Worst service of any store Ive been to in over 50 years. Store associates dont have a clue. But Id put that on the managers and owners.Not worth your time.

Every time I go in here, the service is AWFUL. I can never get anyone to help, and they always seem like it’s an inconvenience if I ask a question

Theres one salesperson who I adore. Shes so helpful and really makes me feel welcome.

Didnt carry what I was looking for, had to go to Easton mall to get what I wanted

Helped me find makeup that actually suited my needs instead of blindly depending on my color ID like I typically get at larger busy Sephoras. They were very knowledgeable and I’d definitely go back.

Anytime I make a return the clerk that works there is always kind of a snot about it. I always have my receipts and bring back in a timely manner shes just extremely unpleasant and makes returning a product more uncomfortable than it needs to be. I feel like she is shaming me. Sorry Sephora guess Im strictly Ulta now.

I try not to leave poor reviews based on a one-time experience. Ive visited this Sephora four times and there are consistent issues. First, I understand that there is a limited selection, but the floor is never fully stocked. Secondly, there are rarely enough staff members. When they are staffed, its difficult to get service. Third, the store is unorganized and dirty, as others have mentioned. In my most recent experience, I came in wanting to exchange a holiday gift and anticipated buying additional gifts. I was given a difficult time about not having the receipt, despite this being peak holiday gift giving season. I was not offered any samples or thanked for being a VIB Rouge member. Despite this being the closest location, Ill reserve my business for sole-standing locations or online purchases.

I have always been infatuated with Sephora, but I went in this past weekend and had the pleasure of getting a makeup match and I was and am so pleased with the result. the associate that assisted me was so pleasant. I also got my yearly bday present, and also got a gift card for my birthday.

Its very hard to get help from the staff( the staff look at me but no assistance) soleft this store which is 5min from my home to go to Easton store 18 mins away. The good thing about this I received great help at the Easton store. I well go the extra mile for great assistanceI give this store a -1

Always wonderful service and helpful

Ive been in this store a few different times and the associates are absolutely lovely!! Very knowledgeable and helpful as well. For a Sephora inside JCP, they also seem to carry a lot of popular stock and have a larger space than most.

They got bad customer service, I been standing there 15 minutes employees were talking to each other. I ask them if someone can help me, no one respond back. They were talking about their nails, instead of working.They were rude. I LEFT THERE MAD AS HELL.

My very first time EVER being in sephora and it was such a pleasent experience.... Both of the ladies working was so kind! I will be going back again very soon! I came in 15mins to close and both ladies were very busy and still was so kind and made sure to help me with what I needed and made sure I was happy. Made me feel very welcomed! Didnt even rush me with coming in so late! 👏👏👏

Store is very dirty - a layer of glitter, dust, and powder on everything, testers with mixmatched caps everywhere, out of stock of many things they advertise on shelves, and they were severely understaffed for this time of year. Two lines formed behind each register and I was asked cross over to the next open one. When the register opened up in front of the young black girl that had been standing behind me in the other lane “because there was one line”, that cashier told her to go to the end of the line. I offered to let her go in front of me and the cashiers said no. It was very weird.

One blonde lady who worked there 7/6/19 was rude

Used to have lots of cosmetic collection but it s been 3 weeks now they have been out of black eyelinear which I use everyday is really frustrating. Very limited collection. Should hire more employees.
