Great store with tons of infant clothing. Sales people were helpful. I do recommend it, Lots of girls stuff 0 - 3 months. I will defintley return as she grows!

The store had a wide variety of clothes/shoes and toys for children (newborn- 14 years old). I have been to this location dozens of times and have been happy with the customer service and selection. I am giving this location 3 stars due to it being messy/dirty every time Ive gone, and for letting some clothes slip through inspection that have unremovable stains or glue/ink/paint on them. Be very careful when choosing an article of clothing.

A joke of a store. They have trash inventory in their store but didn’t buy half of my things that were brand new/worn once because of the “condition.” Offered a laughable price for the items they did decide to buy. No wonder they are owned by Platos closet if that tells you anything. Whoever does the buying needs replaced.

I used to love this place. However, over the past couple years I have noticed the prices continue to go up, sometimes so high I could just go buy the clothing new. Im guessing that is why the inventory sits on the shelf so long. I keep seeing the same clothes.

Safe, clean shopping. Help reduce waste by buying used, and going bagless, by shopping here. Online appointments for selling means convient wait times.

The prices are insane. The shirts are all $4 and up. Guys please do not shop here. People with garage sales have clothing for as low as 25c. You can get brand new shirts at childrens place for the exact same money. The jeans are cheaper at walmart or carters when they have sales. People please do not buy here. They need to make evrything half the price or les.

Whoever the manager is now, is Horrible!! She was yelling at an employee across the store and paused to give the girl a long dirty look before acknowledging me there for an appointment. She was rude last week when I stopped in and even more so today. Just a wicked mean person.

People kinda of rude

Lots of great stuff and lots of sizes. I typically get my son most of his clothing from there. The only thing is toys tend to be more expensive than I am willing to pay.

I went into the the store last week after my baby was born premature and needed clothes. I was impressed with the selection and great clothes at great prices. I will be back.

I called the store around noon from the Easton area to inquire about a crib that converts to a toddler bed. I was told they had had a very nice one for $120 & it was 30% off. So we drive the 25 minutes to get there and see one crib for $175. Now we ask if this was the only one & they say yes. We are still willing to get it so I ask about the 30% off. There are 3 women up front one says its only 30% on Saturdays, the other says it was just 30% this pass Saturday while the third was clueless. They are looking at me like Ive made this up until I show my call log; one apologized for the the misinformation once I showed that. I am completely disappointed & believe it could have been handled differently.

We always come here when growth and the changing seasons necessitate buying a bunch of clothing for our kid. Great selection and great prices. Its also a good place for costumes, toys, and play equipment. And we bought two strollers here.

This location has a great selection. The parking is plentiful, the location is ready for us to get to, and the staff is pretty darn friendly!Plus it was so much easier to figure out a baby carrier when you could look at then and touch them. Plus the staff knows a lot about the products too.

Didnt realize they paid less than a dollar for each item they chose until I got home. And they were new to practically new items from Justice, Nike and Carhartt. Definitely not going back when I can sell it on my own. I could have gotten $3-8 a piece with the things I had. If I wanted to give it away I could have given them to familys in need. Now they will charge $5-15 a piece. Doesnt even deserve a star. I understand they need to make money but very greedy in my eyes.

Have tried many times to sell items to the store and was turned down or they take a shirt or two. The items I have are name brand and in great condition. I will not try again. Waste of time.

Nice staff. Lots of selection. But this store is so tight and claustrophobic- it’s hard to hang out and shop. The racks go on and on and on, but they are packed, little to no breaks in the racks, and tight aisles.

If you have the time, there are so many great things to buy. Just purchased a double stroller and a wagon plus clothes, books and toys. Great prices and decent merchandise.

Found lots of deals in good to great condition. Clean. Well-organized.

Fair place to unload old kids stuff. Could get better prices selling myself but it is convenient. They text you when your offer is ready.

I really like this OUAC location. Clean and big. Prices are a little on the high end sometimes for used clothing, but other than that great staff.

Clearly this company doesn’t understand medical exemptions.

When we asked to get a fitting room the associates stood and talked amongst each other instead of letting us in. Three of them were not working just talking we eventually got in a dressing room when another person left it and held the door open for us. When ringing out the same thing happened. Ridiculously long waits for how many people are working

Unbelievably horrible customer service. Checkout people have no idea what they are doing, and the staff is very rude. The exact item is sometimes found in multiples for different prices. I like OUAC, but this location is managed very poorly.

This place has lots of clothes and the prices are decent. But I am upset that when you take your stuff to their store you will have stuff that looks brand new and they wont take it. Yet you go to their shelf and look for the exact same stuff in the same size and it is ratty and worn.

I am NEVER one to post reviews or rants... but this one hit me at an emotional level & I am still SO ANGRY that I have tears in my eyes. I took ALL of Kinsleys ‘newborn’ and ‘0-3 month’ clothes to Once Upon a Child in Dublin, with the mindset of “They clearly won’t buy all of these so I’ll go through what they do not want to keep as a keepsake from her being this little”. When I dropped them off I said “I’m not from around this area so if you don’t have them ready today, I won’t be able to get them until I’m back this way” ... okay no problem... I received a text message almost 48 hours later saying they are ready to be picked up. I called the store asking how much they chose and how much they had left, her response was “haha there’s definitely a lot left and 41 dollars worth we kept”. I advised her ON THAT PHONE CALL that I would not be able to get them until I had a free day from work or if someone I knew was going that way.Today, I called to let them know someone would be picking them up and give them their name so there was no issue when she got there.... the manager told me I was only able to receive a gift card there for the 41 dollars because it had been over 24 hours since they were dropped off and not picked up... I do NOT need a gift card there seeing as my child has more clothes than I do.... She gave me cash ‘this one time’.....Went to pick up the cash and the clothes today... to be told that IF THE CLOTHES THEY DID NOT KEEP ARE NOT PICKED UP WITHIN 24 HOURS, THEY DONATE ALL OF THEM.All. Of. Kinsleys. Clothes. Are. Gone.It was my fault that I did not read the FINE PRINT & I didn’t keep the outfits out that I wanted to keep but I figured between TWO HUGE TOTES of clothes, I would be getting them back.I do not have anything newborn or 0-3 months that my first child wore and that is heartbreaking to me. That is priceless and they put a 41 dollar price tag on it.I will never be taking any clothes to them again. I think it is great that they donate to Children’s BUT LET SOMEONE KNOW WHEN THEY ARE DROPPING OFF THAT MANY CLOTHES (that were probably worn one time, if that).- One hearbroken, angry first time mom.

You can find the items sold here, on sale brand new at the local mall. Its overly cluttered and not well kept. Argument could be made for need overwhelming cost but in all honesty you can visit your local shops for cheaper and better items.

Very clean and organized store. Prices are very reasonable. They have everything you need for kids and even maternity clothes. The only downfall is they give you next to nothing when you bringing clothes to sell to them.UPDATE: I have never had a problem selling anything to this store. I brought in a huge tote full of clothes and a side rail for a bed that had never been open or out of my car. I left them there with an assurance they would call me when they where ready with my total. Now, In the past they have rejected a few items. Items that had stains I missed or worn out knees I thought were ok. But this time they took one pair of vVans sneakers (never worn) and tap shoes also never worn. Out of at least 200 items they took two and not even the nicest items. I returned to pick up what thought was going to be an empty tote only to find ALL of the things I brought in. Including the sealed bed rail!! They hadn’t even gone through anything. Didn’t take anything out. And treated me like I had tried to burn the place down!! They said it ALL smelled like smoke!!! WE DONT SMOKE in our home or cars. We smoke outside on the patio. The clothes had never been around smoke. And the bed rail had never even been in the house!!!Needless to say I hope they enjoyed the thousands of dollars I had spent in the past because they won’t get another penny from me or my daughter.

I called and asked about baby gates; wanted walk thru but really anything would be perfect. I went to the store and checked them out cause the woman said they had 6 and said walk thrus cause none said plastic. I went and they had one walk thru and the rest were the mesh gates. Waste of time and you could tell the girl didn’t even check. This one is my least favorite out of all locations. But I love the closet to this one unfortunately

Employees are ignorant and cranky, tried to sell loads of ZARA clothing that were in perfect condition... they brought one shirt I brought from Walmart for 2 bucks .... they literally don’t know what they are doing and after dropping off a box of toys that they declined I realized after getting home thier were missing pieces ! And when I called they told me that I sighned a piece of paper saying that they are not responsible for that! Never ever ever ever coming back !

Staff could be friendlier, but they all seem inundated with sorting peoples drop offs. Prices are comparable with new clearance clothing from Crazy 8s, Target, or Childrens place. They need to up their game and lower their prices.

Great selection when buying, but when selling, they offer way less than they should and turn down great items. Follow their FB page and join their email list for coupons sometimes, but would recommend selling privately before selling to OUAC.

A great place for used toys and girls clothing. We often have trouble finding boys cloths but that seems to be common a lot of places.

Took 7 bags of childrens clothes in came back with 6 bags and got a grand total of $34. Nice selection of stuff though.
