I had done extensive research before stepping foot on the lot. I knew exactly what I was looking for and what I was willing to pay. It was so refreshing for Joe, Rich, and Andy to be so knowledgeable, professional, and proficient. It was a quick and almost effortless experience, which is the best kind. They listened to me and got me into the exact vehicle for a very competitive price. Overbearing sales people and dismissive service staff have caused very negative experiences for me in past and will make me walk of a lot without a second thought. The service I received was completely opposite. These gentlemen made every effort to provide me with a pleasurable experience and they succeeded. If zero was an option, that is what they would get. This has been the absolute worst experience I have ever had in buying a car. Started with a cover up of a smell in the car that I had to fight to get them to make right. Now, before my first payment is even due, the car has transmission issues. My car has been at the service department since 11/1/2021 and I was told that they needed to take it to a local Chevrolet dealership for service. On 11/3/21 I contacted the Chevy dealership for an update. Surprise! the car was not taken there and when a rep. from Infiniti called me, I was informed that I was supposed to take the car there. I find that really odd since they couldnt even tell me if the car was drivable, or if any additional harm would come if it was driven. I was assured after my call at 1:48 pm on 11/3/21 that the car would be delivered to the Chevy dealership within 20 minutes. Called the Chevy dealership today, 11/4/21, and they have not received the car. Cant get a response from Infiniti.

I had a great experience here, and this is the only location in the state that had the vehicle model with my desired specs. I showed up 3x before deciding on a purchase, all right before closing, since that is when I was off work. Hassan still treated me with friendly, respectful customer service, and continued to follow up with me while I was on the fence about buying, and accommodating my meticulous expectations. Everyone from the admin to sales and finance were extremely helpful and kind, a great team effort to keep customers happy. I received a highly competitive value on my trade-in as well. Im hooked - Infiniti for life - the epitome of luxury! Oh, and lets be honest, I cant forget the real reason I return regularly - the wonderful Stabucks drink dispenser with delicious chai lattes and hot cocoa 😄

I hate being this guy, but poor service, poor communication and zero accountability. Long story, details and timestamps show everything.Friday 5/28/21 - test drove my car and it was great, signed the purchase papers, off the market, have to wait for money to process to take keysWednesday 6/2 - upon picking it up, I immediately noticed a severe wobble in the car and steering wheel at highway speeds and notified them.*Side note* This could only happen if someone absolutely plowed through a pothole or over a speed bump between my test drive and picking it up, wobble was THAT bad. they said nothing, let me drive away like I wouldnt notice. the dealership will not own up to it.6/9 - drop off car at service, two wheels found BENT. shipped to wheel medic to be straightened, afterward stating “balanced right up, road test good”6/12 - pick car up, Drive away and immediately notice car unchanged, wobbling badly.6/15 - return to service, found two broken wheel spacers, manager texts pic from cellphone, they replace those. Confident this time the car would drive smooth, The technician confirmed.6/18 - pick up car, still has wobble and I immediately call them back. Nobody answers, I leave a voicemail. No response is received over the next several days, I leave one or two more voicemails6/24 - I get a text from manager stating they will talk with the director tomorrow AM on next steps.6/29 - I follow up again, no response to two more voicemails on their company line. The send a text, “the technician found replacement wheels. working to figure out cost before buying, and approve with director.” I clarify they know for certain its a wheel issue, they confirm it is definitely a wheel issue.7/9 - No communication for 1.5 weeks. left 2 more voicemails since 6/29. I send text to the managers cell#, responds they will talk to the director about this today.7/12 - I text back to ask for updates.7/15 - Still no updates, I text back again asking how they will address this issue. They respond: director still needs to approve replacing wheels, but on vacation until 7/19 and the I am texting is going on vacation tomorrow until 7/26. Implies we cannot do anything, did not attempt to schedule another appt until all back from vacation despite other staff in the building. They reiterate this is definitely wheel issue.7/30 - still no response, I call, it goes to voicemail. they call later that morning, they cannot schedule me until 8/16, claim they will make reminders on the 4th and 9th of August in case anything opens up. No effort to prioritize me at this point.8/16 - after two months of waiting, I turn in my car again.8/18 - they say 2 tires, NOT WHEELS, need force matched and replaced. will take 3-5 days to ship/install, ready by following Monday 8/23. Two people confirmed 3-5 days, one is the director, now prioritizing my vehicle.8/25 - no updates, no answer, I left voicemail. They text me someone was in the hospital, so they couldnt figure out where they ordered the tires from. A business could not find their receipts? turns out it was delayed until 8/27, which they didnt notify me of.8/27 - Car picked up. Third times a charm? Even though this should all have been checked the first time.As of writing 8/30/21, the vehicle still isnt fixed, still wobbly at highway speeds. I dont believe it to be intentional, but they sold me a vehicle with bent wheels, broken wheel spacers, and apparently faulty tires. Someone on their staff damaged this car between 5/28 - 6/2 and completely ruined the ride yet said and did nothing about it. I am hoping infinity of Columbus will take this more seriously after reading this. Updates to come.

If I could rate this place 6/5 stars I would. Staff is beyond helpful and most importantly kind. You are truly getting your dollars worth at this facility. Not only do they provide excellent service but they also are not pushy or try to tack on extra charges and services. Feel like I was in the best hands when I was in here. Didn’t feel like I was getting taken advantage of either which is very rare in the car service industry in my experience. Infiniti of Columbus is my first choice for anything repair related and recommend anyone give them a try.

My wife was looking for a 3 row suv and stumbled upon the QX60, she found one with Infiniti of Columbus and they were super quick to respond and help us schedule. When we got there the car we were interested in was parked up front with a VIP sign with her name on it. Our sales director was Daniel Peddicord and he was great. Super down to earth, showed the features, and went over specific details and fun facts. The test drive was great. And the financial part of everything was fast and fair. They even gave us a great deal on the trade. Overall great experience and left with a great car.

This dealership had some of the friendliest people! I was there after hours and they weren’t trying to push me out the door. Bob was truly so kind & so unlike any other salesmen I’ve dealt with. He was patient, straightforward, answered all my questions without being annoyed and spent time to explain and break stuff down for me. Also Radu, the sales manager was very nice and honest. I can’t say enough nice things. I just would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone that’s in the market for a car or an Infiniti.

I stopped in to look at a used car. Worked with Steve, who was awesome - definitely not your typical sales guy. I test drove the car and it was great. I was mostly unfamiliar with the make and model so wanted to do some research before committing to anything. I come to find there is a small chance of an issue with this particular engine, and there is a simple test that can be completed within 1-2 hours to rule out the particular issue. The sales manager agreed to this and had his technician perform the test. The results were not good. In fact they were so bad that it should have been clearly evident in the way the car performed on the road, but as I said the car ran fine. In my opinion the tech failed to do the test correctly. In the end they were unwilling to do anything else and any further testing (I offered to eat the cost of a passing test) would have been on me to pay for. Be careful here, especially if you are at all technical minded.Edit: I just have to add this. I had to put a deposit down before their tech did the testing. Obviously since I wouldnt purchase the vehicle as-is after the test results this needed to be refunded. Turns out the finance department at Infiniti Columbus didnt refund me the correct amount and had to call me again to get my info for a second refund.Funny how all the other reviews get a comment from the owner except for my less than positive review.

If time is important to you, lace up a pair of fast tennis shoes and run the opposite direction. Im serious! Leaving a negative review is rare for me but after purchasing a used Prius with ONLY 25K miles and having to spend additional $500+ in repairs after driving it back to Tennessee... thats only my first frustration. I DID appreciate a follow-up call from dealership a couple weeks after the purchase and thought we could smooth some things over, but after sharing frustrations, that individual didnt get back with me. I have to assume they were fishing for 5-star reviews which would indicate that their google rating is likely not organic. My final frustration is that were coming up on two months since purchase and Im told by the lady in the title office that the reason Ive not received the title yet is because the paperwork is still sitting on some Joes desk in sales dept. Really??? Now I have to go spend MORE money and MORE time to get temporary tags in my state.. and then just wait. Vote with your dollars folks. Horrible waste of time.

I have purchased three different Infiniti models from Infiniti of Columbus. I started with a QX60, then a QX50 and when the new model of QX50s came out, I traded in my older model for the newer one. The sales and service teams keep me coming back to this location. Infinitis are top tier quality and I have loved every one Ive driven and while there are many Infiniti dealerships, I will continue to keep my business at this location. The service department, particularly Brad Langford is a major reason why I keep my business at this location. I would not have my Infiniti serviced with anyone else, Brad is my go-to. He is professional, personable and makes every transaction quick and easy. If was also in sales, I would purchase every car from Brad. Keep up the great work!

We had narrowed our search down to two vehicles and two dealerships that were located less than three miles apart The certified pre-owned vehicles were a close 1-2 in terms of look, performance, cost and reputation. We were honest with sales people at both dealerships and tried not to play favorite even though we had an existing relationship with one of them. I had done enough research online that in each case I walked into the dealership knowing exactly which car I wanted to drive. It was going to come down to the little details and who presented themselves and their vehicle better. Frankly, I surprised myself by choosing the vehicle and the dealership that was completely new to me. We purchased a 2018 Infiniti Q50 with 30,000 miles on and did NOT purchase a 2020 car with less than 10K. Why? The Q50 did its part. Great lines, great power, fun to drive and a better feel. But at Infiniti Columbus the sales person —Reno Deas— took a few extra minutes to show the car properly. We walked out of the showroom and the vehicle was waiting with every door open. Hood open, trunk open so that I could see every inch of the car. He took time to explain everything from the engine to the Infiniti-specific design features. Those design features don’t mean much in the final analysis but they showed a deep knowledge of the vehicle as opposed to just another used car Reno was hoping to sell.Again, the car sold itself. But, the contrast in styles between the experience with this sales person and the other sales person was also significant. The other guy brought the car around, opened the door and said...”here you go, have fun..” he didn’t ride along to explain any of the vehicle’s features as Reno had done. He simply left it up to me to learn what the car could do. Reno explained every aspect of the Q50’s performance capabilities. Having that knowledge made a huge difference when it came to making a final decision.Not everything was perfect at Infiniti of Columbus. We waited to long to get the business side of things completed—which was frustrating. They need to tighten that up. Too much time waiting when what we wanted to be doing was driving the new car. But Reno did his job very well. The car itself lived up to expectations on a quick drive to Cincinnati and back. Most importantly, out very hard to impress 13-year old walked around the car looking “for something she didn’t like” and couldn’t find anything.As mentioned earlier, we have an existing relationship with the other dealer. That relationship will continue with their service department and perhaps sales again in the future. But thanks to Reno, we now have another local dealership we can put our trust in. Now, if it will only stop raining so we can get this new car out of the garage. :)

And it’s not just because of the virus—although that did shorten paperwork time—these people are wonderful! I worked w Andrew and Austin. They let me keep the car overnight so that my mechanics could check it out. They gave me money off the car price—twice. They found a bank that charged the same interest for 60 or 72 months. Austin told me about his dogs. Loved these folks! I have already recommended them to friends. Go!

Infinity of Columbus has top of the line mechanics experienced in all different makes and models. They are always fast and courteous when working on my vehicle. When there has been an issue with my car they help me understand the problem and the steps needed to correct it. If at anytime things are not clear their service manager will definitely be able to help out in the situation and is always glad to step in to help me understand. The wait time is never displeasing and it is always a comfortable wait. Bought a 2019 infiniti on a lease and told the dealership from day 1 it had vibration issues. Had car in 2 times and issue is still not fixed. They told me to bring it back but I was moving for work. I have it at another Infiniti dealership and all 4 tires are bad and no one wants to help replace these tires and I only have less than 3700 miles on this car. I have owned 8 Nissan/Infiniti products and I won’t be moving forward. The service manager Ed did not go out of his way to help. He just said the GM is not going to help. I have added photos the other Infinitit dealer gave me showing all 4 tires are bad.The Executive GM and GM won’t respond to any emails I sent. I have sent only 2 emails and haven’t connected with either of them.

This is by far the most professional, high quality dealership I have ever worked with. I purchased used from Bryan Radcliffe, who is a class act. He was up front, respectful, friendly and a joy to work with - these can be traits hard to find in car sales people! Everyone at the dealership was great to talk to - I never felt like they were out to sell me things I didn’t need. At delivery the car looked like a showpiece, everyone I know thought I purchased a brand new car. I walked away with a great price knowing I made an awesome purchase. Incredibly impressed with the Service Department of INFINITI Columbus in Dublin. After having my regular mechanic look over my vehicle. My regular mechanic said the ECM needed completely reprogrammed. Took the vehicle to INFINITI of Columbus. The Service Department texted me from the start of the day, to begin processing the point of the mechanical problem and issues I was having with my vehicle. After the mechanics did a complete and through inspection of the vehicle, the left, front wheel hub bearing needed replaced and the entire fuel induction system needed a complete cleaning. Now my vehicle runs quieter, smoother, better gas mileage and more precisioned idle.Some mechanics are typical. Then, there are the rare few, who are Mechanical Scientists. Infiniti of Columbus in Dublin has the best mechanics Ive come across in a very, very long time.

After experiencing an issue with the engine running hot and taking it to the selling dealer (who couldnt properly diagnose the issue after 3 attempts, I called Infiniti of Columbus (Ohio).One word describes the entire experience with IOC...fantastic. Had a wonderful experience there.Couple months ago I did a first oil change for my G37, had a bad experience with their service department, days later I mentioned this experience in their send-out survey, and the owner contacted me offering a free oil change and detailing. I would truly give this dealer a full full five star as this time when I go back get my second oil change I experienced a really sincere service. I am sure the first time was just a misunderstanding.Would sincerely recommend people do service at this location.

He stayed over an hour past closing and ultimately we walked out with an agreement to pick up a new vehicle the following morning.
