I was hesistant to come to cricket because of all the bad reviews ive seen, so I decided to go to the store #121 ( Dublin GA ) and talk to someone, when I walked in I was greeted by this handsome young man named emury, he was so nice and polite and he made me smile the whole time I was there, he explained crickets services and what they had to offer, I currently am still with my old provider but I am thinking about going to cricket, if your ever in dublin make sure you go see Emury.

If you ever go to this cricket be sure to talk to the gentleman named Emory he was very helpful, I most definitely will do my service there with him from now on out .

Love the pricing and service coverage. Hate the poor customer service! You could have had at last a 4 star review if you answered your business phone. I will not change this review so dont bother asking!

I was having a bad day and i went here to purchase a phone and a young man who people call ej helped me out tremendously, i bought the LG Stylo 6 and he helped me fix the phone up and everything. His customer service was excellent!

After a bad experience with another company we came to Cricket because our Daughter and Son-in-law had better service than we did for half the price. They were very helpful and pleasant to work with. We no longer have everyone telling us we’re breaking up and they can’t hear us and dropped calls. The internet is a lot better too. 👍🏻

Very friendly and helpful sales associates. I received a great deal on a phone, and the service has been awesome. I drive a lot of country roads in my hour commute to work and never lose service. They have a good variety of plans and phones to fit your needs. They even offer some phones free if you switch your number from another company.

I went to take a phone back that I could not set up on my own.and the person who sold it to me was of no help.on Wednesday .but the manager assured me it would get taken care of on Friday.and I picked out a android phone I would purchase Friday.when I get my money from returned phone.the district manager would be there Friday and the Manager.

I love my cricket wireless service but the ladies who were working in there today were horrrible. Told me they dont get paid enough to fix the problem on my phone that I need to call someone else. Never again will I come into this store.

Only 1 star because it wont let me leave 0 the staff are incompetenti went in to purchase a new sim card an the girl ended up breaking my phone by ripping the non removable back coverage off to get to my sim card that is in the side of the phone and then I was told that accidents happen and if I wanted a replacement phone I would have to buy it out of my pocket they were not responsible

My name is Tyrell Bryant, I was a former store manager for a Cricket Wireless and have vast knowledge of cell phones and the Cricket service itself. I also worked as customer service agent for an AT&T call center, retail sales consultant at an Authorized Retailer AT&T Store, once again store manager at Authorized Retailer Cricket, and the same (store manager) for a Metro By T-Mobile. Not a recommended place to do business with. I didnt sign up for Cricket service at this store but i have paid my bill there a few times. There is a $3.00 CHARGE just to make a monthly payment. The customer service reps do not seem to have an appreciation for the customers time. I have had to wait an avg of 8 to 10 min EveryTime i went to pay my monthly bill. I know some things cannot be rushed but oftentimes something can be put on hold to complete a separate 30 second transaction.The people that work at the counter are rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional. I have stood at the counter hearing the two employees talk about personal/home situations that had nothing to do with me, all while I was waiting to make a payment.I can understand paying a dollar or maybe at most, two, to a small store like that to help keep their doors open if thats where i am paying the bill. However, i have a problem with paying $3 extra just to wait around while the employees discuss their kids and boyfriendsIve not had a whole lot of problems with Cricket coverage for the 18months of service, but i will be porting my number to another carrier within a month and will not be going back to Cricket, especially not this location.
