My salesperson was polite, friendly and most of all knowledgeable of the products. I came in needing a new clothes dryer and he helped me with that purchase as well as a new washer to match, and I never felt like I was being pressured or u-sold.
Was completely satisfied with process from beginning to end. I had already seen the washer/dryer a few months ago so knew what I wanted. Ernest gave me a quote over the phone and explained the product details so I was comfortable with what I bought. I even bought a refrigerator after he gave me a great price too. He scheduled delivery later since I hadnt moved in and the delivery team (Jose) was great. All in all, an easy experience and fair pricing!

I had a good experience except for the delivery date they wanted to deliver on a Wednesday but I Friday worked for me, when Friday came and no conformation I called and I was told the date was Saturday, I wouldn’t agreed on that because I worked that day. With all confusion a side Airport Appliance promised to refund me $40.00. I haven’t received it yet but it was a good jester.
Entire transaction from start to finish was great. The salesperson was knowledgeable and efficient, my washer/dryer could have been delivered the next day, but I was not going to be home so it was delivered the following day. The delivery team kept me informed as to the time of delivery and when they arrived they installed the new W/D and removed the old W/D with no fuss or muss.Overall a pleasant experience.

Matt Riskin was very helpful and patient. He helped us select the appliances we needed for our full kitchen remodel given the limited choices we had due to the slowdown in production brought about by the pandemic as well as our time frame. He wasnt pushy or condescending and answered our questions patiently. The items they had in stock (refrigerator and dishwasher) were delivered two days later for free. Their website is a great place to start. You can compare brands and prices and check the specifications online. I like that they have a showroom (unlike other online stores) where you can check the actual product and talk to a real person (not an artificially intelligent robot). Overall, great place to shop for brand name appliances.

The delivery guys were great ! Quick and did a great job!
It stopped working within a week. When we called them, they asked us to call the installation service. When we called the installation service, there was no response and after continuous follow up, they came and told that the appliance needs to be replaced. When we asked Bosch about the faulty appliance, they did not take any responsibility on their side and they told us that they have contacted Bosch and they will get back to us more than a month later. After lot of struggle and follow ups, they replaced us with another dishwasher(but a different model/lower model). Again, we had a same issue with the replaced one also. The newer replaced one was a lower model than the one we got before. Till now, they havent refunded our money back for the faulty one. They do not take any responsibility of the product that they sold and their technicians are also not so knowledgeable and efficient and overall VERY POOR customer service. We ourselves called the plumber and everyone told that theres no issue with the plumbing or draining and its a problem with the dishwasher.Then, we called the customer care of Bosch and they helped us in resetting the dishwasher settings and about sending the technician. All this we have to do on top of paying the hefty installation and appliance price to AA. Cant AA do this or take the ownership in figuring out the root cause or helping to drive the issue resolution quickly!!! We are highly frustrated and will never ever go back to AA in future, if we need any new appliance. Such a HORRIBLE experience!... If theres anything like less than 1 star or 0 star, I wouldve rated that. Even 1 star is high for them.

We have now purchased a Slide-In Range and a Dishwasher thru them in the last 2 months. We have worked with 2 different stores, Hayward & Dublin. Both did an excellent job of displaying the models, explaining the various features and guiding us to the appliance that works best for us. We had some delays in installation, one due to our own lack of knowledge of the process. They worked with us to make sure deliveries and installations occurred. The Refrigerator is next.
We bought an LG refrigerator here 2 1/2 years ago and the compressor has already failed. We were told by Airport we must work with LG directly, Airport cannot assist. It has been one week and LG has yet to update us on when the replacement and installation will occur. Very, very inconvenient and costly because we cannot cook much at home and we must dine out a lot.Although this is not Airport’s direct fault this truly reflects badly on them. There should be some way they can broker a quicker solution.

It has all the home and kitchen appliances you could ever want, but not at the super high end, professional, commercial grade, and small selection of Tempur-Pedic mattresses.This Airport Home Appliance location carries GE (Profile, Cafe, Monogram), Miele, Bosch, Samsung, Thermador, Jenn-Air, KitchenAid, LG, Fisher & Paykel, Whirlpool, Maytag, BlueStar, Fulgor to name what I saw.They had both standalone wok burners and ones built into cook tops and ranges. There were also built-in cabinet espresso/cappuccino makers too. Several brands of condo / townhouse / European sized front load washers & dryers to choose from.Service was friendly and helpful, but as soon as they figured you were just looking and not serious enough to buy the sales associate will leave you for someone else.Open 7 days a week, with long store hours, especially Sundays till 7 is very convenient.
Product arrived within the delivery window stated by the salesman. Delivery was set up within 24 hours and the delivery drivers were on time! They were helpful in suggesting some work that needed to be done to make sure my gas installation was safe and worked properly!
Unbelievable bad experience purchasing a dryer and built in oven& microwave that has gone from bad to worse. I was not told there was an installation fee for the oven, only that I needed to make sure my old oven was out as they would not take it out but could install if the space was readied, delivery was available for 2 days later so I rushed to get s handyman- $200 for handyman work that was supposed to be compensated through a product rebate. They deliver the next day but day sorry, no install, it wasnt planned and by the way it costs $200! I called the store right away as I was upset not only that no install was scheduled but the cost was never disclosed, I speak with the Dublin Manager, Genevieve. She was rude and would not tell me she would fix the issue, just kept telling me to read the contract and that it didnt say install, only deliver, what she didnt acknowledge is it said install on the dryer line...so yes I missed the contract but I sure knew the conversation the sales guy had with me specifically on installation requirements (that I did)! I said if you cannot make this right then Ill send it back and purchase elsewhere, her answer go ahead. Over $3,600 for the appliances and thats how Im treated. The salesman called me right away on his day off to assure me he would address the misunderstanding and absorb install costs. I agreed and when the installers came 3 days later, they said you will have a gap in the space at the bottom, I knew this and said yes, Ill get trim to cover it later. They get to work. They then tell me they are done and had installed it without a riser to a gap was now at the top and I cannot get a trim for the space and it is ascetically wrong! I asked why it wasnt moved up and they said it would have been another $180, so they decided not to do it! They didnt even give me a choice! So now I call the corporate offices, Tom answers my call and says he will arrange to get it fixed, and while he did get finally get me scheduled for a reinstall they again said they could only do the work for another $275! I am so disappointed, I went to a local store to get service and it was a complete failure. Months later and emails to the President and numerous customer service emails in which they said they would refund the install fix at a minimum and get me the rebate, and nothing. I will surely share this experience on every social media and ratings sites as I can! I have never been so disappointed in a purchase experience before. For the first time in my life I will take a store to small claims court - at the very least they should have handled to correct a bad initial install and processed the rebate as promised.
There was a mix up in delivery instructions, received stove on time, however had to wait 2 days to get gas hookup to my gas stove. Delivery men said the directions were in the wrong place on the invoice. also, had to go back to store to get user manual, now learning how to use stove.
I tried to purchase from Home Depot, Lowes and AJ Madison. I wont go into the difficulties I had making a purchase with them but I will say that Airport Appliance came through big time. Melissa is a delight to work with. Excellent customer service. Delivered within 2 days. Very happy!

Airport Appliance Dublin did a very good job. After a minor mistake in the order I put in that delayed the delivery from a Saturday to Monday, everything went well. Cory, the salesperson in Dublin, immediately admitted he made a mistake on a new process for order entry which caused the delay. That is good customer service. Bought a Fridgedaire for the garage. Delivery team was exceptional. Would recommend Cory and Airport Appliance.
After going over the measurements of the fridge and my entryway they said the delivery guys will take the fridge doors off and it will fit. Delivery guys showed up, claimed it would not fit, without measuring. And left the fridge in my garage still in the box. Airport Appliance was no help and I had to find and hire another guy to install it.
We were assured a 6-8 week guaranteed delivery and installation, however, we ended up waiting 4-5 months for our built in microwave/oven combo, after which WE reached out to them to ask about our appliances, whereas it should be THEM notifying us about the delay.The communication isn’t the greatest because everything seems unsure on THEIR end so this leads us, as customers to believe we are wasting money having to deal with all this. It was always oh we dont have an ETA yet...okay so who does?Once our appliances (ordered in September) got delivered (in February), there was no installation EVEN THOUGH our invoice clearly lists an inclusion of installation. We were told that they can simply “send us the installation contractors number so we can schedule our own appointment” --When I called the number they said we dont go out to your city.This is extremely unprofessional & SUCH an unpleasant experience. When we are spending thousands of dollars, we expect more assurance & clear communication. Until WE reached out to the selling agent every few weeks, we didn’t receive updates on anything.

When I went shopping for our microwave, there was immediate sales help on site and I made the purchase plus for installation on a Friday. On Tuesday we got a confirm install call for Wednesday, a follow up call Wednesday morning just before arriving and the install went quickly and they cleaned up afterwords. Very, very satisfied with the sales and service experience.

I called Airport in Dublin Ca. Ruchi was very helpful on the phone. I never went in to the store and her customer service was impeccable. The delivery was a breeze! Its COVID time and thankfully they had what we needed in stock! We are only using the range at the moment waiting for our cabinets to be delivered. Hoping the microwave install will be just as smooth.
Our salesman, Juan, was very informative and helpful. We were looking for a stove/oven and he explained the different options: gas, electric, induction. Also the store enforced social distancing, and all of the staff wore properly fitting masks. (We were turned off at another store where the salesmans mask was hanging off of his face!) Airport appliance delivered the stove and the appliance developed a cracked glass window. Airport Appliance promptly replaced the unit without any hesitation. Airport Appliance has been around for a long time, and they are the best.
I would NOT recommend Airport Appliance to anyone. We bought a dishwasher & service contract. Called in for service and they came out and ordered a part. When service came back out to install the part the tech, (Jason) was on a personal call the whole time. He chipped my counter top. I called the owner of service David Behring & Airport Appliance & they refused to repair my counter top. Very POOR service.

Was in and out quickly. Transaction was smooth.But when my washer didnt arrive on time, they just rescheduled me for a day that wouldnt work, and nobody notified me. So I had to push delivery back another week. How are you just gonna reschedule a delivery and not notify the customer? Poor follow up.My machines finally showed up 3 weeks late. The installer wouldnt install or take away my old machines. This place is a joke. If Id known it was going to be this bad, I would have gladly spent more money somewhere else. Absolutely horrible service advice is to stay away from Airport Appliance.

We purchased refrigerator, washer n dryer few days ago from this stores. Our experience is wonderful. Juan Munoz is an awesome guy. He patiently answered all our questions and explained the various models pros and cons. The delivery team promptly delivered the appliances and theyre professional and explained the basic functionality of the appliances. I would definitely recommend this stores for anyone whos looking for buying appliances.
I do not recommend. I’m shocked these guys have over 4 stars. We ordered multiple appliances that “included” installation, but after they were delivered, it was explained that a separate company does installation. They scheduled a standby appt with us directly. It was a nightmare to even schedule original delivery. Then we had a faulty dishwasher. That happens, understandably, but then two weeks later still no new working dishwasher and can’t use sink bc it connects to dishwasher, which we had explained to them. Then, to top it off, salesman (Cory) tells me that they are “blacked out” due to “switching systems.” I let him know this is first time I’m told of this and about fourth reason/excuse (others included “Black Friday”- FYI we bought before Black Friday, “we only contract with two installation companies and they’re booked”, oh actually no you’re not not on standby- like I was told I would be, and so on), Cory has brushed us off often, said he would call back and hasn’t, and after explaining I’ve been getting the run around he had the nerve to say “you’re not getting the run around,” to which I explained getting different reasons and excuses is getting the run around.I’ve worked in customer service since I was 15, so 20 years, and this isn’t it.*update- Cory had called back to say it was scheduled, but it was delayed again and took over 3 weeks to get dishwasher, and in between they tried to deliver to wrong address (previous address, which is NOT where previous appliances were delivered). And they changed the delivery time from 4-7 to 8-9, and then there was no response until I got ahold of instal team member who was way more productive and helpful than airport appliance.
This business was recommended to me and luckily I followed. I knew the appliance I wanted and Airport had it.Wanting to SIP, we did everything on the phone in about ten minutes. The installers were just great...they knew and employed the virus protocols and were super nice. Oh yeah, I saved $300 on my new appliance.

The refrigerator at our rental Condo in San Jose stopped working on a Wednesday night 2 weeks ago. We have 3 renters living there - this was a real problem. I immediately checked Home Depot, Lowes and Best Buy. None had anything I needed in stock. Sold out and backordered to September. And they say allow 3 to 5 delivery days. Airport had a GE Model close enough in size and delivered it that Friday afternoon. I called them after 5pm on Wednesday night so I missed the next day delivery opportunity. Great price and Excellent Service from Calvin the sales person and the Delivery Team. Thank you all!

If I could give less than one star I would for sure. This was the first time I tried them and it will be the last! I bought a washer and dryer online that the web page said was in stock come to find out it wasnt (not when they followed up but I did). Then went round and round for about a week until they emailed saying that they found two different machines but the same price scheduled delivery another week away. Come to find I had to pay another 150$ was not happy with what I was being sold so I finally cancelled the order didnt receive the extra 150 back have emailed and called multiple times now just to be told let me get a manager to call you back. Almost 2 months now and no response. Be careful

We have been using airport appliance for years never had a problem always satisfied with the purchase. I think mainly due to Darman because of his expertise and knowledge. Our last purchase was an upright GE freezer with his recommendation. Yet again perfect 👌 thanks again Darman.

After two returned stoves from Home Depot, and TWO FULL WEEKS without a stove or range (or refund), I decided to call Airport Home Appliance. Someone actually answered the phone after a few rings, talked me through a few models, and was able to ship and install quickly. The experience could not have been better.And...I am STILL trying to get both other stoves refunded by Home Depot.

We were shopping for a new clothes dryer to replace one that had stopped working. We have shopped Airport Home Appliance for many years at the Hayward location. We were pleased to find the Dublin location. Fortunately, our visit was on the final July 4th sales day. The Dublin location has a large, well organized showroom with an area devoted to washers and dryers. With our salesman Garretts knowledge and help, we quickly and easily narrowed down our eventual purchase. Home delivery, setup and takeaway of the old dryer was two days later. We were notified of 4 hour window on the day before and then notified of exact arrival about 20 minutes before on the delivery day. It took about 10 minutes to remove the old and set up the new. Delightful experience from start to finish. Highly recommend and will return to Airport Home Appliance when future needs arise.

Airports pricing is competitive and their sales team gives good service/response/etc. No complaints there and would have been a 4 to 5 star rating if this was just about their offering and sales team.The issue I have is with the installation subcontractor that they use (not Airport Appliance). The installation of my dishwasher was one of the worst experiences Ive ever had (3 attempts, poor communication, cracked/splitted kitchen cabinets, and overall poor quality crafstmanship install). Will not recommend using their installers in the future.

They also gave good ideas regarding the trim work and helped with some wood to raise the microwave and conceal the space. They went the extra mile.

Nice product choices and prices at the Dublin store. Very helpful sales staff, with zero pressure on the potential sale and no hovering like at other appliance stores. Of all the options, Airport was the most straightforward with the information and was always accurate (unlike nearly ALL the other sales staff at competing stores). Only negative is that the two appliances we were in the market for at different times this year seemed to take a long time to source/deliver. We went another direction with one, and stuck with Airport on the other. Their delivery/install people are always contractors, but that worked out OK.
Dharmen was very knowledgeable and patient as I went to the store three times before I could make up my mind about a washer.I would have given 5 stars except the delivery people did not tell me they could not deliver on the scheduled day. I was disappointed that I had to wait two more days. The virus was a factor, I am sure and not entirely the company fault.Dharmen let me know as soon as he could find out when I could expect delivery. Got my washer on Friday and I like my washer so far.

Was in the pursuit of buying Washer/Dryer and immediately the big stores came into my mind to purchase them but problem was there was no body to even talk to about the W/D in those chain stores! Later stumbled upon this appliance store, glad we did that ! Juan spent a lot of time with us to understand our need and go over the Pros/Cons of many of their W/Ds, we even got more information apart from what we have researched online so that was very useful to make a purchase decision especially considering we spend 10 years with the appliance . The price was competitive as well compared to major appliance stores and i believe there will be a better post purchase product support with them though personally we have not used their warranty support yet. Recommend this place if you wanted to be treated right, make informed decision and expect a good warranty support !

It was a headache trying to find the right size microwave to fit into a built-in cabinet to replace a broken, 10year old built-in microwave. I measured the size of cabinet and then went to 3 other appliance stores. One store reply was maybe this one will fit and one other asked me to pay and schedule a measurement appointment in few weeks then maybe they can find one that fits if I am lucky. Never thought of that a microwave can bring this much trouble. It is just a microwave! One friend told me about Airport Home Appliance, a small store in Dublin. I had no better choices and this was the 4th store I went to. I met Juan there and he was super nice and helped me figure out the right one just by looking at the measurement I had. Helped me set up an installation the same day the microwave delivered. Easily done! If I went there the first try, my life would have been alot easier. I recommend AIRPORT HOME APPLIANCE if your are looking for quality appliances and great customer service 👍 👍 👍!
Bought a new microwave from Airport Home Appliance. Very happy with the sales person Corey who gave us several models and brands to choose from. Any future appliance purchases I will definitely come here. The Big Box stores do not have the product knowledge nor the friendly people that this location has.
