Furniture City is amazing! I live in Montana but will travel to Dickinson for all my furniture needs... Was looking for something specific for my living room and Sarah went above and beyond to find me exactly what I was looking for. After such a great first experience, I went back for a new bed and once again Sarah was awesome to deal with... So nice and personable... I wont shop anywhere else! They sell off the showroom floor and have great prices.

Furniture city is amazing! They sell right off their floor so what they have in inventory is available to you right then and there no waiting 6 to 8 months like some of the others.They’re having a great sale at the moment but on top of that they gave me an amazing discount on my sofa and loveseat. And they gave me free delivery and took my old furniture with them at no additional cost.Some of the other places will not take your old furniture or bring them all the way into the home. This is a great service for anyone that does not have the ability to move furniture for themselves I highly recommend the store great people to work with!!

This LADY Sarah is Absolutely beautiful! INSIDE AND OUT AND PROFESSIONAL!!!! She helped me get what I needed. She never acted snooty. I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND Furniture City to anyone. Everyone who works here doesnt pretend to be professional they are professional and they have a customer friendliness about them thats sets them apart from anyone else in the Area!!! I just moved to town and needed to furnish a one bedroom apartment. Dealt with Sarah, she was super helpful and understanding. She told me they would try to deliver by days end but couldnt promise. Was assured would be there next day at the latest. I mentioned I didnt have a bed and slept on the floor the night before. They delivered my bed that evening and were at my apartment with the rest of my furniture in the morning. Great service and understanding.

I walked in, Chuck approached me, told him what I needed for my ageing mom. He was so kind and helpful, it was real, not fake. I appreciate that! Going to Furniture city is such a wonderful experience. The staff is super helpful, but not pushy and makes your shopping experience a good one. I can’t say enough good things about this place. The selection is fantastic and if they happen to not have what your looking for mr. Chuck can order it. To me there is no reason to go anywhere else for furniture.

People are down to earth lady that directed us to The Used Furniture is very helpful willing to barter appreciate the deal on the glider chair. Warehouse boys were great lifting the furniture on to the truck and helping us tie it down

(Nothing is smoke free furniture)at furniture city Smoking is allowed in the storage/ warehouse were new furniture is held. The staff is friendly, But unfortunately seems to say things about the customers. I purchased a bed and box spring from them. But i received a used bed that was off the show floor(a new bed should not have a used opened bag on it). When i asked the Delivery drivers about it they specified it was not from show floor. I went into furniture city talk to the manager who asked me if i would like to switch out the (USED) show floor bed for a new one. I asked him why i was lied to by the delivery drivers, He did not have a response. I took my business elsewhere. Just giving people out there a heads up, you are not always getting what you think you are getting. Very unfortunate it felt very shady and disrespectful. A
