storage and nothing had changed!! I went back a 3rd time, and asked they load my photos on a hard drive, i took it home and checked it, there was no more than 500 randomly choosen photos, they were very poor at communicating, and very shady do not give them the time, i wish i could have my phone back, i regret this.
