Just got my new F-pace SVR last week. Awesome vehicle! My salesperson, Simon was excellent! Professional and super knowledgeable. He got my account and all my high tech gadgets in the car set up for me right away. The service is outstanding. The lady that did all my paperwork was a sweetheart! We got the whole thing done (including the test drive) within just a couple of hours. I have to admit this is one of the nicest car dealerships I have ever been to, and my car is far beyond my expectations! Highly recommend these guys!

Stopped in to look at a Certified Jaguar that I was interested in purchasing. The car was dirty, no gas for the test drive and it had 2 busted tires. I made the sales person aware of these issues and he said he would get back with me. A day goes by and nothing.........I will be purchasing a Jag from another dealership and not servicing it at MAG which I had planned to do whether I purchased there or not. But after such a poor experience Ill be servicing with another dealership.

Making an appointment - 3/5, easy to make an appointment, car that wescheduled for was not on site.Looking for a vehicle and test driving - 5/5Purchase/Negotiations - 5/5Post-purchase contact support - 1/5I will give them the benefit of the doubt because we have just received the title after about 41 days. After receiving the title I saw that it was marked sent on the 6th. The only reason I wont give this a 4 or 5 star like I had originally wanted to is because their communication after the sale was unfortunately terrible. When I was trying to purchase the car they were really friendly and replied very quickly. It was easy to set up an appointment but after we got to the dealership the car that we had been scheduled to look at was apparently sent out for servicing. We did find another car we wanted and after some good negotiating we had settled on a price and were out with the car. Unfortunately after the sale I tried contacting them 3 times via email and text concerning the title issue and got no response. Today was the first day that I would have been open to call them after the 1 month period had passed since not getting the title but luckily it arrived in the mail today. Maybe they would have been better on the phone but they do obviously reply to emails and their website even has a contact page with their email on it but I got no response from there.Going there to buy and look at the cars was a really good experience but if you have any problems youll have to use your day off and actually give them a call for any help. Aside from that its not a bad place if youre looking for a car. And with the mail situation (hopefully improving with new sorting machines) Id think that in the future titles will likely not take as long to arrive.

Went here in 11/27/20 to get my old Jaguar serviced I knew there were problems but the amount of the repair was too high for how old my car isI saw they had a used F-Pace that I was interested inI worked with Nathan Ramlochan and I bought the carHe especially but the entire staff were very accommodating and provided great service. This includes the individuals in the service centerOn the sales side we talked numbers and they were very upfront with me. MAG Jaguar/Land Rover sold us our pre-owned 2017 Toyota Highlander XLE. Our salesman, Nathan Ramlochen, was incredibly professional and courteous. This was by far the best purchasing experience I’ve had! The dealership even held our vehicle for us when a family situation came up and we couldn’t finalize until after the time the deposit covered. We are so pleased that the distance we traveled was worth it and would definitely consider buying here again.

I purchased a vehicle 1/6/2021 i finally received my title 2mos plus after. Only after i wrote a review and contacted them. I purchased some warranties all i have is the handwritten ones. Its been almost 3 months, i need to take vehicle in ticking from under hood

I am happy to share my experience in purchasing a used vehicle from MAG Jaguar Dublin. Its the best place to find a pre-owned vehicle because they screen them so hard and only keep the best. I am pretty skilled at finding issues but after a 15 minutes I wasnt able to find a single defect. (First time for me). My wife loves the 2018 Odyssey and so do I. After 2 weeks I still have not found anything out of place, nicked or not right. No outstanding recall items. Just a great vehicle. Our sales rep Ashley Romaniuk was first rate and took the time to get me 100% comfortable without any pressure. It was a relaxing and comfortable experience. Great place, fantastic cars, wonderful people (Thank you Ashley!) and the sales management (Brent) and services team (Thank you Simon) all went way out of their way to make me 100% comfortable. I got a great car and a great deal. A home run.

The team didnt stop until the issue was corrected. Josh has always been very engaged and provides great follow up. The new guys are doing a great job trying to learn and build relationships with service customers.

I recently moved from the Seattle area and needed service on my 2018 F-Pace. When I called for an appointment I was able to get an appointment quickly. By way of some background, I special ordered my F-Pace, waited three months for the car to arrive and yet from the moment I picked the car up I have had issues with the software; it had to returned the next day! At the Bellevue, Washington, where I purchased the car, I found customer service to be non-existent, so much so that after a few visits I took my car to Seattle for service, even though it was not convenient to my home. With this move to central Ohio I had very low expectations and frankly, I looked forward to getting settled in my new home and then ditching Jaguar altogether. On June 21, 2019 I arrived at the Service Department and was met quickly and professionally. My service advisor was Eddie Powell. We discussed what service I needed. I mentioned that I had purchased an extended service contract but I was not sure what the time frames for service were. I further explained that I was never really given an adequate new owner briefing, and when I took my car to Seattle I was told I had missed my service window and had to pay over $800 for the service. I was honest in telling Eddie I had come to loath my car! He was so nice and said he hoped to change my mind. Lo and behold, Eddie could find NO RECORD of the service provided by Seattle. My frustrations were confirmed once again! Undeterred Eddie jumped into my issues and sought to try and make me happy. One of the things that NEVER worked on my car was the proprietary app for route planning. Why couldn’t Jaguar put in Apple Car Play like even low low cost cars have??? Eddie told me that might be possible and he would look into it. He also offered to have the car undergo a complete service review since there was no record of the service being performed. This all was going to take longer than I had planned, so I was offered a loaner car or a ride somewhere. Eddie thought the car might not be ready until early the following day. By the end of the day Eddie called to let me know all the service had been completed and Apple Car Play had been installed! I picked up the car the next morning. Surprise - NO CHARGE for the service! Surprise - Apple Car Play was in and it worked! Oh and if I needed any additional help with the car and software, just let them know; they would be happy to help. I told Eddie he might just be the guy to make me like my car. My initial impression of MAG Jaguar, and Eddie Powell in particular, has been GREAT. The reality of the customer service has exceeded anything I could have thought possible. Maybe I will keep this car - apparently Eddie succeeded!
I recently purchased a used vehicle from MAG Jaguar and had a wonderful experience. The staff went above and beyond to take the pain out of the car buying experience. Specifically my sales guide, Robert Wehinger, was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, understanding, and a hard worker - he even went out of his way to condition my leather seats and clean my previous car mats before I drove off the lot. Drew was very knowledgeable and was able to walk us through every step. I am in love with my beautiful Jaguar F Type R but I will be back whenever I am in the market again.
First time I went here, I had to wait an hour and a half for a loaner car because it ran out of gas in the parking lot. This made me 45 minutes late for work. Recently I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and new tires. I drop the car off and they tell me they dont have the tires in stock and theyre not Jaguar approved tires. Okay fine, but would have been nice to know that in the month leading up to the appointment. They also tried charging me for the servicing even though maintenance is free for the first five years. After that I scheduled another appointment to put on some winter tires. On the phone, I asked them if they had the tires in stock because theyre a pretty rare tire and they said if they didnt, then they would order them. I show up for the appointment a few days later and they dont have the tires because no one bothered to order them. Not a big deal, just annoying that a high end dealer like this has these kind of issues.

I have heard great things about MAG but my experience has not been good. I was just HUNG UP on by Eduardo D from this dealership as I asked for detailed parameters on a lease. In the 3-4 days of working with him, I got a lot of exuberance but little in terms of tangible numbers ; when I asked for the breakdown in writing he was miffed and hung up.If I am looking to lease a $90K car, I will need the numbers and as a formal lease quote, not a verbal chant. Declining to provide would have been unusual but fine. Hanging up was plain rude. I will take my business elsewhere.

I have been a car hobbyist and classic / vintage car owner for more than 40 years and Im a pretty fair mechanic . So I easily recognize knowledgeable automotive technicians when I meet them . Having owned VWs and Audis (all serviced by MAG) I have always been impressed with MAGs tech employees . And now that weve had our first major Jaguar service Im very pleased that the professionalism continues with a different (for us) brand . The Jaguar service advisers were very helpful and accommodating . I found them to be real car gals who really know mechanics and anything automotive . It was such a pleasure talking with them that I had to be careful not to be too chatty and interrupt their work . Luckily for me they were also very polite and patient .

I scheduled 2 weeks ahead for a check engine service and was told I was going to get a loaner. When I arrived, they told me they’d bring me to enterprise where I’d be renting a Ford Fusion... they tried to make me go from a jaguar to a ford. Why would I spend money on a jaguar if the loaner car I get is a ford? Might as well get a ford at that point. I took my car and am bringing it somewhere else.I also brought it in on Saturday and the advisor told me that it wouldn’t enter the shop till Monday or Tuesday...
