Went to the Douglasville Ga store on December 20,2020 @1:30pm. One of cashiers was rude to me about asking a question about the product. And gave judgment looks and knowing as a customer I should have got respect. And just cause of my race should’ve not been rude. We should all be treated all right even if I am white going into a store. Race does not MATTER!

I give a 3 based off my usual experience of excellence . Those 2 kids 1 black male kid in the bubble jack who couldnt answer questions. And the young black girl in the jean jacket who would not make eye contact, I had to make her interact. I miss the the other young lady who always spoke and greeted . These 2 think its a game to work apparently.....

This place was completely unprofessional. I went in for an interview and the person that was supposed to give the interview wasn’t even there. I wasted my time even going to this sorry excuse of a beauty supply store.

I purchased a Tshirt dress that says Black Girl Magic for my 8 year old daughter but the dress fits snug. I tried to exchange the dress a few days later but the store clerk told me all sales are final (Though there was no posted sign or I wouldnt have spent the $25.99+TAX). A medium or large was not in stock and they didnt even offer store credit. Bad business! I have several friends in Douglasville that I will advise not to shop here anymore. There are other options in the neighborhood!

Store too cramped, if worried about theft learn how to Customer Service. I came for a full lace unit but wont spend my money where Im not valued. Id rather buy online

Shopper BEWARE! NEVER AGAINI purchased a clothing item yesterday. But when I got home and tried it on...it was too small. I wanted to exchange it for a different size today. So with receipt and tags still on I took it by and asked. All clothing sales is final. Mind you- I wasnt asking for a refund. Just a different size. Now I am stuck with a useless piece of clothing. I will never buy from here again. And immediately got in the car to post this.

When they first opened, I was so happy to have a beauty supply store near me. I shop there almost every week and wouldnt think of giving my business to anyone else. The staff are friendly and helpful. Especially Lucy in the wig section. I just started experimenting with wigs and she has made the experience a dream. This store has everything and I would recommend it to everyone seeking quality products for reasonable prices!

Not a lot hair chose from

I usually alway go here because it’s not the regular asian owned, it’s Indian owned. But today it didn’t matter. My 3yo son wanted to carry a basket. We went down an isle and the product wasn’t there. While leaving the isle he knocked down 4 off brand bottles of baby lotion and oil on the bottom self. I went back and stacked up 2 bottles in front. I asked an associate for help and the owner came around the corner and she was the look on her face UNFRIENDLY AF. So the associate told what I was looking for was back down the same isle. The owner was down there stacking up those bottles and I needed to get by with my 2 kids. I say excuse me and she barely moved. My son has manners so he tells her I’m sorry while she fixing the bottles and she didn’t say a word. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM AN INDIAN OR ASIAN OWNED HAIR STORE EVER AGAIN. THEY DONT VALUE US AND THEYRE RUDE.

Nice store..stocked with pretty much what you need.Quality products. One young lady is especially helpful and always great customer service with a smile. Im not sure of her name, but she colors her hair one day it may be blue the next time red the next time red and blue together. She is just lovely & the owner is nice as well. I stopped by one Saturday and some profane laced songs were playing which was inappropriate,kids in store.. by the time I walked to the front to ask him to change it he already had. I still spoke to him about it and he agreed and apologized.he said he wouldnt play that radio station in there again.

Upon entry just expect to be uncomfortable and followed until you exit the store by an almost robotic staff. Plaza is almost a dead zone. The store is neatly cluttered with cameras, mirrors and warnings about theft everywhere. Needed one thing and spotted this place on Google Maps. I will never return.
