I would recommend this shop to anyone. My son suit didnt come in time for his prom I oder online. So I called them about 4 the day of prom they was able to get him fitted and a tuxedo to make his senior prom a success. They where very nice and friendly.
We had a very pleasant experience buying my future daughter-in-law’s wedding dress. Heather was so helpful and made her feel like a bride. Even with the restrictions of Covid, everyone was very accommodating and welcoming. I highly recommend Andrew’s for all of your wedding needs 😊

Barely found a place to park, theres like 6 parking spaces. God forbid theres a large wedding party that drops in. The selection of dresses for larger women is very small. (Sorry about the pun)🤭
This is not the Andrews I grew up using. We were treated rudely and the selection was poor. It was even told to me that policy has changed since I last bought my wedding gown 4 years ago. I immediately searched another store to try to recoup the experience for my daughter in laws first wedding shopping experience. Amazingly disappointing day with Andrews Bridal....shop somewhere else where they care you are purchasing a $2000 dress for a heirloom. By the way, the competitors store was a win win. Great service and selection.

I bought my wedding dress here in March 2013. Its a gorgeous dress, but before I purchased it, I wanted to be sure that it would be easy to extend the line of buttons on the back all the way down the train. I was assured that this would be simple and not terribly expensive. However, they did not inform me that I would have to find and purchase the buttons myself and bring them to the shop. So by the time my dress arrived & I went in to be fitted for alterations, it was too late to order them. When my alterations were complete, I went back for another fitting, but the hemline was not short enough and was crooked. I explained that I was moving to another state in 2 weeks, and they assured me that it would be fixed by Saturday so I could come in for another fitting. They did not complete the alterations until the day before I moved, and it was still WRONG. The tulle under layer was sticking out below the hem of the lace dress, and the bustle did not bring the train off the ground for dancing like I had asked. Now I have to spend MORE $ to have it altered somewhere else, plus an additional rush fee. They definitely have gorgeous dresses here, but I would never trust anything they tell you about alterations. Just take your dress somewhere else.
Seems that all the stores have beautiful dresses to choose from. Employees are nice and so helpful. The prices are already the same every where you go. You just pick the right one for you.
I went in to the Location on Adams to look for my wedding gown. I was greeted at the door by a young girl, that was it. My entourage and I went and pulled our own dresses. The young girl wondered over and said maybe 2 words. Once I started trying the gowns on she was more helpful with veil options and belts. We found one we loved and then the manager lady came over and was VERY VERY rude. She pushed us to purchase that day. Saying that we could just barely get it by my August wedding (this was at the end of December). We left and I told her I would give her a call back. I called back a couple weeks later to get details on the dress and yet again that manager lady was very rude. She told me she didn’t even know the details of my dress. Even though they took my info down on a card that day. She said she would call me back, never did. Needless to say, I found the EXACT same dress at another shop in Dothan with extra fabric (which I needed) and they could get it here quicker. I would not go back. Horrible customer service.
I shopped here (the new store), back in March. My daughter and I went in to find a bridal gown for me. We were greeted at the door, by 2 younger girls. That was it. No offers to show me anything. No offers to help in any way. No suggestions. My daughter just started pulling gowns, I tried them on with still no assistance. Finally found a gown we liked. The girls ordered the gown. Didnt ask any questions about veils, accessories, nothing. Im still waiting on gown, since I was told it would arrive sometime in July for my September wedding. Its going to need some major alterations. When I pick the dress up...I will NEVER go in this store again. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!
These ladies are very friendly, very helpful, very professional. Even if we had not purchased there I would still reccomend them.

My husband rented a tux from Andrews Bridal for his friends wedding. Since we dont live near Dothan, he got his measurements taken at a local mens store and sent them in. The measurements were written down incorrectly (NOT Andrews Bridals fault) and the pants were 6 inches too wide in the waist! We didnt receive them from the groom until Thursday night (wedding Saturday). I called the shop first thing Friday morning and spoke with Miranda about the problem. She was so helpful, and she immediately ordered a new pair of pants to be overnighted. The wedding wasnt in Dothan either, but her husband was actually planning a family visit near the wedding venue about 1.5 hrs away. He brought them to us which saved a lot of headaches on a very busy day! They went above and beyond our expectations of customer service.

When I went looking, we found a dress that day. She held the dress so we could shop around and even beat the price of the other shop that was going to beat theirs. She was super helpful and very pleasant. Told me that the dress was a little to big and wouldnt need anything but taking up lengthwise in the top and a hemline...didnt tell us that we would be paying extra for a brand new (not on sale) dress that cost1400 dollars. Wedding got postponed the young girl was super nice and I called them several time about alterations a few months prior and about the color of bms dresses I was looking for. They knew when my date was. The older lady told me that I could wait til 2 weeks before the wedding. Then in the next couple weeks I called to check on the dress and the young girl said I know she told you two but it would be better to start at one month just to be safe *GOOD THING!!!!!!!*I went in for alterations 5 weeks before my wedding date....called them the Monday before and told them I would be their on Saturday with my wedding party and asked them what I needed to bring. Told me just shoes. At this point they know Im looking for alterations and how much of them I need and that I am looking to order bms dresses. They said okay hung up. Get their first thing after they open on Saturday. I put on the dress. They button me up put on my shoes. I step up and take a look and my FH sister says you have a button missing the lady says oh yea, we know never once offered to put a new one on their. Then the lady precedes to tell me that alterations are done outside of their shop by another lady and she didnt work on Saturday anymore. I explained that I had called that Monday and she said yea..she just stopped doing that ....like...really she just decided Monday that she wasnt going to do alterations on Saturday anymore? and you couldnt call me seeing as though I live 2 hours away? At this point...my mother is furious. Im furious. I go in and take the dress off...and I hear everyone getting kind of irritated and annoyed. SIL asked if they could look at bms dresses and she told them that their was no way they were going to find one that would be ready in time because it takes 12 weeks.....ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!! I had been calling this lady for MONTHS!!!!! NEVER did she say this even when mentioned. Didnt even let us LOOK at them! We took my dress buttonless and to big and brought it home. After all...they are no refunds and it was fully paid for in March!!!!Get the dress home only to pick up the train and find out that their are stains around the hem line like someone had been walking around in it and stepping on it!!!!I bought the dress LITERALLY off hanger....Brand new and still in the bag....your telling me that in 30 minutes (total including the first try on) that I got stains THAT bad....NO!MOST DEFINITELY DO NOT GO TO ANDREWS BRIDAL!!!! Pay the extra money or go to Blushing Bride...that lady will go above and beyond for you, unfortunately she couldnt get us bms dresses but she dang well tried!!!!!
