Had originally planned to have my iPhone 12 Pro screen replaced but was informed by CPR employee that it would be cheaper to send back to Apple, although they could do it and had the parts. I also had an iPhone 7 with a busted screen that still worked. I had them replace the screen on it while I wait for my 12 to be fixed from Apple. Checked on the Apple repairs website and the employee was correct, as Apple charged $309 to replace the screen on the 12 pro. CPR’s price was $399. Since I had a functioning phone, I decided to let Apple repair it. Overall good, honest, professional service, and would recommend to anyone.

I was really impressed with not only how fast the battery was replaced but how knowledgeable the staff was. I was the last appointment on a Saturday afternoon but I was treated just as nicely as if I had been the first. I will be doing business here again.

I first came to this place to get my Laptop fix. My Laptop needed new hinges and they also found other stuff when they did diagnosis, so they fixed that up too. When I got it back, my laptop looked good as new. Today I brought my Xbox One and iPhone 8 Plus to get repair. My Xbox needed a disc drive replacement and my iPhone needed a battery replacement. I got my iPhone back today and I’m satisfied with the results and I know they will do an awesome job with my Xbox. This is my first time doing a review on Google and I gladly have y’all take the first review. If anybody need to get their iPhone, Android, Samsung, Laptop, Desktop, Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo, etc repair, I highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed 10/10.

I was so thankful for the timely repair of my laptop. I cracked the screen and needed it for school. While they ordered the part, I was able to keep the computer so I could still do my schoolwork. The part came in super quick, too, and they had it fixed in a couple of hours. The price was also a little less than what I was expecting! Super nice & super helpful and communicated well and worked in such a timely manner. Definitely will see them again if I break anything else!

I was playing among us in the car on the way home from a family visit, when i got off the car after fixing the lights and a meeting was called, i had accidentally dropped my phone on the ground. I took my iPhone 11 in for cracked screen! Got the phone back some-what working. 5 days later the whole screen fell off! Thats after it already been messing up!!! 200$ for nothing! Now when I try to take my phone back they said they are suddenly doing renovations?? And can’t see me? What a JOKE!!! Terrible. Terrible. Terrible!

The Manager at CPR was rude and dismissive!He wouldnt even let me explain myself. I called because they broke the finger print sensor on my note 8 when I had them fix the screen. This location is independently owned and obviously the manager needs a class in customer service.I called the customer service number and they cant do anything. Be ready when you go in to deal with a really arrogant dismissive manager. Sad.

Very rude and unprofessional. Had them replace my iPhone X screen and they broke the facial recognition and then informed me my warranty wasn’t valid because I didn’t want them creeping in my messages or any other personal information. Very upset over the way they handled the situation and only offered to refund me if they put back the old screen.. which I wasn’t willing to do because they had already damaged my iPhone when they replaced the screen. So I’m left with a iPhone without a working Face ID.EDIT: There was NEVER a mention on a warranty OR the fact that it would be void all because your creep employee wanted to skim through my pictures. We advised that we would test it with CJ - the creeper - when picking up the phone. We were told it would take a half hour.. 3 hours later we received a very ignorant call stating that my warranty was void over something that was NEVER discussed. There is NO NEED for access into a phone just to replace the screen.If you want you phone data stolen and iPhone in worse condition than you left it, then this is the place for you!

Phone no work.... Now phone work 👍As a younger person I understand certain situations with technology can be... stressful. Anyone can be skeptical upon receiving a phone repair. I also know it isnt easy to get a Galaxy Note 10 Plus screen repair anywhere for a decent price. As a first time customer I was amazed by the staff as well as a rundown on how they work with devices. To be fare I a 22 yr old person with little knowledge about tech I can certainly say that it was not an issue or stressful to understand them at all when they explained to me about thier policies and warranties when I was confused. They gave me ( The screen protecting warranty is only $10 after you buy a screen protector for 39.99 ) pitch and im just saying... It was not difficult to understand. The Warrenty goes for the Screen Protector not the actual phone screen. My repair took a bit longer then anticipated but I was in no rush at all. After a day now its been feeling like a charm. I wouldnt mind going back there at all. 👍

Worst experience ever! A simple screen replacement turned bad, he broke my phone and they couldnt find the part to fix my phone. Almost 4 weeks later and three visits, missing time from work, they FINALLY fixed the problem. Ill be switching to an IPhone so my insurance company doesnt send me here ever again. This place sucks!

My daughter cracked her phone & warranty wouldnt replace it b/c it was cracked. I took it here & her phone was fixed good as new. It took less than 45 mins for them to fix it.Update 6/24/2020: My son was having an issue with his phone not coming on. It was just a black screen with the Apple logo. Verizon was no help at all and usually isnt in my experience when it comes to Apple products. Anyway, I took it to CPR and it was nothing for them to get my sons phone back up and running. And a couple of weeks before that I had an audio issue with my iPad and they explained everything to me and it is now working good as new. I tell everyone that need repairs to go there. They are wonderful, fast, and dont overcharged.

I had a new iPhone battery installed 8-ish months ago. Immediately after getting it back, the screen started to flicker to inverted or negative colors that would usually clear after locking/unlocking it a couple of times. Finally, It went negative and wouldn’t revert back. So I went back to CPR to get it fixed. Ended up having to pay for a new screen even though it was his error.After the screen replacement, I noticed several functions stopped working the same day it was repaired. These include: the selfie camera, the step counter, the level and compass, and the “Hey Siri” function. When I took it back to him, he looked at it but absolutely refused to admit fault. Even though the step counter stopped on THE SAME DAY he had it - all the settings indicated it should still be counting. He was friendly about it, but still insisted there’s nothing he could have done to mess those functions up.So I took my phone to Blitz PC and was told he messed up a sensor that they couldn’t fix, and I’d probably have to send it to Apple. I haven’t done that yet because I’m swearing off smart phones after this one anyway.So I can not FaceTime or Skype my long-distance relatives. I can not use a Fitbit or any fitness tracker. I actually did use the level, but it’s not functional. With the compass not working, Maps doesn’t show the correct direction I’m traveling in, making navigating a little more difficult. And I can’t conveniently start a timer at work just by saying “Hey Siri” when my hands are full.Oh. And the “new” battery is faulty again after only 8 months.I will never give CPR my business again and will highly discourage any of my friends and family from going there if they care about their $800 phones.

Have an iPhone 7 and cracked my camera lens. Could not find anyone until I saw a new store in Dublin called techrx. Met CJ an awesome tech guy and was able to fully fix and repair the lens. Hands down best hardware repair place I been too. Fully recommend it to anyone needing their iPhone repair

If you are having trouble with your cell phone or tablet, this is the place to go. During my visit, I had a Motorola droid Turbo 2 which needed a new battery and it was repaired within 2 days and I got another year of use from the phone. It was an expensive phone and I was glad that I had it repaired rather than having to buy a new phone at that time.

Im from Orlando and was visiting my parents one weekend and I dropped my phone leaving a restaurant. My iPhone 6+ shatters. Devestated I was cause how am I going to get it fixed theres no Apple Store here and I had a very important phone call coming in about my sons results. I end up asking my brother in law (mom doesnt know tech anything) if there was a place around town that he knew of. So he takes me to TechRx and I was skeptical just because Ive never went anywhere else to fix a phone than Apple. Once we walked in we were greated with a hello and how may I help you today (from Orlando dont get that a lot) told him what happen then showed him my phone. He explains to me what parts that needed to be replaced and how he does it. (Apple just takes my phone and says be back at this time for pick up.) He then tells me my phone will be ready in a hour. Was shocked. I asked him did you work for Apple before. He laughed said no sir. Just under a hour and phone was complete. Phone was perfect! The new case I bought from them while I waited I still use today. Got my phone call the next day and the results were negative. Turned out to be a great weekend after all. After my experience with TechRx I still use them for the rest of my devices. They have fixed my daughters and wifes iphone and the iPad. Takes a little longer due to the shipping but I trust them completely. Thank you again. Now if you would open one up in Orlando that would be great!
