I had the best and easiest experience with Eddie and Sheila. Everyone at Underhill has a welcoming smile which will make you feel comfortable as soon as you enter the building. They had my paperwork ready, new tires put on, my Carfax in hand, and my tag ready as soon as I called with my decision. Eddie did not rush me into any decision and was helpful with any questions/concerns I had. He has even followed up with me to see how I like my new truck. Made an offer on a vehicle while passing by the dealership that was not acepted . Recieved a call wanting me to return based on that cash /trade offer and was very clear I did not want to waist my time nor theirs coming back if my original offer would not be accepted in. I returned with same vehicle which had been upgraded since the first visit and was asked for a higher trade value. I would not recommend this dealership to a serious buyer .

Underhill sold my fiance daughter a car that was a lemon for sure. They wont return your calls. I tried to go to the lot and talk to the owner and he threw his hands up and said its not his problem. He had told her he would fix anything the first 90 days. He took advantage of a 20 year old first time buyer that knew nothing about cars.

Love the truck we bought from there but has been nothing but problems ever since! No air, heat went out, wheel bearings, they just patch them up and sale them so be careful what u buy !!!

Truth telling is key when buying a used vehicle. They said they would cover anything for the first 90 days. The transmission went out before 3 days. We tried to get my daughters car back on the second day. This vehicle is a lemon for sure. The owner said its your problem.And i.noticed a response a year later after the fact with more untruths. My daughter and I went 2 days after the buying process because the transmission was going out and they didnt care. Just be careful and ask if you can take to a local shop before signing any papers
