Start to finish horrible customer service. Even after repeating same over and over they still missed things. Manager is rude and doesn’t keep his promises. Was told different dates my car would. First time truing to pick up, no good, second time was that great either but needed my car to return the rental. This locations sucks and the only reason they get ONE star is due to 0 as an option.
I had some damage to my 2017 Tundra. My insurance company uses this body shop. I took my truck in Monday at 11:30 AM. Otto was assigned to me as my advisor. He took my truck in, got me into my rental and was very helpful. I am pretty busy with my kids sports and asked if we could have it back by Friday. He said he would try but a lot would depend on the parts. On Tuesday they updated me and told me it wouldnt be ready until next Wednesday. I understood. Little did I know he was working behind the scenes. They kept me posted on the progress. Well, today is Thursday and I get a call about 2:30 from Otto. He says hey, I have good news. Your truck will be ready today. I couldnt believe he worked that hard. I went to pick it up and it looks brand new. Amazing. I would recommend this shop to anyone.
A drunk lady hit my truck. It was a lot of work. Alex at Crash Champions was awesome. He communicated every update with me and explained things clearly. He advocated for me when my own insurance company wanted to nickel and dime me with non OEM parts and refurbished parts. I am so glad I took my truck to this place. Ask for Alex!

I had an accident & my insurance recommended crash Champion. They had my van for over 40 days. I was told several different dates it would be ready. When I finally was able to pick up van I drove about a mile & a half & broke down. I called they were closed. So left van on side of road, not happy
Very good work at fixing scratches and color matching. Did take a little longer than I expected but repair work was good.
My vehicle wasn’t ready on the due date because there was a back order on some parts which is understandable. Then I was told to wait for a phone call from the body shop on the reschedule date that they gave me, so on that day I was waiting all day for a phone call and never received one. So I called the shop myself and I was told that my truck has been ready since earlier in the day, but they close in 20 minutes would I be able to make it on time. I say I can make it but I wish somebody would have called me like I was told they would. When I got there, I was satisfied with the work that was done, I was going to pay my deductible in cash and was told that they can’t accept cash due to Covid.Knowing they have made changes, I asked why wouldn’t they let the customer know that before coming to pick up the vehicle. To sum it up my, I was happy with the work, they just need to have better communication with the customers

Jason was awesome! I took both vehicles and Jason was exceptional to work with. He kept me advised on progress or any issues during the process. I definitely would recommend this place and most definitely working with Jason.
Really bad experience,if 0 was available I would rate them 0.Those guys are a joke, specifically Marco. they fix both bumper on my car, through a claim with Geico. First of all they repaired everything per insurance request, not sure if it was them or the insurance estimator, but they should it said something about front bumper need it to be replace, front bumper was painted really bad like they didnt even sand it off, back bumper was a little better just some little stuff on one side. Front bumper came off one side when i got home from shop because a broken tap, requested to get it replaced and insurance said no because it was repaired, oh wait!, they tell you dont worry you have lifetime warranty on the repairs. What a joke seriously.
Always a great job done and on time. The customer service went over and beyond keeping me informed at all time and most important thing from a body shop is to have your car ready on or before the promised date.
I really appreciate the fact that every detail on my vehicle was taken with care. All of my concerns were addressed promptly with no run arounds. All staff members who helped me were friendly and understanding. The convenience of obtaining a rental vehicle and dropping it off with ease at the same shop was a plus. Customer service was great. They went above and beyond. I bought an after market bumper and had it installed. Unfortunately it was not flush with body of car and kept popping out at the ends. After a week I took it back and they replaced it with an OEM ensuring perfect fit. Oh, did I mention at no additional charge.Thanks Jason and Management!!!!

Hi All, I had an appointment this week to get an estimate of some paint transfer and the end cap of the passenger side running board (someone had sideswiped me). Upon review, they offered to buff it out and affix the end cap. They were able to do it, and I was able to cancel my claim and not have a deductible.. These guys were professional and treated me superbly. This is a great shop for repairs!

Pacific Elite had a same day appointment, arranged a rental, completed the estimate, and communicated with my insurance company is less than one day. They kept me posted on the work via text and fielded phone calls with patience and professionalism. So far the quality of work is amazing.
Hello, Im insured with Infinity insurance and they had mentioned pick a shop within their network. Pacific Elite Collision Center- Downey on WOODRUFF Avenue was the first one I had picked out. I called in advanced On A Monday to bring in my car for a estimate/car inspection. Stacy at the front desk said Wednesday at 9:00 A.M. I show up Wednesday morning and Stacy mentioned she never booked me for an appointment and my name isnt on file. I said okay, thats fine, lets reschedule. She said Monday at 8:00 A.M and thats the time they open up. I called the morning off work to show up on time. I show up and emailed my estimate before I had went inside. I had two customers wait along besides me (one had an appointment and the other customer didnt) Because I had made small talk with them before they the Collision center opened up the shop so I had knew only one customer had an appointment and he of course he went first. When it was my turn in line, I said Hello, Im here for my 8:00 AM appointment. Stacy had me wait all the way till 8:40 A.M and people going ahead of me and she tell me what the wait was about didnt tell me what the wait was about. While I was waiting .....I kept my 6ft distance of course but there were employees walking AROUND without wearing face masks! Walking around so nonchalantly! One of them actually coughed without a mask! With COVID-19 going on....thats again unprofessional, unsafe, and careless. FINALLY, I had went up and asked her I have been waiting for quite some time. Whats going on? She said a gentleman by the name of Alex is barely downloading my estimate that I had sent more than a day ago! How unprofessional of them both! I just wanted to get my car fix and these guys beat you around the bush ! I WALKED OUT. I took my business else where ! I went to Collision 2000 in Buena Park! Thanks to them .....I got my car repaired the same amount of time that Stacy gave me when she kept forgetting about me and my car! Do not go to these people! Unprofessional. Rude. Careless because of COVID-19.

They did a solid job on my car. I loved that they cleaned my car from inside and out after they were done. The paint job was very well done and they kept me updated often so I wouldnt be left wondering how much longer it would take. They put a lifetime warranty on their work in case of anything. Very bad service. Their app for updates is not accurate at all. Ive been waiting for almost 3 weeks now for a sunroof repair. I have to be following up with them because they will not communicate with you . I would not recommend this place at all. Unless you want to wait an eternity for a simple repair.

Brought my car in for an Insurance Estimate and kept calling for week. They kept giving me different excuses of why my estimate was not in the system. Even lied and said the guy had done the estimate Otto had been on vacation for week. I finally spoke with the manager Courtney and she only said she had the estimate now. She also said she would not order the parts ahead of time. She said she could guarantee she could get them in the same day. We all know that is a lie. I then said if you are so sure. Put it in writing when my car would be ready for me to pick up. She refused. She said they had been a lot of people that never showed up to have their cars repaired after ordering parts. (Most likely because it took 2 weeks to get the parts). I asked her what is her problem. Why, was she afraid I was going to sue them (jokingly)? She went silent. I asked, have you been sued a lot that you are talking this way? She said No comment. That said it all. Im going to another shop.
My experience with customer service and the quality of work was excellent so I assumed. I was provided a rental for free because it took longer than expected to fix my car due to part ordering. The clerk was excellent and I was always updated through email with the progress with my car. The problem occurred {Months) later when I found out that Pacific Elite was trying to contact me because of a unpaid balance. To make a long story short, I was in the hospital at the time my car was picked from them by my mother. it was released with no questions asked. Pacific Elite did not go through the financial and billing properly while they had my car in there possession. They find out (after) my car was fixed and ready to go that the other parties insurance was limited to 5,000. They assumed the other parties insurance would cover any and everything because they were the one at fault. Neither Pacific Elite or myself knew about the policy. But it was there job to go through everything before fixing my car so I could make a decision if I wanted to pay any balance that exceeded this 5,000 policy. They tried to go after my insurance for it, they couldnt. They tried to go after the other parties insurance for it and couldnt. So guess what? They came after me by suing me! And won! Can you imagine being sued for something you had no control over? I still cant believe they won after they release the car in error and they even told the judge they did not know about the policy until after the fact! Be aware to make sure you do your part and investigate before anyone touches your car because its obvious the professionals are still human and make mistakes but at a cost to you!
This is my second time using Pacific Collision for car repairs. I am very pleased with all aspects of the process. The staff is kind, helpful and professional. They kept me up-to-date on the status of my repairs and any changes in cost or delivery date. On my most recent visit my car was done two days early! I have never had a repair place return a car before the estimated date.Everything was explained and they made sure I understood what work was being done. Justin even gave advice about removing the wheel covers to make the car look cool. I have to say, he was correct, the car now looks cooler than with the wheel covers on.

The place is easy to find from the street. Its right on the corner and its a huge place, you cant miss it. The employee at the help desk was very professional, friendly, and made your feel welcomed. I had called earlier before my arrival and the person who answered the phone was knowledgeable and went out of her way to help me. After I checked in, I waited in their waiting area where they provide coffee, some readinf material and a television. They actually have two designated waiting areas, but the second one is meant for families, as they have books for children to read and of course couches. The facility is very clean. They have a large parking lot so parking its not an issue.

I had a 2:15pm appointment through my insurance, 30 minutes later still waiting. I took off and rescheduled for the following week; lets see how it goes next time. If I have to wait that long again, Ill be taking my business somewhere else.As for the place itself, they have a TV, snacks, coffee and water, probably to keep the customers as happy as possible since they make you wait, despite having an appointment. Another customer was there talking on his phone, complaining that he had a 2:00pm appointment, he didnt get called till 2:45pm.Heres an idea, keep to the appointment times, if you cant, make it first come first serve basis, or dont schedule so many appointments so close to each other.Update: Rescheduled my appointment for an earlier date. I checked in with the Pacific Elite employee at the front desk and I take a seat. Since I rescheduled my appointment in the morning through my insurance app, I wasnt on their schedule book, and turns out the Pacific Elite employee failed to notify the insurance adjuster that he had a customer there, so I waited 15 minutes. Im not impressed by their customer service.
This is my first time actually dealing with an collision repair company.WOW, these guys and gals were GREAT!From the estimating to the final results went flawless.They have an email notification system on the progress of your repair.My wife and I were extremely satisfied.Hope you never have an accident, but if you do go to Pacific collision in Downey.
Experience with Geico insurance was good, dropping off the car and getting a rental were also good but thats about it. Check in was kind of long but not that big of a deal. The biggest problem lies that it took them a whole week to tell me that they cant fix my car. Then when I picked up my car it was full of shop dust and someone even stepped on the mats from my trunk. Geico is working with me but coming to this place was not a good experience for me.
I had an appointment to get an estimate for the clear coat peeling on my hood.They asked for almost a thousand dollars to recoat just the hood of my car.NOT to paint it, just to clear coat it.Outrageous.
New location is a lot bigger, easier to find and friendly staff. Took my car in for repairs and was ready before anticipated time. Was contacted consistently regarding the status of my car. Overall was satisfied with repairs done to my car.

Horrible customer service by a girl named Daisey. I forwarded all the info to her and told her that the resposible party would pay for the damages on my car. She set up the appt and we dropped off the car only to find out 4 hrs later that they do not work with that company. She was rude and un apologetic. Alex in the other hand was amazing and very helpful. He explained the situation to us and apologized a number of times. Toni was also really nice and helpful.
I got hit by one of Mercury’s insurance policy holders. They recommended to fix my car here. It turned out amazing! They were a bit slow at first when I went to drop off my car and speak to the adjuster. But once they received the car parts everything went by so fast. I dropped my car off Jan. 2nd and was suppose to receive my car until the 29th. Think again! They finished on the 11th. Not even half the time they said it would take. They worked fast and they did everything to perfection. They notify you what’s going on with your car every step of the way! I had a scratch on my left rear fender and Otto fixed it even though it wasn’t part of the damage. He was so helpful and informative. Hopefully I don’t have to go through an accident again, but if I do, i will choose Pacific Elite to restore my vehicle.

They said they would fix small scratches as a courtesy but did not. Most other autobody shops would have done it because the insurance company paid a lot of money to fix the repairs from the accident.
