Found the dress I needed for my sons wedding, owner such a sweet heart, great job, for helping my sister & I with our dresses!

They thought it would be a good idea to order our tuxedos closer to Christmas and we have to wait till the day of the wedding which is tomorrow. I have never seen a more unprofessionally run business in my life. Find somewhere else to rent a tux!!

I went to Andrews with my cousin whose due to be married in May, I wish that I could say we had an awesome experience BUT THAT WAS NOT THE CASE.My cousin felt unimportant. She didnt feel like her business was taken seriously. A woman by the name of Jessica helped us, not sure if her house had burned down or not but there was zero professionalism that day.Will take our 8k budget for gowns elsewhere!

I should never have wasted my time with this place. The owner Im guessing was so rude and unprofessional. The prices are unreasonable for dresses that are from the 70s and smell like mold. Blushing bride is so much better

I was a bridesmaid in a wedding in Oct 2019. We was measured in May for the dress. When it came back it was 2 sizes too big. They would not resize the dress. They recommend a seamstress to do alturation. She did a very poor job. I will not buy a formal dress from Andrews..

Amazing staff...very friendly, down to earth and extremely helpful! Great selection of stylish prom dresses from popular designers. Even on the sale rack you wont find any old fashioned & out dated dresses of any kind. My 15 year old daughter found her Homecoming dress here a few months ago and just this weekend found her dream prom dress. We absolutely love Andrews Bridal and their entire staff! I highly recommend looking here first for any kind of formal dress, including wedding dresses, before wasting your time looking elsewhere!

No we didnt rip the dress .I took pics the day she tried the dress on and after really looking at them close you can see them.I didnt appreciate the hints that we did damage the dress . And you and your sales personnel continuing to make suggestions that we did.However you did fix the dress beautifully.No I would not recommend this place .

This place is so amazing! Rhonda went above and beyond to find me a bridesmaid dress at the last hour. She did more than any other bridal shop has ever done or tried to do!

Went in today looking for a dress today....we were there over an hour and no one ever came up to ask if we needed help. One worker kept looking at us like we didnt belong. I will not be buying my dress from this shop!!

Staff was not friendly. Options for prom dresses extremely limited. I do not recommend shopping for prom here.

Best place to get a tuxedo or gown in Wiregrass area. The Andrews are a.staple of.the area. Good.old.school people.

As soon as I walked in the door the older lady with black hair acted like I was bothering her by being there. I asked to try on a dress and she told me we dont have any dresses in that size. And as she was saying that she was looking at me up and down as if I was some type of whale. I am a size 16 dress. And I said, Is there any way you can help me figure out what size to order? She replied, Anybody can look at a measuring tape and measure them self to figure it out. Rude!! Would not recommend this place!

Great customer service :) Was waiting for me at the door and helped me and my mother through the whole process. I cant wait to go back to get the dress fitted. :3

Incredible staff and company! Went in today with a completely ruined dress from a local alteration place and literally within five minutes had a new dress ordered and on its way!
