My second time using this shop and very pleased with professionalism and knowledge of staff. Giovanni went above and beyond what I expected. Repairs on my car were completed earlier than initially estimated and the entire staff made the whole process of having my vehicle repaired a more pleasant one. Will definitely use them again.

Excellent paint job, color match is incredibly precise and I cannot even tell the difference from where the new paint starts and the existing paint is at. Will update after 2-3mos once paint is fully dry.
Was very quick and easy. The guy that helped me was professional and explained the steps in getting my cars appraisal and what I could do after.The 4 star is because I asked about getting the rest of my car painted and for a sanding and sprayed would be 4 to 5000 dollars. OMG! I laughed and said I would check around. They must only do insurance jobs.
Everything was amazing! Customer service, constant updates as to where the car is on repairs, the repairs themselves were great! The crash champion team handled everything with the insurance which saved me some headaches throughout the week! But.. when I went to go pick up the car it was not 100% repaired. The front right apparently had damage as well that was not visible and I was not informed about it. There was a loud squeak when driving, the car would lean to the right very bad and I was told the alignment passed inspection? Also when I would softly press the break there was a very loud thud and the car would take a little longer to break than usual. Who ever test drives the vehicles should really pay more attention ... I’m very glad I noticed these issues before I hopped on the highway for I had my little nephew with me and who knows what could have happened, could’ve been very bad... everything was awesome except for that issue which is why I’m giving it 4 stars. Not sure how the person who test drove the car did not notice these issues? I noticed them as soon as I made the first turn...
I wish I could give this place a 10 star rating.My car was hit and I thought it was going be a headache getting my car fixed.My insurance provided me with a variety of places and I chose this place. I am glad I did.Everyone was very helpful and walked me through the process which was easy and quick.I spoke to Fabian in the call center who was empathetic and explained the process and helped me set up an appointment to get a quote. No pressure at all.I then spoke to Elmer who was also very helpful. I dropped off my car and he provided me with updates via text on a regular basis.Christine was also very helpful and I was in and out of there in no time.My car was ready prior to the initial date they provided and they also went above and beyond by coordinating with enterprise to pick up my rental from their location.They also guarantee their work as long as you own your vehicle.Dont go anywhere else. Youre in good hands with them.
I had the worst experience here. First off they will do the least of there ability to help with insurance. Told us that our car was not damaged from our crash and reported it to insurance. When clearly our car was damaged from the crash, we freaking crashed and clearly parts of our car were damaged. The person looking at our car was making excuses such as our car being old, qnd already being damaged basically insinuating that we were lieing.Before being inspected me and my partner made an appointment at 9:30 am. We called the day before to double check and the receptionist said that our appointment was at 11:30. She didnt ask for my partners name and just kept repeating 11:30 over and over. We paused and gave her our name and she said yes at 11:30 with an attitude.we got there and she looked at us and said at 11:30 its lunch. She kept saying 11:30 is lunch so we couldnt have an appointment. It was very frustrating because we had called to double check but the receptionist did not want to deal with clients.I would strongly recommend going elsewhere. I would also strongly recommend recording what the receptionist says over the phone because she seems as if she has lied to other clients before. When it comes to insurance they are not helpful. They told insurance the damages were not from the crash and it has been hard to fix our car because insurance will not cover all the damages. When clearly my partner and I saw it was from the accident.

Everything seemed okay at first but there was a miscommunication on their part for the pick up time for my silver Ford Edge. The female staff member had an unwarranted attitude when speaking to me over the phone when my vehicle was ready. When I received my vehicle there was a deep scratch on the front right panel. I noticed it when I got home. So of course they cleared liability for anything. Overall was not satisfied at all
I brought my car in with the knowledge of receiving it back within a week and a half,At least that is what I was told by The worker.I asked in advance if I would have my car in time because I was going to go on a trip for my birthday, an opportunity that I won’t get to do now, he assured me it would be done by then which is the only reason I took it in the first place otherwise I would’ve waited. I keep calling and they keep telling me by the end of the day every single time.I’m not upset with the time that it has taken to repair because I understand that things may take longer, i’m mostly upset about being guaranteed A job and date that won’t be possible.I’m still waiting for my car two weeks later and have not seen the quality of the work but I am not satisfied by this company and I will not be returning.Edit: they do have good customer service and I could probably be more understanding but I was affected.

I took my car for an estimate and a few weeks I came back to get my car fixed, they said they couldnt fix it because it would be a liability. I know my car is old a 2007 Honda civic coupe si and paint is all faded and chipping. I told the guy Im ok with it if the paint chips more and the bumper stands out once its repaired. I left there disappointed so I emailed them and asked why give me an estimate and later tell me you cant fix the car? I wasted my time and took time from work without pay. Their response was we can give estimates to anyone but cant fix every car. I took my car to Fix Auto and they accepted the repair job.

I have an 2004 Lexus that needed body work covered by my insurance company listed them as one of the preferred shops. I called and told them I have a late model Lexus, they referred me to a shop that specializes in Lexus.That kind of honesty speaks volumes about their work ethic thats rare to find.
I took my black 2009 Chevy Several truck to have body work done on the left rear panel, tailgate, and bumper. The employee(s) at Crash Champion Collision Repair Shop did an amazing job with the repairs; they made my truck look brand new. Would not recommend if coming here through insurance. They took weeks to “evaluate damage” declared it total loss then charged over 2k to the insurance. Even though they’re the ones that held on to it for over a month. 2k to literally do nothing. A scam

I took my Lexus in for body repairs, Elmer was my representative, he explained to me the repair process of the vehicle hes very knowledgeable and professional, they did an excellent job, I would recommend Crash Champions Collision to anyone. One small detail (could be crucial to others) my vehicle was given to me one day after the promised date.
I called for a simple estimate for a replacement tailgate (with no vehicle damage and instead of giving me a proper estimate, like most body shops. They peddled some numbers that were grossly off of what brand new parts costs, so instead of taking the time to look up my vehicle they just said it would cost 8,000 to replace when I know that all the parts for a tailgate (brand new) cost about 1,000 for a 2008 base model toyota tacoma. Im not saying they do bad work. Im just saying that you shouldnt call for an estimate from this location, they were very unhelpful and left me not wanting this businesses services.

The first time AAA referred me to Pacific Elite.This time I requested to go there.Customer service is excellent and the quality of work is great.Geo, is very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a horrible job at this place i will never recommend this shop to anyone…7 grants just to fix bumper reflector and the mirror and still not done right, they gave me the car with a broken reflector and the bumper was off and the mirror wasn’t the right one, didn’t have the blind spot, they could of compare with the other side of the bumper and mirror but they didn’t…i took the car on April 23 2021 and they promise to have my car ready on May 21 because of the covid they said…then i called them because they didn’t call me to notify me that wasn’t ready…they promise 7 different dates which is they didn’t have it, i spoke to the manager there and he promised to me he was gonna have ready today June 14 and i got a called that the car was ready, then he admit he made it mistake that car is not ready yet…almost close to 2 months and is not ready…..DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE….HORRIBLE JOB….

I was a bit concerned on the previous reviews but my main focus was getting my car done right, clean and precise. The customer service was great, very informative and helpful. Elmer who was assigned for repairs to my vehicle was professional, attentive and responsible with my vehicle. From what I seen not just only my vehicle, every vehicle they are in charge of. Elmer was giving a day by day of my repairs and my car was repaired sooner than anticipated. I got to give 5 stars to Elmer, 5 stars for office staff and 10 stars for the amazing repairs to my vehicle.

Was short staffed and took ages not sure why they were so far short or why it seemed to b taking all day but it did. And although the staff there were helpful they were clearly under too much pressure to be able to get things done!!!!
I have been here twice. The 1st time was flawless and the reason for my return. My service started off great but them began to lag. After a few phone calls I got in touch with Carlos Vargas, (there are 2 guys here named Carlos). At 1st we were not on the same page with my concerns, but Carlos quickly turned it around. He went above and beyond and reconciled my issue right away. He was kind, attentive and seemed to have a genuine concern about me and my vehicle. He is a true professional and a model of what customer service should be. Pacific Elite is lucky to have him. I get the feeling this guy could write his own ticket anywhere.

Bad experience, stay away from this shop. My car had a damaged rim and needed a tire. I advised them that the rim was damaged when my car arrived, and I was ignored. A few days latter they call me about the damaged rim🤣. They could not properly diagnosed a damaged rim even when I told them. My car was at there facility for almost 3 weeks until they called me, they could not get a rim for my car. I tried to help but I was informed that management decided that they did not want to deal with my car. I have email conversations about this by the way. They also claimed that my car had an alignment done with a deflated tire and damaged rim. They could not replace a rim, if that was to difficult for them, I could just imagine a real issue. This shop does not listen to the car owner, they only care about what makes it easier for them. This behavior will keep bringing there star score lower each time, and the issue seems to be coming from the top. My car was towed to a different shop and they had no issues in getting my rim.
I had the best experience at this place. My car was worked on right away. The whole staff was courteous and worked well with each other. I came in upset because I was having a horrible experience with another auto shop (A&B auto on San Pedro st) Christina was very patient with me as well as the secretary at the front desk never did they loose their cool & react to me being upset. They actually went above and beyond to accommodate me with my rental car experience and got my car worked on ASAP due to the other shops lack. which made my mind put at ease that I was now in good hands. Luis was the one in charge of getting my car worked on making sure everthing was done in a timely manner. I received my car in the time frame which was stated and it was a lot faster than the other shop estimated. My car was washed and waxed cleaned inside and out! when I went in the few times the staff greeted me by name and always seemed in good spirits. Coffee was the best! I even took my car to be serviced by them again best deal and warranty! Even though the manager Carlos didnt help me out personally at the shop, I received a call from him making sure Everything was going well with my experience with them. I read a few of these reviews on here and I dont know how our experiences can be so different. My opinion some people have to evaluate themselves and how they are handling the situation and what they are doing to make the situation better. Like I said at the beginning I came in with a bad attitude and the staff turned everything around, they were so professional. They know the business and are great at it.

This place is a joke. I definitely do not recommend this place. Took my car in for replacement of third row seats, broken window latch and wiper after auto theft. Few minutes prior to my appointment to take my SUV for replacements I received a call from the front desk letting me know that my appointment was cancelled and replacements where on hold this was after one week after taking in my SUV for evaluation.Ceaser was the one in charge of my claimed and he would not provide me with an explanation of why there was a hold. He also failed to include the damage to wiper when I went to the shop the second time he had not documented the wiper. I spoked to the insurance AAA which is also a joke and approved to be replaced. Caesar had the nerve to call the insurance company to say my wiper was not broken initially instead of owning up to his mistake, very unprofessional. I had to pay for deductible upfront to order parts when I have never had to pay for deductible at other shops when my seats where replaced or repairs where done.Employees are unhappy as well, spoke to one and he stated they don’t pay for vacation time and only have major holidays off. Employee admitted this place is a joke.I will never return to this place and I will report to insurance so that they don’t recommend this place to customers.Never again!!!

Worst company to work for, dont take your vehicles here! Management sucks, its all about politics and favoritism. Very greedy peaple, especially the big guy J.V poor regional manager skills. They pick and choose who they assign the work to and let certain technicians starve. Human resources should spend some time at this place and question every employee to understand whats really going on. Nice shop with huge potential but its not being utilized correctly.
Dented my car inside their shop (didnt inform me) fortunately I notied the dent before I left. They didnt refill my AC unit, after they removed it to fix damage I initially brought it for, made us feel like it was our fault when we took it back to fix the damage they did. Fixed stuff they missed the first time around. The whole ordeal took about 2 months to fix my car. If you do take your car here MAKE SURE YOU take pictures of your car before you leave it and FULLY inspect it when you pick it up.
This place is a joke. What is the point of texting your clients their car will be done at a certain time if youre just going to make them wait 3 days to get a car wash. But Im sure the man Carlos helped Monday that he escorted around was out with in the end of the day. If you tell someone their car will be ready by 6 on Friday then make sure its ready and Friday were gonna take care of you -Carlos. Hopefully you dont tell your children this

Geico ins sent me Here to access my vehicle, approved rental car, and gave repair orders. At the end rental car fees was not paid.
In the beginning everything seems fine because of the way everything is displayed, afterwards they estimate a date of when you will receive your car which is usually a short period of time. Ofcourse its not they continue to delay at least in my case not once but three times, excuse after excuse. Horrible defines my experience, I dont recommend this place to anyone.

I took my maxima for a rear bumper replacement May 27 2014 they kept the car for a week without doing a thing to it the estimator (justin lavoie) did not call me not ones I would have to call to see what was going on with the car and whenever I called the estimator was never available they would say the my insurance hard not been to see the car and the car was untouched meanwhile i had no car for a week I had gotten an estimate two weeks earlier for my hood to get painted for $356.40 and they said that they could not honor the estimate that the estimator that gave it to me had made a mistake it was too cheap so for that I cannot recommend this body shop to nobody if you want good work and friendly service try PACIFIC COLLISION CENTER IN DOWNEY .
