Customer service representative deserved a 5 star ! Out of stock for my upgrade phone was why I gave it a 4 star.

Always a fun place to visit, but definitely need more sales people.

Called this morning, lady answered and didnt seem to want to answer my questions. She did answer my question but when I said thank you she simply hung up. What is going on with our customer service these days cricket???? Ive been a customer going on 5 years and this location in dover has always had an attitude.

The employees and manager were extremely helpful by insisting me on an affordable plan and informing me on all the benefits! Bought an XS here on the same day I broke my old iPhone so Im glad they were able to assist me on a new one. Special thanks to, Esteban! :)

Came into the store yesterday no one knew what they was doing, it took way to Long to get the proper help and I wasnt help out in a manner Im use to receiving when I go to this location. New faces every time into this store please learn how to keep employees that know what they are doing I wont be returning to this location .

Malcolm was excellent; this is how customer service should be. You should have him train that incompetent girl that works at your New Castle store. So this is how you can improve your ratings in response to your template question you had the nerve to give me in my last review.

I was in your store a while back. And I purchased a new phone and wireless earbuds. The wireless earbuds I purchased quit working less than a week after I had them. I called and spoke to who I think is the manager. She she told me to bring them back. And I will get another pair. When I came to the store the next day. She said that she had been touch with somebody at cricket and they arent allowed to do exchanges. And if I wanted another pair. I would have to purchase another pair of wireless earbuds. I want ahead and purchase another pair. When I got home I contacted someone at cricket myself. They said they dont have anything to do with exchanges at the store. That is up to store to make decisions on that. Despite the fact of what the manager told me.

I done had Verizon, Sprint, and tmobile and I tell you none of their customer service compares to this location. Mac was very efficient, courteous and knowledgeable on not only the plans, but also the phones I will be back to do more business in the future and will see to it that my friends and family are as well. Very poor customer service. I called this number to ask a simple question and the lady did not even know how to answer it and I understand if she didn’t know but instead of saying so she just hung up on me.

Horrible employee goes by Chino which I doubt that being her real name accesses accounts without customer being in store! Very rude and very unprofessional! Do not recommend this cricket at all.

I switched 3 of my 5 lines from AT&T to compare service. They were friendly and happy to help. Stay tuned, in a month or so I will let you know what we find out.

Wow this cricket is ridiculous. I called yesterday to update my credit card information to make sure my service would not be interrupted. I clearly asked if I would have any issues- they said no. They took my new card information and told me that my payment would be made today. Today I checked my credit card and there is no payment made.I called in to have this issue resolved and they placed me on hold for 15min then hung up on me. I called back 3 more times with no luck. Take your money elsewhere the headache is not worth it.

Had help picking a phone out with the manger at the location came back to get the phone two days later and all of a sudden hes no longer employed at location and to top it off no one On the current staff knew nothing or was able to assist me and appeared to be untrained and did not know what to do .
