I have been going here for several years now for my supplies- a great place for Esthetics supplies and training- wide variety of waxing, lash and skincare supplies including Lira Clinical skincare. Caitlin is the best- she is always so helpful, patient, informative and kind. I recently did a training class with Caitlin and she really went above and beyond in what I expected to learn.. Highly recommend!

Also carry cirepil wax and wax tools. Caitlin and Britney make you feel like youre the only person in the world and genuinely want to make sure youre happy and get what you need. Honestly the cashier Amber is very off putting... I really wish I remembered the young ladys name who greeted me outside the store before I came in because she was very welcoming! Im a student at Avalon and was not aware I needed to bring my student ID to the store which is not a problem honestly because you pretty much have to do that with any store you are buying professional products from but it was like as soon as I let her know I dont have it on me it was basically like a screw you attitude! She didnt want to answer any of my questions I had from wanting to know about the products for eyebrow tinting to me wanting to know about the lashes! The questions she did answer were a little snarky and when I would give her a look after the answer she gave me she then would straighten up a little and give further information smh you really shouldnt treat customers that way because you never know who you are coming in contact with or if you may need a job from them ...

I always stop in to shop at Asthetic Pro Supply in Dublin when I am in the Bay Area. I took the lash extension course from Caitlyn, and it was really good. I received good quality supplies in my kit, and was even able to customize it by choosing which glue and tweezers I liked the best. I plan on taking more classes from Caitlyn in the future. I love doing business with businesses who appreciate my business. I highly recommend them.

Always a good experience. Sometimes easier to shop online than to go in store just because of sometimes limited availability.
