Very nice people at the front desk. Worked to make sure I had adequate access and knew the procedures. Facilities are clean and dry. It is a box into which I can store my stuff. Simple concept and they pull it off. Prices are not spectacular but are competitive.

My experience was a great one. The young lady that helped me was very attentive to my needs. It was her first day working along at the location, and she handled the set backs that we had link a champ! Im glad I chose that day to stop by to get a storage unit.

AWESOME STORAGE!! Love my inside, air conditioned unit with SUPER clean hallways. Easy to get in, safe and secure and I like that they close at 10 PM -- easier to keep the crime down if nobody is supposed to be there during the high crime hours!! If you are looking for storage in Douglasville, this should be your ONLY STOP (and guess what -- they are still cheaper than the others)

The GM - Lynn Heikell provided professional and prompt phone and in person service. Something somewhat difficult to find in these days and times as they are? Lynns exceptional work place attitude and natural friendliness was welcomed and the driving force for my choice of First Storage! After 18 years of managing and operating a business in the Douglasville Georgia area myself I would have been pleased to have her on my own team! This employee and her actions should be noted by the Storage First corporate headquarters!

Cleanest storage facility I’ve ever seen. Pricey but you get what you pay for. Online access to pay bills, etc. The only thing I don’t like is that there is not 24 hour accessibility to the storage units, closes at 10 pm.

5 stars. Easiest and most convenient process I have ever experienced. I did everything online. All the info was sent to my email. And they even provided me with a lock. It’s safe, secure and convenient to my location. I will recommend this place to anyone.

So far so good but the AC in the temperature controlled unit is not very cool. Also have a hole in the top of my other unit. Luckily it is not damaging anything.

My experience was great here. The fella at the front was pleasant and friendly. The grounds were clean and crisp. My only concern is not knowing if we will get locked in the gate if we are not done unpacking. He didn’t explain that part. I just don’t want us to be locked in. Overall

During this Covid-19 Pandemic, You had conditioned yourself, To expect longer than normal wait times, Expect frustrated employees, Who’s mind’s would be pre-occupied on the issues that this Pandemic has heaped upon them, It seemed that everywhere you went for customer service, We had conditioned ourselves not to expect much, Because if we did, We surely would be in for a huge disappointment.I needed a storage unit right away, I called on Thursday, Needing a 10x30 the following Tuesday.From the first moment A Cheery Gentleman named Richard answered the phone, He was polite, He was Professional, knowledgeable and in 10 minutes of the most uplifting, Put me at ease conversation, It was done.Wait a minute, Where was the letdown, I was expecting, I braced myself all weekend, Knowing that would come on Tuesday surely. I walked in Tuesday to be Greeted by The Manager Eboni, And with a warm smile, And a “ I’m Glad to be here” Attitude we had finished our business, I had Painlessly accomplished navigating through two employees, That I was more than glad to give my money to. The uneasiness about where I would be storing our personal belongings accumulated over 40 years was GONE. And once to the unit, It had easy access, It was brand new looking, Clean as my house, The heaviness of moving and Storing, Had turned into a BLESSING. I used this location recently it was close to work, easy access, no nonsense contract i liked that the most. the manager of the facility was kind, informative, and explained all the documents real good. it was very clean!! i didnt see any signs of bugs or rodents. i was in a climate controlled space and i was impressed by the temp every time i entered. i would recommend and have already recommended this place to friends.

Ms Natalie is Storage First. She has the personality and the smile that goes beyond. Very friendly and will help you with anything she can. Its a joy to see her face when I come to pay my bill. Thank you Ms Natalie for being there. You are the greatest!

I had this storage for about 2 years. I just moved out maybe a month ago. The facility and grounds are clean and well kept. The staff is friendly and helpful. I will most definitely repeat if i ever need a storage unit again.

I had my storage for almost 5 years and when I removed my furniture and boxes there were no bugs, no rodents nor smells. Everything was in tact. I have rented space from other storage companies and found my boxes had been infested with rodents and bugs. I will say that I paid more at Storage First because I rented a climate controlled inside unit. It was well worth it to find my storage was well maintained. Very very happy with Storage First. Highly recommend them for climate controlled space.

This storage facility is clean and bright, and there are cameras all over the property. I feel much safer here than I do at some of the other facilities in the area. The counter help were very polite and professional- I will definitely rent here again in the future!

Alex is very nice and patience, he has been very sweet to my family, so I appreciate that. However, I did have some type of pest eat through my clothing and some of my stuff so Im going to have to file a claim for that.

I had a great experience at Storage First. I had an insulated unit because Im not a fan of outdoor units. I paid a reasonable price a month and no hassle when I moved out. If I should ever need a storage unit again, (which I pray that I wont), Ill be back.

The customer service is awesome and the facility is nice and clean. When you walk in and the person behind the desk is always in a great spirit...that says a lot about Storage First. We have had a unit at this location since March 2014.

I have never felt so nickeled and dimed by any organization as Storage First in my whole life. First, they are over-priced, I paid a $20.00 new administration fee for each of three units individually. 1st late fee $15.00 although I explained to that I would like to make one payment for all 3 units monthly. Certainty, they would take the monthly payment for approximately $465.00 and some change; however, I was still charged late payments for example if one unit was due on 13th and I got paid on the 15th. Regardless if other two unit weren’t due to end of month. Remember I asked could I pay all the unit together in one monthly payment. 🤔 funny thing if they agreed to this how would they get to squeeze me for more money.The cherry on top of this mess ... Is I was advised durning my exit which is also on the contract I must say... if unit wasn’t cleaned, I would be assessed a $100.00 last fee per unit ... more 💰. I took pictures of the unit with number included because I needed proof I removed all of my belonging.If you want to get screwed without getting kissed go here ! Promise this is the absolute truth!!!!Run fast

I been using them since last year and recently I have a issue with the unit next to me smelling foul and having my unit smelling and making my items smell. The office wants to tell me and my husband it’s nothing they can do about it!! My question is why not?? I pay every month and is there not a list of items that are not allow in non air conditioning units?? I had to move some items out my unit to protect them from the foul smell coming from the unit next to mines!! If your items are important to you don’t use them because they will say it’s NOTHING they can do about the people unit that smells.Oh and they claim to have contacted the owner and have gotten no response. I am very disappointed

Very clean and easy to get to. stored things for a year and it was safe and still the the way it went in.

Checked the place out due to good reviews on here. On the bright side, it was clean. Other than that the prices are way higher than any other place around, I spoke to a recent customer of theirs that said they had to move because their climate controlled unit was infested with rodent droppings along with finding dead rodents. I noticed in the building i was shown there was a snake trap and the building smelled awful. And to top it all of the manager alex reeked of liquor and showed no interest in selling me a unit. I ended up coming back a few days later to see a smaller unit and the assistant manager was much nicer, she was very informative the entire time and even offered a free lock. I ended up going somewhere else mainly due to the fact that the price was better. Wouldnt recommend.

Id give less than one star but its not an option. Do not, under any circumstances, enter into business with this company. Ever. They are crooks and will not do what they say they will or even call you back. They just lie and hope you will go away. Ill go away when they give us our money owed for services rendered over 90 days ago. The BBB has heard from me, and a few other reporting agencies for the treatment we had to endure. Highly unethical. Ponzi schemers trying to climb a corporate ladder of a shell game.

Have had a unit there for about 5 years. Its there only because of convince. I DO NOT recommend this place. They will NOT work with you o any issue. Once I can move the belongings in this place I will. My suggestion, look across the street. The management changes about every 6 months. No people skills in staff.

This is the worst experience I have ever had !!Your contract says one thing and they expect for you to pay something different !They have a drop box for you to put your payments in after hours ; however when you do use the night box, they add late fees ( although the money order is clearly dated) .Very unprofessional staff in the way they conduct business .. You will be better off going across the street from location or some where else in general. They must get paid on Commission.One word to describe this place AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst experience ever! For 1 their units are rat infested. For 2 the Manager is rude and disrespectful. They dont care about their customers, only the $. I was 1 min late on putting my code in at closing, after 4 hours of waiting and wasting gas i was finally called back with a code to be able to get out and go home. What would happen if there were a real emergency? I wouldnt refer my worst enemy to use them even if I did get $50 for the referal. Sad to say the least.

Management is very nice UNTIL you sign your contract. Contract states you are paid up through 29th, even though there are 30 days in the month. I told them I wanted a air conditioned unit extra large because I had to do lots of sorting of my items. They said that would be fine. Less than two weeks later they told me you could not be in the unit longer than 3 hours. When I told them I wanted to move out at the end of my ALL READY PAID FOR time. They tried to make it 10 days from when I told them I wanted to move out, then they changed the date to the 29th-short one day! Stay away!
