Waited 25 minutes for the reserved appointment. No privacy. Not a professional room. The pharmacy only had a screen outside the pharmacy walk up. Personal, friendly nurse. I would not recommend Walgreens.

**Update** 07.08.21** filed a complaint with corporate. No one has called me back to date (it’s been two weeks). I’ve now lost 2 months of progress and hard work due to them not handling my prescription and communicating to me a refill deadline after multiple times speaking with them to get my prescription insurance approved, filled and ready for pick up. My last month on this prescription, where I would start to see the best results and it’s all down the drain. I paid good money for this program with my doctor to have it all ruined by the staff at this pharmacy!!!!! I also have an additional face cream that’s been sitting there for almost two months now. They told me insurance needed a note from the doctor as to the reason I needed the cream… and they left it at that. No follow up unless I’m the one doing it and pushing the issue. Horrible customer service, lack of knowledge/initiative/communication between all parties. I will never fill my scripts with the Walgreens chain ever again***I’ve used this pharmacy often since it’s closest to my house and typically haven’t had any issues that were major. The past two refills have been a PAIN. I received multiple text there were “insurance issues”. After calling the pharmacy to ask what was holding it up, they told me they just needed to click something to push it through the system.My biggest issue is with my last drop off. Same messages about “insurance issues” - called, same “I just need to click this in the system to push it through” they asked when I could pick it up, I was leaving out for vacation (which I mentioned) and said I would pick it up when I got back since it wasn’t ready. No concerns were stated, no critical timeline was brought to my attention. I even said, I’m not in a rush, I’ll pick it up when I get back… still no deadline to refill/pick up was ever mentioned!!Returned from vacation a week and half later. I’m now being told it can’t be filled for another 6 months because it’s past the refill deadline of 7 days!!!!There pharmacist on duty 6.16.21 told me she could call my doctor to get verbal approval to refill it. I asked if she would call that day, she said she would call shortly and asked I call my doctor to let her know they would call. I did just that.This morning (1 day later) I called my doctor, she still hasn’t received a call. I called the pharmacy and had to explain the ENTIRE situation over again after being told they can’t fill it.The pharmacist on duty today said she can’t even speak to my doctor to push it through, she isn’t signing off on this. I questioned why I was told that was an option the day before and why I wasn’t made aware of this refill rule when I tried to fill it and pick it up a week and half ago before I went on vacation.They finally contacted my doctor. My doctor told them she had no issues with the refill. She was even willing to send a letter in for them to keep on file. The pharmacist told me my doctor agreed with her. My doctor told me that isn’t the case at all!! She said it was the most awkward/bizarre call she’s has with a pharmacist and the lady was twisting her words.Serious lack of communication and service to the customer. I will be taking my business elsewhere if they can’t refill this prescription I need!!!

Clean, well stocked, friendly staff. Was very pleased with my experience at this Walgreens.

Waited on hold for 23 minutes just to check on my prescriptions…. Finally got sick of waiting and hung up. Terrible service.

I just moved to Columbus literally yesterday, and I left an important prescription at home hours away. I called my doctor’s emergency line and she got back to me that she had called it in and that it had been filled 10 minutes before the pharmacy was to close.The incredibly kind pharmacy at this Walgreens — I wish I’d gotten the particular woman’s name who helped me so much, but I was so frazzled I forgot — stayed open an extra couple of minutes to get me my prescription. THANK YOU, Walgreens pharmacy staff. THANK YOU. I needed this prescription and you were so kind. I appreciate it more than you know.

Worst service at this locationEmploye diego don’t know anything about how to serve people, he continues to receive help from manger and beside store manager is also not great about Walgreen services, I hate going to this store but no option as it’s only the one which is near me

Such wonderful staff. Always going above and beyond to help with any needs! Great pharmacy and staff as well. Top notch!! I highly recommend you do some shopping here next time you find yourself in the area!! 10/10. I cant say a single bad thing about this place. Pharmacy acknowledged me and placed me on hold. For an extended amount of time. Never returned to take call. I called to refill a medication for my daughters asthma. Once the call began to ring through. I was then disconnected.

I came here to pick up my online Google Photos and just like another reviewer said, almost all of them were cropped really weird, cutting off peoples head, etc. I made sure before ordering that each photo wouldnt do that too. This is unfortunate because the rest of the quality came out great.

Unnecessary waiting time for covid vaccine due to the pharmacy staff’s confusion about the patient order.

After multiple visits over the past 5 years, finally I decided to sit down and write a few words about this awful pharmacy. Much higher prices than other, nearby pharmacies. Also, pharmacy staff are like robots. No facial expressions what so ever, inconsiderate, and would only offer other options if YOU ask for them. Its like theyre being forced to work there.

I love my local Walgreens this location is spotless. All off the employees are super friendly & welcoming. They are very knowledgeable as well. Walgreens sells No7 for all you beauty lovers. They are well stocked unlike Ulta & Target. I dont what more to say other than keep up the good work everyone!!! 😁 A very satisfied return shopper.

The pharmacist Jyoti and the pharmacy tech are clearly there to help as health care providers! My 9 year old son even noticed the amazing service! Getting a flu shot was even a good experience. Great team at the Walgreens on Hospital drive!!

Great pharmacy we always use them for our prescriptions and sometimes for passport and other photos the only problem is their cameras aren’t that great or maybe its just the printer and i wish they have someway to email the picture or at least let us copy them on a usb but other than that I personally never had a problem with them 👍🏼

Buyers beware while shopping at this store and Walgreens in general. Visited this store to buy few things based on their weekly ad. They do not stock the products which are listed in their ad. Moreover, the prices do not match with their ads or the price stickers on the shelves. You will end up surprised and will spend more time in reconciling the bill and doing the price-adjustment than your actual shopping trip. Half of the items I bought had different prices then I expected. Had to spend 15-20 mins to get those items returned/price-adjusted. Employees were friendly and helpful though. Walgreens will be loosing the battle with other stores/retailers with the such mishaps.

They have those things that you wanna make a quick stop and not have to venture into a Kroger. People nice. Prices expected.

ABYSMAL AND UNDER STAFFED. I was diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection and bronchitis and my doctor sent the prescription over at 12, my cough is so terrible that I am having a hard time driving safely, I get there at 12:26 they say 20 minutes and you will be all set so I wait 20 minutes and go back to the window and they tell me 20-25 more minutes...how!?! Do they not have enough people staffed or are they just lazy??? So Im stuck hacking up a lung in their parking lot, barely able to breathe waiting for my inhaler and other meds...I feel like when the doctor note says possible pneumonia they would put a little more effort into making sure those prescriptions are filled but apparently not..so long story short go somewhere else because they dont care about you and theyll give you every excuse in the book to justify why they cant count to 30 in terms of prepping medicine...AVOID AT ALL COST

Terrible customer service in the pharmacy. Don’t get calls when they say they will. Very rude when just picking up from the drive thru.

Pharmacy tech was incredibly rude about not accepting OSU insurance. Just wanted to get antibiotic for my 2yo who has an ear infection and she copped an attitude like I was some drug addict. Never going here again.

Had to get a passport photo taken. In and out in 10 minutes and the people who assisted me were all very kind and friendly.

The lady that works there was so arrogant.

With two groceries stores within a mile, its a bit redundant and offers little reason to go.
