Love Starbucks but they can never get my order right at the Target one. I always ask for light ice and they fill it so full that I get maybe four or five swigs of my drink. I feel like it’s wayyy too expensive to put that much ice in there for no product.

It was curdled and had an odd separation going on, not to mention the assault on my taste buds. The pink drink was also curdled and separated, not exactly sure what’s going on at that store.GO TO STARBUCKS AT BARNS AND NOBEL ONLY A FEW STORES DOWN!! it’s worth the walk.

Really wish Dothan had a stand alone Starbucks but they are usually always friendly and quick! While they dont provide all of the stand Starbuck options they do have a decent selection.

They failed to tell us they were out of the cream she wanted and the whipped cream for other drinks. So we got charged for it even though they Altered it to what they didnt have and didnt say until it was done and we paid!

Not exactly a Starbucks, but S. Alabama is not exactly civilised, so why would you expect it to be?The coffee was too hot (I specified MOSTLY hot, but cool enough not to strip flesh from my mouth), but at least I didnt have to explain what a quad black & white mocha was. Or worse, tell them how to make it. I couldnt use my SB gold card, or even check my points or status, but I havent done that since crossing the line into 1843... I mean the AL state line.It was in a Barnes & Noble, so that was nice. It was quiet, because most people here dont read anything beyond a Budweiser cap, but the few people in there were nice... enough not to talk to me.Smallish dining area, nice pastry selection, but overall, it felt kinda dreary. Maybe thats what to expect at noon on a Wednesday in a bookstore, here, but god I wish Id never moved back to this place. This Starbucks brought those feelings to the front of my mind. Maybe not all your fault, but 3 stars for the atmosphere being less uplifting than the caffeine.

I am very disappointed in starbucks. The barista told me it closes at 8:50 p.m. On the other hand, google shows it closes at 10 p.m. So we arrived there at 8:47 p.m. She then told me that we are closed in a very rude manner. I was there to make a big order worth $100. I was so sad that I started crying. My family has only went once to starbucks. I was so excited to get starbucks. I searched up youtube videos on what I should get. I even asked some people on recommendations. I hope you are happy on ruining my day.

This guy Micheal has an attitude the whole time he was making our vanilla bean frapps. Rolled his eyes and said “I guess everyone wants to come in at closing time” then makes our drinks with water instead of the milk. What a waste of money. This guy needs to be fired. Starbucks just lost loyal customers.

I am revising my review because I was in a couple of months ago and the service was horrible. I was back in today to find that the service has improved 100%. very good Starbucks. Its definitely about having the right people in place.

Quick n great coffee

I deviated 20 minutes from my road toorder a couple cups of pike place and the coffee tasted like they rinsed the empty brewers with water and served it to me. Nothing like the coffee in atlanta. 1 STAR!

Would expect a beverage with extra shot of expresso to taste like it and not milky water with whipped cream. Typically other Starbucks give me a beverage that taste like coffee even without the extra shot. Quite disappointed with this experience. Three shots cause it was hot and server was polite.

Super nice indoor seating, but be prepared for a loonngg wait if you go through the drive-thru.

Ordered at 749 am got first order almost 20 min later...it was a tall cold brew nitro. Still waiting on the second order. And the second one 10 minutes later. This is ridiculous. Lets get it together Starbucks

Rating it 2 of 5 stars....this isnt a real Starbucks coffeehouse. Cant use Starbucks card, cant scan my Starbucks app, lacks a full menu of coffee/espresso options. BUT...it is clean, friendly and does offer the only Starbucks beverages available to this little corner of the world....so I give it 2 stars

Great coffee long line

Seriously? 4 stars? Sad to know this is the only Starbucks we have for miles and it sucks. The customer service was crappy, my drink was completely butchered, and they advertise one price and charge you another! The 2 times Ive been so excited to finally get Starbucks Ive left mad. Definitely not buying from here again.

They were out of several syrups and when I decided to order a mocha frappuccino, it was honestly the worst one Ive ever had. Dissapointing to say the least. This one is going into the trash as I dont want to deal with the obviously overwhelmed employees inside.

This Starbucks is good, we frequent this location often and enjoy it. They are quick and efficient.

About 9 times out of 10 when I go to this Starbucks the frappucinos taste like absolutely nothing and if I add espresso it tastes like Im drinking burnt ice. Theyre also very sloppily made like theyre just rushing so youll go away. The Barnes and Noble Starbucks, which isnt even technically a Starbucks is way better and has a friendly staff. Id say either go there or go to Mr. Coffee Bean. Too bad Mr. Coffee Bean isnt open on Sundays and Barnes doesnt open til 10 on Sundays, so I either gotta settle for burnt ice at Target or being told by every McDonalds and Dunkin Donuts that their machine is broken.

Really bad service at the Starbucks in Target. It seems to be an ongoing issue and the staff seems miserable and the customers are the ones that suffer. Nothing like standing in line for your coffee while listening to the employees complain to each other. Personal conversations should be kept to a minimum. It’s extremely displeasing and i should never leave somewhere that i spent my hard earned money feeling like i was a burden or an inconvenience. Get it together! Such a disappointment and i hope that when Dothan actually gets a drive through Starbucks that none of the existing employees from the the Target Starbucks works there!

Its normally crowded due to being located inside a Target store. The quality and consistency of your coffee depends on the barista working at the time of your visit. Never had a bad experience.

Always excellent service! At times, the line and wait is super long, but its only because this is the only Starbucks in town. Totally worth it!

I asked my barista for a smores frappuccino without coffee and she gave me one with extra coffee. I told her twice to make sure there wasnt coffee in it and I watched her put coffee in it. She wouldnt replace it either.

Stood at the counter for ten minutes while the employees studiously ignored the two customers waiting in line. When my wife finished checking out I just left. That other customer is probably still standing around waiting. Glad there are other coffee shops in Dothan because this location has really gone downhill.
