Great place to find auto parts and accessories for vehicles. Most of the employees are knowledgeable of vehicles and car repairs. They have a good inventory of car parts, and are able to order most things they do not carry. If you have an engine code on, they can check it with an OBD2 scan tool. They will also check your battery for you.

My experience at AutoZone this morning was fantastic this is the location across from the Greene Turtle there was two young ladies in there one of redhead and the other I believe she was the manager but their customer service was exceptional I have never received this kind of customer service at an AutoZone anywhere that I have gone I Was So Satisfied this morning I was in tears being a female not knowing anything about Vehicles it really helps when you go into the store and you get a representative that is actually willing to help you with assistant they really made my day as far as Im concerned they are rock stars corporations need more employees like this and its sad to say that the guys in the shop rarely offer you assistance

Those guys there are awesome. I needed to return my old battery because I bought a new one from there back in August and have been just riding around w/ old one in the back of my car. So I finally returned it ;figuring that I wouldnt get the core charge money back because I had no receipt and it had been several months. Nope, not only did I get 28.00 back without a receipt but they even went out to my car in the pouring rain and got it out of car for me. Again they are awesome there!!

Ordered brake parts not all available back Ordered hoses. Came to pick up parts not all there also informed customer had canceled parts which I had not done. After that every thing worked out parts arrived and I should be able to get the job done

I had stopped shopping here because of getting some bad brake parts . Well I started going back and that was a mistake. Half the staff was helpful and did a great job the other half was rude and were useless. I looked online to see if the store had a part in stock and just called to make sure before driving there the woman who answered the phone said they didnt sell that part. I told her they did and I saw it on their website. Her answer was it not her website it auto zones. Even after saying it was listed under the denton store she just said they dont sell it. Well I needed it and went in to see, well they did have it and the management was the woman on the phone. Then the icing on the cake was I preordered and paid for a couple parts well I had to go out of town for emergency work and got phone calls that they had come in but I couldnt get back to get them . They said they would hold them and if I didnt get back in time they would send them back. With that being said I did not get to pick them up . I went in several times to get a refund but was told I needed to come back when someone else was there . The second time I went in they couldnt find them under my account. Then I was in the area and stopped on the way home and they sound we see them but its been to long but if I had a receipt I could get it back, I said its been months now and I dont have it and the management said sorry theres nothing she could do . So that 60 bucks plus tax down the drain but Ill never buy anything else from auto zone again . There are a bunch of other auto parts stores in the area and no need to shop where the staff is rude and them steals your money .

Two workers were arguing using profanity. One worker said the other one should have been fired based on some type warmings on file.

Well its for guys, lol I just look aroundDear Owner of AutozoneI love your store and everytime we need something for our vehicles Autozone is the only place we go. I wasnt complaining that was not my intention but thank you for replying.

Was there on Friday Jan 29th and needed to get windshield wipers IMMEDIATELY last minute, this very nice young man (I felt bad because they were about to close) but he was so kind and patient with me and put on my new wipers without seeming upset. He was so nice 😊. Thank you, youre awesome.

I had purchased a battery many years ago & the warranty had expired which I did not know... Charlie explained how the system worked and after checking my charging system and finding out It was about 7 yrs.old a decision was made to purchase a new battery, being very costly I asked if there was any coupons towards purchase and there were none at this time... So Charlie was not pushy and gave me the time of day which helped me to process coming to the final decision of buying a new battery ... Friendly, helpful and respectful.I came to check a check engine light which had come on on my 2004 dodge ram.When the computer showed no error code, they repeatedly tried it over and over to attempt to find the issue.They were not able to locate the error in the end but you could tell they tried as hard as they could.. I was happy with the service and they were great.

My fiance and I use to go to this store for our car needs but were always serviced so poorly by one man in particular. He treats you poorly if you need even the ounce of help looking for a car part. After several visits with the same person, we now just go to Advance Auto Parts where we feel we get the help we need with better service.

Who doesnt like free things? Auto zone offers free check engine light diagnostics. Then they take it a step further and provide you with a print out to take to a mechanic, the auto shop or your dealership that would usually charge you over $100 to do the same thing. This particular Autozone location is special though. The customer service is above and beyond, plus they are always jamming awesome throwback music that has customers walking in singing along. They are full of smiles all the time. The product prices are reasonable and usually top shelve quality. So its safe to buy the product you need here and have the Autoshop do the labor. Saves you a ton.

Went there on an errand for my husband. Went i entered i waited for help. It didnt come so i started my hunt of glass repair. Could not be found so finally saw someone to ask. He told me isle 5 and pointed. Not much help but it narrowed it down. Finally found it but when got home, Id bought the wrong stuff. Very frustrating!

The gentleman that helped me change my plates was very pleasant and friendly... he will definitely be my go to guy from here on out while I am here...

My driver side windshield wiper broke off as i was driving and it was snowing very heavily out. The lady behind the counter was more then happy to help me, even down to coming out in the snow and replacing it for me. I did not catch her name or the gentleman that came out to assist her. Never can go wrong when youre vehicle is in need

The associate Walter was very nice, I had went to another location to have them check my battery and they checked it,but just told me to go drive it for 30 min and rushed off. I went to this one and they charged it for my,why should I burn up my gas when I could just do it. I will be going back to this one again.

My significant other came here to get oil and one of their customers that they have yet to be fired came up to my significant other and knocked the two cans of oils out of his hand. My significant other didn’t come to start trouble or anything he’s currently in the military and that was disrespectful to do that to the man who severes our country. As soon as that took place the manager told my significant other to leave. We called corporate and they did absolutely nothing so do not come here if you want poor treatment from their staff. They care absolutely nothing about the men who serve this country.
