Im giving this, 2 stars because the clerks were very helpful. However the selection of products were extremely poor. The store looked as if, it was going out of business or just getting started like just opening and the shipment hadnt arrived? Very limited selection for black hair care 😐. No offense.

I will never spend my money with this company again. I came here to get my daughter nail polish. They had a sign saying they was not open it was another lady that walked to the door after me. One of the ladies unlocked the door for her and gave her a hug. Her boyfriend came to my car and said she use to work here they are letting people in so I walked back to the door and the lady shock her head no. Im highly disappointed that yall pick who you want to shop in your store.

I have very thick hair which led me to start doing my hair at home so its more cost friendly but I’m not so knowledgeable in this field lol. With that said I came into the store today with tons of questions and I must say the lady who helped me, I believe her name is Kya (sorry if I misspelled!) she was so well knowledged and informative. She didn’t just tell me what I needed but she guided me as to what would be best and why. It was such a pleasant experience so thank you Kya! (Douglasville location on chapel hill)

Not good place to shop for natural hair care products. Products are never stocked but u may get lucky and find one. If you need products from here better to order online. Proclaim products are great and I think u can only find at Sally but like I said shelves are bare.

The locations is better than the previous one, I’ll give it that. Although the new employees could use some extra training. Very absent and the girl with red hair at the register is very uptight and has an attitude for absolutely no reason from the get go. She made my experience very uncomfortable and I felt incredibly judged for having simple questions about a product.

Great service and selection. I was a little worried about the store not being stocked due to the negative review on here, but I didnt experience that at all. I guess they must have had low stock at some point due to the pandemic, but everything seems fine.

After purchasing items you also have to also purchase a bag or carry items out in your hands.....

Wasn’t not happy with customer service offer to help me and I did get what I needed She acted like it was my fault I didn’t have change she didn’t even apologize for saying sorry for the inconvenience or anything and then started talking behind my back when I left

They are always very stocked up on everything. The people that work there are always so nice and super helpful when asked questions. I love this store.

Ive been shopping with Sallys 30 years and today I go in and was charged for a bag for items after spending $34 on products. Very disappointed
