I’ve dealt with a few service departments over the years. Randy and Jim at Chuck Nicholson have by far been the friendliest and most accommodating. They answer all of my questions honestly. I’m never surprised by the cost of repairs when I come back (in the rental car they provide for me) because they are up front with that BEFORE they fix it.Thank you Randy and Jim. I will never take my vehicles anywhere else!

Simply put, they charged me for work that they could not complete. They had my car for 8 hours to perform recall work, which they did, but at the same time were supposed to be programming 2 remotes for keyless entry. after cutting the keys, they informed me that they could NOT program the key fobs and still charged me for an hour of labor. I cant return the defective FOBs because they have already cut the keys, and I have spent over $100 on service that couldnt be performed. When they called to see how my service was, I explained what the situation was and basically, they told me that it isnt their problem and that I wasted $100. They did offer to sell me a new keyless remote for about $175. Unfortunately, I wont be using their services again, whether it be for warranty/recall work or to purchase a new vehicle.
Poor customer service. Sales person does not listen to what the customer has to say and really shows that they do not care...
Never owned a Mazda but now they have Dug Moore as their GM so things have changed.
