I was please to find a low mileage engine {41k} for a reasonable price through OEM. Because it came out of a wrecked vehicle, there were two bent valves that I needed to get repaired. OEM reimbursed me the cost for this repair. Since I had the heads off for the repair, I had them cleaned and milled. Once I got every thing cleaned, I basically had a new engine that I put in my 2008 Tahoe. Ive driven it nearly 5k miles. Very pleased!

So far ever they said has come to pass. Great people to work with when looking for hard to find parts. Haven’t installed my system yet but can’t wait looks ready good.Well I installed the command unit into my car, and it’s not working… All it does is come on shows the Mercedes Benz logo and that’s it. It will not go to any other program radio or service that it should be showing. I’ll call the Mercedes dealership tomorrow as I heard they need to be programmed. We’ll see.. if not it’s time to call OEM back

During hurricane LAURA, my car was parked in my drive way. water was 12 deep in my house, and my car was flooded up to the top of tires. After that my electric windows did not operate. I had to order a used motor and regulator for my 2000 Lexus 300es. the cost was less than other parts houses. Today my Lexus with 219,000 miles is still on the road. Thanks to OEM Parts LLC.

When I realized that my 1988 K1500 truck was going to need a knuckle, I checked locally and a nearby Pick a Part but could not find it, I then went on line with a salvage site and received many calls from vendors and settled on OEM because they convinced me they knew exactly what I needed. I would trust them to do what they say.

The part was very dirty and you charged to much. $100.00 would have been plenty. Sorry to disappoint you.

The customer service was satisfactory. Unfortunately, I agreed to the price before receiving other offers. Although I was very satisfied with the part, it was considerably more expensive than other two offers.

The replacement headlight assembly for my 2012 BMW 535i xDrive was not easy to locate in such good condition. I will continue to source parts from them, and recommend you do as well when the need arises.

I was looking for a replacement center console access cover/arm rest assembly for my 2007 Toyota Tundra CrewMax. .The dealership wanted way more than I could afford. Alfred was most helpful to me in my quest to locate a side mirror for a friend’s car. Her car was sideswiped by a hit and run driver the other night. She’s very distraught over this as she does not have collision insurance and lives on Social Security payments. Ive been trying to find a solution to replacing my transmission but due to financial and personal loss of my only son, at at 9 yrs old my mom in January 2019 and x wife 11/13/2019 I havent been able to find anything I could afford. My sisters car front door got damaged in a freak accident and it was 2019 Ford Fusion and the dealership was charging a bomb. These guys help me order a door for her for just under $500 although they did charge me a finders fees of $100 additionally. But I was okay with it since they saved me more than $300 and a lot when in comparison dealership. Initially, I had doubts since they are new but it was a good experience. Certainly recommended!

Ordered a supposedly low mileage rear axle for a 03 GMC Safari so I could get my van back on the road... but, I had to sink a lot of money into it. Backing plates are rotted off and pinion yoke was wrong, so there goes more money.

I had tried a few places to find a mirror for my GMC Sierra and they kept sending me pics of the wrong part. OEM sent me the right pic the first time and followed thru till I received the part a few days later. I will be using them from now on. Thanks much!
