Excellent and efficient service during a roadside emergency, couldnt ask for a better auto repair service with the part I needed to get back on the road. This repair service is an angel and I cant thank them enough and considering the service that was provided along with the part that was needed it was beyond reasonable in their pricing and will always recommend this repair service if you are ever stranded and need fast efficient help on the side of the road near this area cant thank you all enough!

Kept my vehicle for over a month saying they didnt know what was wrong, after a month to tell me its my torque converter and they dont work on transmissions, but we replaced a part that wasnt the prob and charge you for it without letting u know before they did so, been bad all three experiences with them wont ever go back

Ive been here before and they were so nice and helpful so I came back. This time was totally different. They were not nice to me when they called to tell me about my car. I understand theres an issue and I didnt rotate like I should but no need to be so hateful. They tried to get me to buy two new tires but they only had one kind that I couldnt afford. They got mad when I asked if there was a possibility of warranty coverage or a way to prorate the tire.

Have been coming to UT since they opened. I originally just took my bigger trucks there and then realized they could work on almost anything from trucks, cars or trailers. They are more reliable and quicker than the large dealers and have more quality. Many of the service jobs are as much as HALF the cost of the dealers. A “no brainer.”

Asked to get one thing fix and they fix something different I tell them I want my money back cause they didnt even call me and ask me if I wanted them to fix it so I call to get my money back and they wont even do that he wants to give me a credit for the shop I dont know what he didnt understand when I told him I will not be back there so I guess its 175 as a loss for me but win for them crooks they need to call people when they go to fixing other stuff I will not be back at all

Took my truck there for R&R injectors. When I brought the truck (01 Dodge) home, my husband says there is a noise coming from the air intake/turbo area. He is a retired diesel mechanic. Shop refused to guarantee that the turbocharger would not suffer damage, even though they adjusted the valves. The were not open to corrective criticism and mechanics could (would?) not explain to me why this problem was not theirs. I would not recommend this shop to anyone with half a brain. No accusations, but a custom made blow-by for my truck was also missing from the engine compartment.
