After my house flooded I kept hearing about this lil gem in Dickinson called Furniture Zone. I went and visited their store, after several hours of looking at all of their wonderful options, I picked out furniture for my whole downstairs. Once it came in they delivered it and set everything up beautifully! Even three years later when I had an issue with my recliner she resolved it when technically she didn’t even have to since it was out of warranty. Super laid-back decision process. She’s very familiar with all of her vendors so if you have an idea she can pretty much show it to you right then. I’ve shopped at many other big name furniture joints and I will never ever shop at a big box furniture store ever again no matter what! Plus she has wine and cookies!! I mean who doesn’t like complementary wine and cookies while you shop!

I just want to say if you ever need furniture, I’ve found the best place to get it. Furniture Zone IN DICKINSON just saved me $1100 on basically the same product I would’ve bought at Ashley, AND I’m getting it sooo much faster. She didn’t rush the process. My daughter and I felt welcome and I felt comfortable taking my time and getting the furniture we wanted. It is by appointment only right now, but the availability is there. Definitely a hidden gem (I never knew we had a Furniture Zone here before today). I recommend 100%!

Update 2/13/20: it seems there are a ton of fake reviews being left this week from friends/employees of Nova and Luna furniture. Those are the guys you need to watch out for. Great customer service! A flashback to 10 years ago when customers business mattered to companies! I ordered a queen bedroom set from a furniture store in Houston, which never returned my calls, wouldn’t answer the phone and left me hanging, so I cancelled the order before they shipped and went to furniture zone on the recommendation of a family member! Stephanie special ordered the bedroom set for me and I knew that Ashley furniture had been out of stock of the chest! I got the bedroom set but Ashley sent the wrong headboard, Stephanie still got me a bed up in the meantime until they shipped the right one, then promptly got my ordered bed panel and headboard out with no fuss! Instead of making excuses and not accepting any responsibility, which she really didn’t have to, she wanted to make sure I was good! Highly recommend shopping here at a local business, will be a returning customer for sure!!

Their show room is small, but they have many catalogues to look over and want your business. Prices are very good. We are still looking, but I was very impressed and will gladly send friends and family to them to look.

Weve ordered several pieces of furniture from Furniture Zone. The store is small, local & family owned but they can literally get you anything you want at a lower price. Ive never had an issue with their service, quite the opposite. The owners have always gone out of their way to make sure we were happy. I recommend them to all of my friends and family.

I brought my sofa search here based on the recommendations of half of Facebook and they did not disappoint. Its a nice family-owned business with top notch customer service and very reasonable prices. I had already been to ~10 other shops up and down I-45 and had been very disappointed in the selection, prices, and/or customer service everywhere. Not only did Furniture Zone have the perfect sofa set, but they were also able to accommodate my rather pressing time line needs (I had family coming in from out of town and was trying very hard to replace my living room furniture before they got here.) Highly recommend! Will absolutely be back next time I need furniture!!

Small couple of showrooms but packed as tight as she could get it in there. Corner has entertainment for kids while you look. They have a vast catalogue collection and got us prices promptly and took our order quickly. Nice people, good prices, and clean showroom.

I will admit, Im picky and indecisive. When we bought our first home almost a year ago now, we went through Furniture Zone. We closed on our house a week before Harvey hit, so, of course, everywhere we went was incredibly busy with people trying to refurnish their flooded home. Out of everywhere we went, Furniture Zone went beyond our expectations. Stephanie was very accommodating, friendly and helpful! When I finally decided on furniture, she quoted me a quicker delivery time and cheaper price than everywhere else we looked (by far, and we looked at several places). For the same bed frame, I was quoted a one month delivery time from Ashley furniture.. Furniture Zone delivered in a week and at a cheaper price. Almost a year later, and our furniture still looks great. I highly reccomend!
