2019 Ram 1500 18,860mi. has left me stranded 3 times in the past week.After making arrangements was able to dropIt off at service dept. for 5 hrs. 11/02/21,only to be informed that diagnostic was good.My wife has surgery this morning and truck would not start. Called Ram assistance and theyre having truck towed back to dealership.What does that say without saying, when you see a new vehicle being towed to a dealership?

Wow. Ive been to a dozen dealerships in the past couple weeks and this one is the best. From Matt taking care of all the questions and the sales process, and holding it for me until I could get there, to Glenn in finance, who didnt push for a hard sale on the extras, the GM, and the service manager, this is a tip notch crew and make you feel like they actually want you there to build a relationship, not just make a sale. Had the family with me and they were well taken care off throughout the process.

I just like to say that I bought my 2020 dodge challenger in May 2020 and it’s a good car and I just needed my first oil change because I don’t drive it much and it’s a shame that you buy a vehicle at Steve Jones and you have to take it to another dealership somewhere to get the oil changed. I’m not sure what the problem is there they won’t let you make an appointment but I went by just to get my oil changed and they told me that it was a 3 1/2 hour wait so I called another dealership in the area and got it changed to the very next day.

The owner messaged me & offered me a deal on a battery & installation which I accepted & appreciated..Very disappointed... my daughter got a 2019 jeep cherokee latitude... like 26,000... made 4 payment & the battery goes bad... have an extended warranty & everything they want to charge her between 250 & 300 for a new battery... as much as you got for the vehicle you could be a decent company & give her a battery... so not gonna recommend yall...

I buy and trade vehicles frequently. After a less than desirable experience at Steve Jones a few years ago, I was hesitant at first. But, they knocked it out of the park this time! Josh Mallory was the greatest salesman. No nonsense. Quick in and out in 30 minutes...trade, financing and all! Ill definitely do more business with Steve Jones!

I bought a new Ram pickup at a dealership in Kentucky. Steve Jones is the closest dealership to me so I thought I would have them do my maintenance and oil changes. They advised to get there at 7:30 in the am which I did. The person that checked me in said only one car was in ahead of me and I should be done in 45 minutes as they only had 1 mechanic. While I was waiting another person came, had there maintenance taken care of and left. After 2 hrs I went up and they said just another 15 minutes to rotate the tires. Obviously they chose to put people in front of me although I arrived first. The cost of the oil change and tire rotation $175. I wont be back.

Thus is a first time visit since moving to the area. So far so good. Will continue review after work is completed. Part is out of stock. Backorder estimate 3 weeks.

Visited last Tuesday to test drive a 2016 Jeep Cherokee. A few hours later, Im driving out a 2020 Jeep Cherokee Latitude Plus in a GORGEOUS sting-grey color! Man I should have stuck to my guns and not bought another vehicle from Steve Jones!! There service department is the worst! This is the second van that I bought from them and it will be the last. Schedule an appointment where it takes three to four hours to run diagnostics on a light on the dash and the manager has to look at the carpet it the back before you will fix it for warranty.. the same thing happened to the carpet in the other van I had and they fixed it. If the manager needs to look at things before you fix it then he/she needs to be there!!!!!!! Great start to my morning. I know I’m not the only one with problems from their service department! I do not recommend even looking at cars there. Go to Colombia much better!

After stoping to look into getting a new vehicle we went in to get a price that was all. Well after filling out paperwork just to get a price our credit was ran even though we had made it clear we only wanted to know the price of the vehicle. After sitting for over an hour and being told we would have to speak to the finance manager to get a price not finance the vehicle. We decided to leave to find the gentleman who we had been dealing with and found him pulling up a car so the finance manager could leave. I will strongly recommend that if you want a jeep chrysler or dodge go some where else.

The service team took very good care of me as I was traveling from Mississippi to Pennsylvania. Somewhere along I40, I received a tank of diesel fuelWith 20% water. I was losing power uphill. Quickly pulled off a found Steve Jones’ dealership. Their service team took care of me without an appointment and got me back on the road In a few hours. Thank you Steve Jones Service team!!

So I had earlier written a negative review about this dealership. I was able to contact Mike B over there and share a bit of my story. Long story short, they made it right. Which is why they went from a 1 star to a 5 star.

Very disappointed. Had to have my fob and ignition switch replaced a while ago when I brought it up there I had to drive with the backup key I did not realize they did not reprogram the backup key until recently. Also when taking the fob out of the ignition it did not always turn off that was my reason for being there today had my receipt change that was told they had to replace the ignition switch again not my fault but they could not program my backup key so I now do not have a backup key said for $70 + they could give me another key. I had a fob and a key that worked when I first came in their months ago now I only have a fob I was told today I could use the backup key to unlock the door this is very professional Im sorry

Great Customer Service, Everyone Is Always So Nice To Us.

Top notch service and an overall great experience.

First. When I bought the silly thing. The salesman had a football rally since I settled on full price with them buying the extended warranty.you can imagine the embarrassment So after 47,000 miles. 3 year old wrangler. Front transaxle ruptured while on I 40. Lady driven and maintained by this dealership. I knew better than to call a tow. I Delivered it to dealer. Remind you. They service it. In this case. 2 weeks prior. So the service rep calls. Says it really isn’t under warranty but he will do us a solid and fix it anyways. 47,000 miles. On factory 60,000 mile warranty while having a 200,000 extended warranty. Lol. Why the speech? O because a tiny drip dries up in the dust and may never be seen in garage floor. So it had to be a long term leak. Like 2 weeks y’all were under there. So either you would have had to fix the seal or fix the broken housing on transaxle. So why the speech? My wife now is afraid to drive the thing unless I go over it every morning. What’s the point of buying a new car if I gotta give it the flight inspection every day? That’s why I bought new. That’s why I haggled for the extended warranty. I don’t appreciate her being told it’s her fault. Up until this car we bought beaters and I fixed them to run for 4-5 years. But this is insane. I am removing the stupid sticker with dealer name. I have never been happy. I found the Jeep. He didn’t even wanna look first 4 trips. He wanted me to buy used and on the lot. Good thing I didn’t listen to that moron.

I first want to say Mike Miles is A++++ great customer service, he tried his best, I first talk to Kim she is internet sales, she wouldnt reply to me very good, maybe she was busy, i dont know for sure. Then Dan called me and then text me a salesman from the dealership, remember he text me I didnt text him first, he has a Bad Attitude problem, Very Rude, got very smart with me I wasnt going to write a review until he got an attitude with me, that sealed the deal NOT to get a Jeep from this dealership!

I purchased a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder from Steve Jones mainly through email and text messages. Vehicle was as stated and they were very helpful and answered all questions that I could come up with and would send additional photo on request. Once we decide we were interested in moving closer to purchasing we went in to test drive and the vehicle seemed to pull a little and they stated to bring it back in a few days if it did it again. It did not pull again just as they had said it shouldn’t. They called to check to make sure even though we had purchased it as is and had not made an agreement that they must fix it. They have called on a couple occasions just to check in to make sure we are still enjoying the pathfinder. I could not recommend Steve Jones enough. From the internet support, to the sale staff, and the finance department. 100% stand up group from our stand point . Thanks again

I have never even inquired about buying a vehicle here, but Im a tow truck operator and frequent dealerships often, they are the nicest and cleanest dealership around and definitely the nicest Dodge dealership around! I steer so many customers here for the friendly and trustworthy staff and service! They are nice to me and Im not even their customer! That says alot about a place! It was a very frustrating experience having my Jeep Liberty repaired at Steve Jones. I was told it would be 4-5 days since they had to order a part. No problem, I had a spare vehicle to drive. On the fourth day (Thursday), I called for an update, and I was told they were still waiting on a part, and it would be Saturday or Monday. I left a voicemail for my Tech Paul at that time. Monday, after not hearing back from Paul I called again, and was told again by Robin that the part was not in, and she could not tell me when it would be. At that time I said be picking up my Jeep the following day, whether repairs were made or not. Tuesday, still no return call from Paul, so I called again to ensure it would be available to be picked up that day. At that point the manager DJ did reach out, letting me know a part was on back order. He apologized for how my experience had been so far, and offered a discount on the work being done if I let them keep it a few more days. I agreed. Friday, I finally picked up my vehicle, and immediately when I put it in reverse and accelerated, I noticed a rubbing noise. At that point I was DONE with this company, so I left with my vehicle. The noise continued so after taking it elsewhere to be checked out, I was told whoever replaced my exhaust did not tighten it down completely. Luckily this was a simple fix and they did not charge me for correcting someone elses error, but it did confirm my decision to never give my business to Steve Jones Auto again.

The dealer and all the employees are very polite and strive to make sure that you and your vehicles are well taken care of in a very professional manner .

Rex Vega helped me out. I took my 2014 Jeep Latitude in with multiple issues. They addressed all of the problems and it has been running great every since they worked on it. I was kept informed of all their findings and given accurate time lines for completion of repairs. Their customer service is exceptional. I would definitely recommend them.

Bought a Chevy truck here. Less than 150 miles (1 week) after leaving the lot the check engine light came on and said oil pressure performance was the issue. The salesman had assured me the oil had just been changed and they even placed a sticker on the window saying change again in x miles. The oil had not been changed. It was so thin it caused the check engine light to come on and the oil pressure to drop. After about 6 months it began to misfire. I had the plugs pulled only to find oil on the plugs, since the truck wasnt smoking on start, this means a whole over-haul of engine is due ($4000). Thank you Steve Jones.

We had a pretty good experience here. We did get a great deal on a used minivan. The biggest issue was getting it detailed properly, which never happened. My wife took the car in and waited several hours, only to get it back not very clean at all. They took it back in and did a little more, but it still wasnt really detailed. There is still evidence of spilled baby formula on the seats, compartments that still had residue in them, streaks on all the windows, etc. If we ever decide to make another purchase here, Ill make sure the vehicle is detailed before we take possession! Looks like Ill be spending my day tomorrow properly cleaning out the interior of our van, even after my wife spent nearly the whole day there waiting for this to be done, thinking the vehicle would come back immaculate. Not very happy about that, but happy about getting a good deal.

Bought a beautiful Silverado that had some cosmetics done to it. Overall good buying experience. The salesman even mailed me my stuff back that I forgot in my old truck, so I didn’t have to drive over an hour to come get it.

Kind of a weird vibe here. Strange drive up procedures and no instructions on where to go. Asked directions from a friendly sales person who promptly lost all interest when I wasnt looking to buy - just pointed down a hallway and walked away. Not sure, but I think they actually have a gift shop further down the hall. Very clean waiting area, vending machines, coffee, big tv, etc. Repairs completed on time. No problems.
