There is only 1 size for the drinks.Coco treasure milk: looks amazing, taste really good for the first 3 sips then it becomes sooooooo sweet. Super rich too. Definitely not the type of drink I could finish.Mango sago: delicious and refreshing. Not too sweet and definitely a drink you can finish on a hot day!Overall I would be curious to go back and try other drinks :)Oh just do keep the price in mind, some of the speciality fruit drinks can be expensive ($7 -$10)

Favorite bubble tea place in ATL! Great service too they are currently not available for dine in due to pandemic, but was told they are re-opening dine in soon! Here are the four drinks we got today!The first one on the left is the Mango Sago drink which my sister got. She absolutely loved it especially with the coconut flavor along with the mango smoothie. There are actual mango chunks visible too! I personally dont like the grapefruit but its always okay to ask the cashier if its ok to not add it.The second on is the osmanthus green milk tea! The tea flavor is not as strong for this one, definitely on the sweet side because of the smashed taro inside. Worth the try one of the signature!The third is the watermelon pearl tea, what a good choice on a summer day! Actual watermelon chunks with fresh green tea base! Chewy crisp pearls!!The last one Roasted Jelly tea is my favorite! It has four toppings! Very unique texture the base is roasted milk tea which is their most signature item! Make sure you are not allergic to nut there are crumbs along in the drink!Will definitely come back to try out more drinks in the future! Currently they only have togo -pick up and delivery options due to corona. Hope they open back soon because winter is coming and its freezing outside!!

Pricey compared to other bubble tea places but they have a wide variety of pretty drinks. Got the pink lychee tea and pineapple passionfruit and they were both refreshing and not too sweet. They have a menu posted outside the store as well as online where there are more pics of the drinks. There were two orders ahead of us and it took about 10 mins to get our drinks. Check out the menu pic, at the bottom right there are online/text options for you to order with them even through WeChat. We’ll be back to try the other flavors since they all looked really good.

I came every week, order exact same thing every time. But today, they didn’t seemed to follow the notes for the reduced sugar level, and didn’t take responsibility for it. It tasted significantly sweeter than before but they claim it’s due to the foam and the bubble. I’ve ordered it like 20+times before at least, I know how it supposed to taste with foam and bubble. I’m not expecting to taste zero sweetness, even with 0% sugar I’m expecting to taste some mild sweetness. But this first couple sip has made me threw up on its sweetness and my heart racing. Just Disappointed at its customer service. For $7 dollar drink, this is the kind of customer service you get? Used to love this place and brought friends over all the time. Just decided it’s not worth it.- updated review:got an apologetic call from the manager and she seemed very empathic and trying to find out the root cause of the inconsistent product sweetness. I think I will give it another try.Update - 08/17I kept coming back for the same thing since the soybean milk tea don’t seem to be ultra sweet anymore. Until... discovered plastic piece from my milktea that scratched my tongue and I almost swallow it. It look like a part of milk carton but I don’t know for sure. Beyond disappointment. Left a message, no response.

This is a really cute and unique boba tea shop located in the hmart center in Doraville. Located right above Shoya, there is a staircase right next to the store that leads straight to the place. I like to think of this place as a hidden gem, since I feel like not many people know of this place despite being so good. It is further away from where I would consider “local” for me, but I’m always in this area and it has become a go-to place to try various flavored drinks that isn’t offered anywhere in my local area. I’ve only discovered this place during quarantine, so I can’t say much about the interior of this place (though it looks cute from the outside).4.0 Ice Cream & Drinks offer a huge selection of drinks varying from milk, fruit, pearl, lemon, sparkling, and flower milk teas; lattes, slushees, and smoothies. They also have a massive selection of toppings to choose between. Drinks can cost from $5-8 depending on the type of drink or if you add extra toppings.My favorite drinks so far are the Lychee Pearl Tea and Peach Pearl Tea, both at 0% sugar and less ice (seen in the pictures). Both of these drink were on the “cheaper” side of the menu, only costing me around $5 including the tasty pearl topping. FYI, I find their fruit teas on the sweeter side so beware!*In terms of covid concerns, I think the store did alright. They closed the dining section and have this ordering/pickup booth at the door. There’s a speaker the person talks through to customers, but I think the communication is a bit off as the worker isn’t always at the mic so it is hard to order or get their attention (I literally witnessed a guy stand in front with his girlfriend and tried to order but no one answered him till some time later). It doesn’t bother me since I always order through their website and pick it up once I get the text that it is ready. They also have little placement markers on the floor outside for people to wait at in case there is a line.

The staff is always super nice and helpful and I love the drinks! My favorites are the Oreo slush and roasted tea with brown sugar boba. I always recommend this spot to friends

Having this place in the HMart plaza is going to be dangerous for me. There are cheaper places for drinks, but they offer a lot of variety from fruity to milk drinks, smoothies, and drinks with multiple ingredients. I got the black sesame mochi drink that was almost $8 with tax. Pricey, but it was a full dessert. I love black sesame, so this was perfect for me. It wasn’t too sweet and I loved the mochi texture inside too. It was really filling to drink after dinner, but since there’s no boba, it can be kept in the fridge for the next day :) This place will be my guilty please when shopping in this area, haha.

Tea was great and had lots of options, but I had a very long wait time despite being only two people in front of me.

This place used to be my to-go for boba in the Atlanta area. However, I was very concerned about their health and cleaning procedure after my order today. There was a HUGE PIECE OF PLASTIC coming from inside of the boba I was drinking. I was already 50% done with my boba and I felt very disgusted after seeing this plastic coming from nowhere. I could have gone to hospital if I accidentally swallowed the PLASTIC they put in my drink. At the same time, I’m highly skeptical about their cleaning procedure. If there was random stuff in my drink, it could happen to other drinks too. It just shows that they do not care about their customers and their cleaning procedure is not up to the lowest standard.

There have some unique tasty options that I dont see from other Bubble tea places but they are on the pricey side for sure. Size is smaller too.Suggestion: Will you please add PayPal to your website? Ive heard this place recommended a lot and finally stopped by. You order by calling or texting and its all cashless. I got the osmanthus green milk tea and it just wasnt for me. I didnt realize that osmanthus meant that there were little flower bits in the tea 😅 and I honestly wasnt a fan. The brown sugar boba was pretty good though. Just be aware, if you upgrade to a 32oz it comes out to be more than 8 dollars a drink.

This is my favorite bubble tea place in Atlanta. We drink bubble tea 4-5 times a week, sometimes every day, and love to try new spots. There are so many tea and topping options, all of the fruit flavors are so obviously fresh, and the tea is always brewed well (some places over brew or you can tell the tea has been sitting there most of the day).

I really like the selections and all of the cold drinks I got in the past. Today was super cold so I tried two hot drinks, the snow pear with osmanthus and red bean and barley. Since they both cost 5+ a cup, I expect it to have some real red beans and real pears but end up what I got was drinks with tea bags. And of course, the taste is lacking. I think these two drinks are totally not worth it.

This is my favorite boba place in the Atlanta area! With that said, their staff could use some training. The Asian American workers were rude and impatient to Chinese-speaking customers when I was there. It was disheartening to see.

The only place I know that has 32oz and is good. Try their roasted milk tea. 50% Less sugar

I personally love their Taro Oatmeal Milk tea! It has a very unique taste and texture. Definitely will be back and right now during soft opening, they do all drinks 20% off!

I like their brown sugar pearl drinks . I think the boba cook just right and they keep quality of it good. Boba suppose to be cook and fresh daily that’s why I select this place. However, I think they can improve their taro drinks to use like actual taro or taro mash. As well as the grass jelly flavor and texture is very light compare to others shop. They can still improve more since they just open . Wish the best for this local store.

This place is new in the area, and their drinks and selections are definitely better than Tea Top. The matcha with oreo drink is my favorite; just make sure to tell them to put less sweet. Overall, Ill come back to try more drinks.

Stopped by the other day to try out this new opened Ice-cream/bubble tea store! Currently they are soft opening so non of the icecream selections are available. HOWEVER, their Strawberry chee chee was literally the best thing ever! Couldn’t have enough of it, Had to get another one before We leave. My husband got the Taro Oatmeal Milk tea which was also good! Guess we found our new dessert spot!

The inside decor is very cute and there are plenty of large tables, so might be a good place to study near the Doraville H-mart.The crisp boba (clear/crystal boba) is a light alternative to traditional boba and went very well with my peach tea with real fruit, and was also delicious with the watermelon tea. The watermelon tea didnt have an artificial flavor, and perfect at 50% sugar level.

4.0 Ice Cream & Drinks is located in Doraville, GA in the H Mart shopping plaze near the Bransdmart off of Buford Hwy.A 4.0 translates to a perfect GPA. Lets see what grade they get.Ill start with the interior, which I really liked. It had great lighting. I enjoyed the balance of gray with the wood tones.This place has barely been open so they dont quite have their full menu available just yet. The menu is basically a mix of Milk Tea, Fruit Tea, and other desserts like Ice Cream (obviously!).Ive only ordered the Osmanthus Green Tea. I usually go for No Ice, 50% on Sugar, and with Grass Jelly added. Osmanthus is flower native to East Asia in case you are wondering. They have the Osmathus in the tea milk tea itself I believe, its hard to describe the texture of it as it acts as a topping, it reminds a bit like cake to be honest. Anyways, I could be completely wrong with that description, the drink itself is delicious though and is definitely my go-to drink at 4.0.Overall, I definitely recommend 4.0 Ice Cream & Drinks. Its a solid 3.85 in my book for a GPA and possibly higher marks once the full menu is available.As always thanks for reading! Until next time!
