Attentive, seemingly thorough and reliable service department finds things before they become a SERIOUS problem. As far as anyone can know who cant see it for herself. #Trustworthy, one hopes (and pays for).

Took my truck in for check engine light issues and was help out by Edward Leiske. He provided great customer service and kept me informed of what needed to get done to fix the issue and also of when the parts were to arrive. I will be returning for future services thanks to the service he provided.

Service sucks bad. Service managers dont call you back. Have to follow up multiple times. Wont let you use EV charges for your nissan cars either. Tries to up sell you everything even if you dont need it. Beware and be very careful.

1st time here at the Dublin infiniti dealership service center. Getting a 09 infiniti checked out ...Infiniti was in Dublin next to Cadillac they have since moved north of their previous location. Came to get the cooling system serviced...

I live in Oakland and drive past TWO dealerships to get to Dublin Nissan. I love how organized they the Service Dept. is!! I have never had any issues with maintenance or repairs on my 2016 Murano. The Service Advisors are knowledgeable and very helpful! Customer service is excellent!!

Kristie and Darlene were amazing! Thank you for listening and assisting me with this unexpected visit. My car engine light decided to surprise me when I was on my way to work so I had to make a pitch stop here to drop off my car and they also helped me get a rental car so I could still be on my way to work. Score! Darlene was extra attentive because I have to travel with lots of work stuff and made sure my work stuff were still secured when I was inside taking care of the paperwork. I was also a bit overdue for an oil change and they happened to have a promotion so they also got me the free oil change. You two rock!My only complaint has nothing to do with the thorough work of these two amazing ladies. My car has the lifetime oil change, but it doesnt work here because I purchased it from the Nissan dealership in a different town, and that particular dealership closed down. Come on, Nissan! Cant you just give me the option so that I can still use my lifetime oil change at other locations. Im still a Nissan customer! I cant help it if I moved closer to my work and its almost 2 hours away (Im an essential worker).

I expect expertise and high quality when I go to a dealer for service. They have done an ok on routine maintenance, but definitely at a premium price. I brought my car in for a brake issue recently. They diagnosed it as an abs brake module issue. They told me it would cost around $3.5k. For an older car, this is a lot, so I decided to get another estimate. I took the car to another mechanic who told me that the abs were malfunctioning, but he thought it was due to my battery charging a low voltage. We agreed to change the battery to see if it helped. It ended up fixing the then issue after he reset the module. The dealer was not wrong on the diagnoses but went straight to the expensive, easy answer. I would be concerned about honesty when going back here. I ended up paying under 10 percent of the cost, and after a month, it is still working great. Be hesitant to trust Dublin Nissan and except to be overcharged!

I was more than an hour waiting for someone. He will attend to me and nobody bothered to do it. It is the second time I go and it is the same.I dont think I will return to that place anymore ...

Admittedly I am biased as I bought my Altima from here, but the techs have always done solid work on the car. Yesterday they squeezed me in as a walk up for oil change, tire rotation, nail removal, engine filter change, and transmission flush. Due to being a walk in I was there a little over three hours, but they have outdoor social distancing tables and chairs. Staff was always masked up and gave me detailed notice on the next string of maintenance that is to be expected.

Got Best service in years need an check engine light look at we all know we worry about that but,when they call and tell me it was just a rock and a vent keeping the light on and they gave me a free oil change and come get your car I was so delighted

I waited two hours for my key fob when it was only supposed to be one. I waited a bit longer before asking when my car would be ready and as soon as I asked I was told it was ready. Kind makes me think it had been ready for while. The political comment against the governor by the mechanic afterwards felt a bit unprofessional as well.

Ive always used Walnut Creek Nissan who closed and moved their work to Concord Nissan. But I live in San Ramon and needed an annoying noise taken care of so I went to Dublin Nissan. I had the best service from Horacio today! Id been waiting in my car for a pretty decent amount of time and he kept checking in with me to let me know I wasnt forgotten or anything. And my issue ended up being a really quick fix and he was able to get it handled lightning quick. I so appreciate that, and since Walnut Creek moved to Concord, this reassures me that Dublin is a viable alternative :) Thank you, Horacio!
