I called the parts department in the morning and asked for a cargo screen, they had one in-stock. I showed up less than an hour later, and the person there was super friendly and helpful and honored a coupon! I was super thrilled with their professionalism and they even offered to open the bulky box for me. How they treated me actually has caused me to consider going back.A few months ago I tried to get through to the service department and never got a call back. They should let the Parts staff handle their customer service. ;-)Next test will be with the service dept again...maybe...
