Great service place and customer service, I needed an oil change on my car. I normally go to the dealer for services, but on a Sunday they are closed. I went to couple of places and they did not have any of the filters in stock, or they said they dont carry them because my car is too new. So I looked on yelp, to see if anybody was open. I came across Tire Choice, and remembered I see them all the time when Im passing through. To my surprise they were open and was able to service my vehicle, they kept me informed of what my vehicle would need aside from the oil change. I would definitely go back here for service clean place, friendly staff, and everyone had on mask.

Went in to get a patch on my new tires. Had a nail impale my front tire. Staff was very friendly. When they finished the patch, I was informed it would be no cost to me and if I ever need new tires to come back and they would price match anyone. That’s A class service and they have earned me as their future customer. Very clean shop!

Had an unexpected flat while on the freeway heading to LA. Pulled off the freeway and came across Tire Choice. Mario and his team provided top notch service, taking care of the fix expeditiously and also at no charge! I will definitely be back for future service and highly recommend this place.

Came in last minute for a tire patch after another tire shop turned me away. They were so nice, took care of me immediately, and didn’t even charge me for the patch. Highly recommend this place for any and all tire needs. Very professional and kind.

Purchased new brakes for my car and wanted them installed quickly. Called in advance to scheduled and was told there was only 1 vehicle finishing, and if i get there within 15mins they could start right away. Arrived in 10mins and took almost 1h before they even touched my vehicle. Because my car is European i was told it would take about 30 minutes to get all brakes and rotors swapped.Before the service begins, i mentioned that there is something odd (knock sound) on my car when turning. I was told it could be lower control arm or ball joins. I had the ball joints replaced alongside shocks and struts last month. Its ok that they didnt know before checking. I requested the free inspection for accuracy but it was marked as rejected (highlighted in red/yellow) because I did not agree with the price for the brake fluid flush - which is higher than the dealership.They took the car to the bay and service started. After almost 2h of me walking around the block and sitting by the reception area the vehicle was ready. At the same time i understand work during lunch time (highlighted in green) can be affected by postprandial somnolence, the service was over-promised and under-delivered. After the service the mechanic drove it and said it was in perfect shape and nothing else was needed.To make things worse, the quote i received to fix the turning (knock sound) problem is for an overpriced ball joint. Took the vehicle somewhere else and upon inspection it was noted that one of the lower control arms had a bushing cracked, hence the sound. The quote is for a recommended service that the car does not need and was not inspected for - I believe that to be unfair and dishonest.The cherry on top happened when I took my car to get tires rotated on a random shop. After removing the front wheels the guy points out that one of the pads was missing a clamp that secures it. Nice, ehh?Will I ever bring my vehicles to this place again? Big no.

Women Beware Of This Place!!!!I went in for an oil change and they did their complimentary “check your entire car” for any additional works that needs to be done. Honestly, I love when car shops do this because I drive a lot, but on my “first and last” visit to this place, they informed me where all my fluid levels were currently at for my car. They asked me did I want to get all my fluids replaced or restore at the appropriate level…this I have no problem until I found out after I left from another mechanic that some of those fluids (they supposedly told me they had replaced) my car doesn’t even use. I found this after I had paid $500 including the oil change I came in for. Sorry, they can’t be trusted.

Let me first address by saying and I am sorry Mike but the fact that this place closes at 7 is awesome ! All the other auto services nearby closes at 5 or 6 so its hard for people who just got off work to get their car fixed. But the fact that this place closes at 7 gives people who get off of work plenty of time to work with. Mike was the guy that helped me and tended to my needs as quickly as possible. I asked for a oil change and in no time they were in motion. I got my car quickly fixed less than 30 minutes. 5 stars. Great service, friendly people, will come again

Very good service and fair price. thank you very much. Today my tire broke, but I prepared another tire in my trunk. I was worried that the tire would break when I went to some places. The shop next to me said that I could only change new tires, and I was almost late (the doctor I had appointment with). When I got here, someone warmly received me and immediately changed the tires of my car. Can you imagine? Just charge me 40 dollars in cash, I cant imagine a more suitable price, I mean very cheap. I’ve been having my car serviced at the Diamond Bar location for sometime now and have never had a bad experience. Mike, the store manager is terrific! Highly recommend them!

I was price gouged! I came to get a simple oil change, and they recommended that I replace my tires. I talked to Mike, and he told me he would give me a good deal on some top of the line tires, the desert Eagle LS2 which is supposed to be their brand on tires. Long story short, I paid $140 per tire. The next day I went to Americas tire choice to ask them if it was a good quality tire and what was their price? They charged $117 for the same Desert Eagle LS2, and the tire is considered a mid-self tire!!On top of that, they included road hazard coverage on each tire, which was never discussed with me. I didn’t notice it until I went back home and looked at the receipt. They do good work, but they are not honest people

Got a flat tire, while driving on the freeway, called 20 minutes before arriving, the voice over the phone was really friendly. When I arrived Mike was very welcoming. He helped me out right away with a tire change and squeezed me in for an oil change. Great shop, great customer service, and fast. Thank you guys!

My first time here and it was great they open on Sunday.

I got a great deal on some new tires for my SUV. I called early in the morning and asked what options were available for my vehicle. Mario gave me all the options and I told him that I needed to call back once I decided what my budget would allow. He advised that I responded early so that he could get the tires in early enough to complete the work in one day. Even though I responded kind of late, they managed to complete the work in just a couple of hours. All said and done I got 4 quality tires (255/60 R19) and out the door for a little over $600.

Tire Choice in Diamond Bar is awesome! My tire blew on the freeway while on a girls trip to visit all of the bakeries in Solvang. Mike saved the day and got us a new tire and back on the road in record time. These four middle aged beauties are very, very thankful. We hit Sovang before dark. Mike -- you are the best!!!!

Horriable experience.8:30 am - drop off my car to fix a flat tire with nails. Wrote down my name, address, and phone number on a piece of paper. Asked when it would be fixed, the guy answered will call you when its ready2:30 pm - called in to check, and asked when the flat tire would be fixed. The guy answered will call you when its ready6:30 pm - had to visit before store closure, it turned out the guy put in the wrong phone number. was told the tires could not be fixed. Drove away with the unrepaired tire after a whole days wait.

Had a great experience in Diamond Bar with Mario and the team. I had what was a slow leak to my right front tire on my 2016 Camry XSE. They patched up the leak in roughly 45 min. which isnt bad for a busy Saturday (late morning) appt. Best thing is there was no charge for this service. Kudos to Tire Choice Auto Service Centers. Will use them down the road for sure.

Dropped in to get my tire patched on my Tesla M3 after finding a screw/nail in it and having a slow leak. Edgar helped me out right away and was super helpful.

This morning in a rush to work I stopped to have air put in my tire. I was so impressed with the employees especially Emanuel. They held the door open for me politely asked what I needed and checked all my tires immediately. I offered and insisted Emanuel take a tip(handing him cash) but he refused. I will highly recommend a raise for all 3employees that were there😀

I love honesty and a willingness to help from any person or business. Sean is both! Towed my car here (TCASC) hoping for a quick flat repair but the damage was done. Sean called me and explained the issue and noticed my tires are relatively new and suggest I contact seller and determine if I have protection coverage before making any decisions. Guess what? I have coverage and saved $250 because this companies training and customer care. I have been a Synthetic oil change customer for years but after this recent experience, it was time for this review.

Excellent customer service. I bought a new set of tires and alignment a few months ago. They were able to perform the service right away. Went back to get a slow tire leak (drove over a nail) fixed today and again they were able to squeeze me in straight away. He helped me put air in the tire to get me home, ordered my tire size that night and he called me first thing the next morning to have them installed. Went to several different tires shops to patch what I thought was a nail in rear drivers passenger tire, but no shop seemed to have the necessary patch, or could not schedule me in. I decided to go to tire choice, and spoke to George about my situation. He was able to fix my tire in a quick and efficient manner. Couldn’t have asked for any place or anyone better to take care of me. Will definitely be coming here from now on for all my tire needs.

Gonna be coming here for about a year now since and I’m always helped by Mario w exactly what my car needs. Had my tire pressure light come on heading east on the 60E, pulled over and saw this location right off the exit for Diamond Bar Blvd.There wasnt anyone ahead of me so they saw to my tire immediately. They found the nail and offered to inspect the tire for free, only charging me for the patch job.They took the tire off the rim and inspected the inside to make sure everything was okay! I was in and out in about 15 minutes, would definitely recommend this shop for their quick and friendly service!

Not confident in ability.

I had a pin hole in one of my tire and it was slowly leaking air. I couldnt find the nail but these guys unmounted the tire from the rim and found the nail puncturing the inside wall. It was the smallest nail the technician have ever seen. Lucky for me it was repairable so no need for a new tire. If you live in the area and want an alternative to the big box store, give this place a try.

This place is great!!! I called this place for a quote for some brake pads and they were able to price match, no questions asked. They were even closing with-in the hour and were happy to change my brakes. I even asked for an oil change and they were nice enough to do the service. I recommend this place so far for brakes and oil changes. I’ll definitely be back for other services and maintenance.

Ive been coming to this location since it was Goodyear. Now that its Tirechoice, they continue to have great, professional and honest service. They are very informative when selling you tires and if your tire pressure is low I know I can swing by and they will check all my tires for free with a smile. My tire sprang a leak late afternoon on a Saturday while I was visiting my relatives about 4 hrs away from where I live. I have 3 kids, one of them being a 7 month old baby. My car is my lifeline right now while I’m traveling alone. I went to Discount Tires on north diamond bar and they said they couldn’t help me because they were closing soon. I then came here to Tire Choice on South Diamond Bar and they did help me. They were closing soon too but they helped me anyway. I really appreciate their costumer service- it’s high end. They plugged the leak in my tire in record time too. This felt like end of the world stakes to me- and you can tell a lot about a business that’s willing to bend their rules a little to help a person in need. The person that I dealt with was Mario- and after a long day for him he still helped me. I am forever grateful to Mario and Tire Choice here in Diamond Bar.
