I dont know what its like during the week but this place is a freaking disaster on Saturdays. Whatever you guys need to do. You need to do better. Its ridiculous. The little big guy at the counter is overwhelmed and way overcharging people claiming prices have went up. It takes way too long and hes running around like a chicken with his head cut off. Ill schedule my services on my vehicles in Nashville or Mt. Juliet from now on. They are just better at what they do. Beaman Ford please do better.
So far so good, thanks to Jessica and team for helping me get the vehicle I wanted at the rate I was most comfortable with. A large competitor would only put me in a rate 15%~ higher than what Beaman offered me, and even more so for a vehicle far cheaper and with 25k miles more than the one I was able to purchase through Beaman. Lets not mention the minimum of ten hard credit inquiries the competitor ran while Beaman only ran me once or twice and were able to finance me through my own bank! A simple task the competitor couldnt accomplish because they cared too much about their profit margins. Props!
Buying process was great. Came in looking for a truck that got sold 5 min before I got there and rather than sending me away saying that they don’t have any inventory, Jordan took the time to actually talk to me and understand what I wanted. He went and talked to his GM to find a solution and offer as many options as he could. The negotiations didn’t take all day and there was zero pressure. Overall great experience!

I would recommend this dealership out of every dealership in Dickson, TN. Because, i spent all day trying to get approved at different used dealerships here in Dickson, TN. I was at Ford for 3hrs and got approved, and out the door with the first vehicle i chose when i walked in. I recommend salesman Ali because he was straight forward with me, never tried talking me into something cheaper and was very respectful and kind. He was not your typical used car salesman. It was a very quick and convenient process. Im also thrilled about my monthly payment because i was expecting a $100 more than my preferred payment, only for him to come back and tell me $73 less than my expected monthly payment. Currently have a Bronco reservation/order with Beaman Ford. I have been dealing with and in communication with Ken Godwin. Ken has been very helpful and taking care of my requests. I appreciate the time and attention to deal that I am receiving.
To start with last time I made an appointment to get the oil changed it took 3 days and a half dozen calls to speak to I guess was the only person there that could make the appointment. Our most recent appointment for check engine light took 3 weeks just to get the truck in, I believe it then sat in their parking lot for a couple days and on the third day they called and told me what the issue was, the vehicle is now been at the dealership for 8 days and after waiting on hold for 25 minutes was told it should be ready tomorrow, I was told to call back tomorrow to verify but not sure why they can’t call me and just say your vehicle will be ready for pickup later today or tomorrow or whenever. Not happy at all about the lack of communication and at times no one answering the calls period, the reason we go there is because they are the closest dealership but I’m thinking it will be worth a longer drive to get some decent service!
If I could give 0 stars I would, don’t buy from them or do better at looking at the Vehicle before you buy. Not very helpful in getting repaired. I have more that went wrong with my truck that they didn’t even bother to look at for me. Just wanted a sale. My bad.

The best and easiest truck-buying experience I have ever had. I had been looking online for an F-250 and found several about 5 hours away. My wife actually found this one through her searching online. It was a little out of my price range on the searches I had been doing. It was close to home, so we drove over to take a look. Anthony was very friendly and not pushy at all. They took a look at our trade while we took the new truck for a drive. Anthony and Ken were great to deal with. It really was the easiest experience Ive ever had purchasing a vehicle. There is a Ford dealer closer to me, but I will probably get the truck serviced with Beaman. We have a 2017 Ford F350, and we needed to get some extra keys made. The guys in the service department said it would take a week to get them, and they would have to program them when they came in. Well, it took them 3 weeks to get the keys because they said they had to make sure we actually own the truck. What? Now, my husband has been there twice to get the keys programmed. He went in this past Saturday and was there for 3 hours. They said that he would have to come back in this week because they couldnt program them. He went back today, and was there for 2 hours, and they said they still cant program them because the main server is down. Again, what? He asked to speak to a manger, and they said he wasnt available even though my husband was there looking right at him. Now, my husband has to drive all the way to Murfreesboro to get the keys programmed. This is not a good dealership!! Terrible customer service!!

My 1st experience at Beman Ford in Dickson was in 2017 when I bought a 2017 Edge from Anthony M aka Big A. Because of my great experience with him...I knew I would go back to him when I bought another car!Well I just traded my 2017 Edge in for a 2021 Edge and of course went to Big A for the sale. His customer care is awesome, he is not pushy and I trust him very much and that is so rare in a good salesman!Also, the trade in process with Carly W and the finance process with Mike C was a great experience too. After having my car for a month and half and hardly any communication, I finally got my car back with a bill of 1800.00. We were quoted 1600.00 not including tax when we told them to go ahead and work on it. The first part they ordered was faulty, they other part was on back order... fine. I was told today when I paid that I was given a discount of 175.00 and that they ate the cost of the part. Which part?? The broken one, I should hope so! So why was the bill still the same as I was quoted? I get things happen, I paid it.But the worst part of this experience was WE had to call them for updates. We only found out that the first part was faulty when we called to see what was taking so long. We even had to call TODAY to see when my car was going to be ready for pick up. I was really frustrated when I was told oh its ready.No one bothered to let us know. And when I spoke to the service manager when I picked up my car I got told well I have 75 other customers to deal with. I understand but that doesnt mean Im less important and dont deserve updates on my vehicle.Do better. I wont buy a car from them, if this is how they treat customers. They called us maybe 3 times but that was only to return our phone calls. We called a couple times a week for answers.TL/DR: kept my car for a month and half, didnt call to tell us how long it will take to fix, that it was delayed, that it was ready to pick up. Gave me attitude when I told them to treat the next customer a little bit better.

I went car shopping today for the first time as an adult. Dean was so kind to me. He is an absolute dear and I was blessed to get to meet him. Being a 21 year old woman, car dealerships can be intimidating. While dean was great, Jake was not. He was very respectful when my dad was around but as soon as he stepped away, his tone completely shifted with me. I absolutely did not appreciate that and will not be back due to his inconsideration for women.
Initially took my Ford F-150 in for a diagnostic, occasionally it would not go into reverse. The service department decided to change out major engine components without consulting me that resulted in my vehicle not going forward or reverse,70 days later my vehicle was returned and now my vehicle stalls in 5th gear, does not happen often but should not happen to a vehicle that has less than 25000 miles. Took my vehicle back to the service department 2 weeks ago and let them know what the new issue is, but I was hesitant to drop my vehicle off without having a rental car lined up because of my previous experience with them and rentals ( should be in another review, long story short HERTZ contacting me and asked me to return the vehicle because Beaman failed to renew the contract and I was pretty much driving around in a stolen vehicle) today is 06-03-2021 and I still have not been contacted, I am not surprised, I doubt they will ever contact me, because they had very little or no communication during the 70 days they had my vehicle. I have to say Tana from the service department contacted me through text message asking for a positive review after my vehicle was returned, here it is! The manager Chris was very helpful when he got involved, even showed up to my mother in-laws house on a sunday and gave us cash out of his pocket for a rental because the service department failed to do so THANKS CHRIS YOU ARE AWSESOME FOR THAT!!!

Came from Memphis to buy a vehicle, bought it, got on the road to go back home and sunroof stopped working. *keep in mind this a 2016* Called dealer, they lied like they would send me a check for the inconvenience and deductible to have it repaired, only to stop answering my calls and never called back. Ford dealerships in my town claim they are so booked up they can’t even look at my car so now i’m stuck with a SUV that has a non-working sunroof for however long. I bought an extended warranty and everything but i guess that doesn’t matter. Ultimately, don’t get a Ford. Especially from a Ford dealer.

False advertisingI tried to purchase a truck from this dealership and when I called they raised the asking price by over 12,000 dollars. They also tried to switch me to another vechile( the old bait and switch) . very shady dealership.
Just traded-in my truck for their 2019 Ford Mustang GT Premium. I live 2 hours from them, so we had to do most of the deal thru texting and calling. Boone McEntire was awesome to work with. Making the deal was also super easy for me. I felt I received a strong offer. Beaman Ford was super honest with me and held to their end of the deal. At the end of the day, I’m very happy with the experience I had there, and I will be back. My new 2019 Ford Mustang GT is amazing as well.

Brought truck in for blank screen on radio on Tuesday. Told they would place me at the top of the list for diagnostic on Saturday. Brought the truck in for 7:30a on Saturday and they don’t even open till 8a, don’t know how they scheduled a 7:30a appointment. By closing still no diagnostic at 4p told they know it is the radio console but need to diagnose to order I need to go without the truck another day but it is my only transportation which is why I’m here this Saturday. We could schedule for the following Saturday so he can get diagnostic done and order the part. Going to a reputable not lying service department not doing this for another week in hopes that they will honor their word next time

Even a 1 star is too high for this place. I want to start by saying Dean Poore was a good salesman there, however thats the only positive. I had been communicating with Carlye who is the Sales Manager at Beaman about a used Jeep on their lot. We scheduled a test drive for 11am on December 26th, keep in mind my contact information is on file. Upon arriving on the 26th after driving an hour to get here, I was working with Dean and test drove the jeep. After the test drove, we signed financing papers for the Jeep (after being at the dealership for almost 2 hours) and I was under the impression that I would be owning that Jeep. Carlye comes and grabs the keys and walks off and everyone disappears for about 15 min. Come to find out, Carlye had another buyer for the Jeep who had purchased it online the night before, allegedly. Carlye then tried to use the Nashville bombing as an excuse for not contacting me via call, text, or email the morning of my test drive to let me know the Jeep had been sold and to not waste my entire morning driving out to Dickson. Upon leaving Beaman, I tried calling which of course it was going through. It would be in your best interest to never work with this highly unprofessional dealership. Unprofessional and unethical are the two words that come to mind when describing this place.
Buyer beware was charged 5k over original out the door price and a month later they contacted me for 2k more.

Frustrated with thier internet lures. I am from out of state but saw a used car I was interested in. No price listed or photos. That in itself is silly in the internet age. Clicked Get Todays Intern Price and fell into an email rabbit hole ... 3 replies from the dealer and still no price provided. Only a reply to stop by and speak with our team. They dont seem to understand how this should work. If you list a car on the internet and say you will pprovide a price then you should pro videa price. Potential buyers are not idiots.
I can never get a vehicle in there in out the same day. They finally call at the end of the day with crazy expensive add ons. Their service writers never know how many days its going to take for even simple jobs. Mechanics must be the slowest on earth.. No one is ever accountable for damages to my vehicle when it gets serviced. Id save the headaches and shop somewhere else.
Warning!! Service department is extremely crooked. They will attempt to take advantage of you with unnecessary services. All they want is your money and they clearly have no training. Ford, look into this service department and either fire them or train them for the first time do to their job.

First experience with this dealership and so far Im as pleased as I am with any dealership! Friendly sales people that are knowledgeable of their vehicles. This is the first time Ive ever felt like Ive gotten a pretty good deal without haggling! They knocked off the price of the car right off the bat - they allowed more for my trade in than I expected - they went over the rebates and the difference between going with all the available rebates with normal finance options versus the basic rebate with 0% interest. Called a few times to make sure we were still satisfied with the car and experience. So far a very good experience!
I have never posted a negative review before but this was the worst customer service experience of my life. $2000 and almost 2 months with my car and its still not repaired. No refunds, no suggestions. They didnt even offer to sell me a car! Staff turnover is apparently a major problem. Over and over I was lied to by the repair staff. They charged me for unnecessary and unauthorized parts (wiper blades! -seriously?? ) and NO ONE returns phone calls. Save your money and the headache. This place is why people think of auto dealers the way they do. Zero integrity!

Paid $2300 for service/repairs last week.They replaced a blend door actuator, fixed a coolant leak, rotated my tires, changed belts and tensioners, and changed my oil.They didn’t balance my tires after rotation after I had requested to do so.They also diagnosed a starting issue that they said was a bad battery. After replacing with a brand new battery myself, their machine still said the battery was bad...They still didn’t know the starting issue after $2300 and two different trips to their facility.We called to voice our concerns about the service and inability to diagnose starting issue and was told that if we brought it in once more that they’d find the issue and fix at no charge and provide a loaner vehicle.They then tried to charge me an additional $700+ to fix my truck because they said the part that needed replacing was part of a recall that had expired.I refused to pay that and reminded them that we were told there would be no charge.Then they lowered the price to half but I still refused because of what we agreed upon before.So my truck was not fixed and I will be taking any further needs elsewhere.

Just left there. I was told I need 4 new tires... except 2 of the tires on my car are brand new. Bought them less than two months ago. Super nice people but something doesn’t add up.

I had a great experience when buying the vehicle because they were happy to get my money. However, as soon as they had my money, they were difficult to get on the phone and changed their policies mid contract. I am extremely displeased with the finance service I have received. The finance guy literally said it 100% his fault, but will do nothing to fix it. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!
Terrible! First off how you going to start out telling someone you arent going to be able to buy a car without having a license? Ill tell you how! went to the lot and the guy we talked wasnt there so they assigned another worker to us, she was very negative she said they wont sell him a car because he has no licence and thats against the law, first of all No it isnt. And they wouldnt even let us put the car in my husbands name because our intention is to give the car to our grandson, yeah so what, and all because he cant get into the DMV to get his license till July because of the COVID 19, they really tried to say we know what your going to do, and procedded to say your going to buy it and give it to your grandson yes when he gets his license, yeah he said but we cant sell it to you. My family bought a car about 6 years ago from Beaman Ford. The experience was good. No problems with the SUV at all. It was used with low mileage. So this time when we were in need of another vehicle,we never hesitated to go back to Beaman Ford. I settled on a 2018 Explorer. Its perfect! I checked around for other dealers but they didnt measure up. Beaman Ford has the best customer service. The salemen were even patient with my 4 year old. They answered all of our questions,even hers. They got me what I needed and could afford. Even worked very hard to get me the best deal with low APR. If I need another car in the future I will definitely go back.

Was told it would be close to $700 to repair my truck, that later turned in to over an $11,000 repair after I was told 3 different times it would be right at $700. My advise, if you’re looking to buy a vehicle or get your current vehicle serviced go elsewhere and save yourself some time and money!
I bought my car at Franklin Ford, but after having a couple of “Less than excellent” services, (Their words) I was done. What really did it was when they left me a message asking me to call them about my review, so I did and they never called me back. So I called again to speak with the service manager and I never heard from them.I live in Fairview so I thought I would try Beamon Ford in Dickson. I called and spoke with Jason and decided I would give them a try. They exceeded my expectations and have a new “regular” customer.

Bought my car new back in January. My display screen on the dash went out they got me in fast and gave me a rental while it was being repaired. I also didnt have to ask them to get me the rental. They got it fixed in 24 hours. This is by far the best experience Ive had. Thank you!

It has been a long time since I purchased a vehicle locally due to not having good service but Beaman really did me right. I am tickled. They did me right and I had great service from the salesman David Parrish to the sales Manager Vern to the finance manager Norm. Their detail guys need to work on cleaning windows but if that is the only complaint I have than I am doing alright :)

Dont keep with there ads if not satisfied with your vehicle been it back.my husband got a new car and seats were so uncomfortable and was making sores on his bottom like big bed sores and we took back and ask if couse get something else of if would send and have seats padded better and they gave us one excuse after another we left there upset and went to jeep dealer and they worked with us to find one he could feel comfortable in.being on dialysis and losing a lot of his weight and body fat makes it hard.
I live in Arkansas and my mother has her vehicle at Beamon for repairs right now. They seemed to treat her fairly and the repairs were less than anticipated. I am paying for her repairs so the integrity of the business is very important to me. The 5 star rating will have to wait until mom has been able to drive the car for awhile.

Two hours and forty five minutes for an oil change. Service has declined and also quality of service. But the price jumped up.
Although getting service on the line is best impossible. Once you finally get in they are great. Very helpful.
Did a good job with my oil change, only complaint was that they left a greasy handprint on the hood of my car.
