Ordered a double stroller that said online it would ship in 1 business day. It’s been 5 business days and I have no updates from the company. Called over ten times, no answer. Emailed- no answer. Even messaged on Facebook- no answer. I actually got so desperate that I called a neighboring business to the company (since I’m out of state) and asked them to drop off my contact info in person. Still haven’t heard anything. Not sure what to do next.

We absolutely love Peppy Parents! My husband and I were in a bit of a bind while trying to ship the stroller we wanted overseas (my husband is in the military), but we stumbled upon Peppy Parents. Ellen, the owner, helped us every step of the way over email! She answered all of our questions, sent an invoice over email, repackaged the stroller, car seat, and bassinet for the best shipping possible. I highly doubt many other companies wouldve taken the time to work with us one-on-one over email and ensure perfect delivery of our stroller, but Ellen made it possible and we couldnt be more grateful.
