I love AAA. They are quick to take care of you and stand behind their word. Their service is great. Everyone is friendly and aspires to get you what you need. Their membership plans and insurance gets you covered for an affordable price. Would recommend to others and would seek their services again.

Totally awesome. Smiling staff member at entrance inquired how she could help me. I told her what I needed, she checked to see if someone could immediately help me, they could. I was trying to use my credit card to pay for my car tags, the lady said I wasnt able to use my credit card because it has pin number, but I told her you can bypass the pin. She said no, shes not allowed to bypass the pin. I couldnt use my debt card because it has a pin.but I can use it as a visa credit card, they dont accept cash I had to back home get my check book. I came back to AAA, got my tags..it was annoying that they dont accept credit cards with a pin or cash... your policy needs to be rewritten

Ive been a member for 45yrs now and been to many AAA offices. But, Diamond Bar is by far the friendliest, efficent and there is absolutely no wait time here. I highly recommend them.

The workers in this office act like they are doing you a favor. The last two times I have gone someone has a attitude specially if you ask questions beyond what I guess they expect you too.

It was great to go to this local AAA office. It was great to go there to get my registration and tags, I didnt know I can go there to get everything I needed. The staff were great and help me with everything. I would definitely go back any time to get what I need instead of standing in line and waiting and sitting at the DMV.

Went in for a notary and was helped right away. You dont need to make an appointment. It turns out many of their employees are notaries and theres always one available. That was fast!

Scheduling an appointment for behind the wheel driving has been a complete hassle. Charged $25 to change locations when lessons havent taken place. Would not recommend at all!!!

Excellent service and this facility was instrumental in conducting driving lessons for teens. The location is close to the 57 freeway. Driving school instructors were brave and knew how to teach scared teens.In addition, many DMV services can be completed here---no need to stand in line or wait for your number to be called for registration some time later. Car title matters or booking a vacation are on their list of services.AAA calls members by name not a number. Notice the sound investment offerings. Do keep in mind to buy travel packages/movie tickets and insurance. No need to mention the excellent towing packages.

The AAA store has always been a good substitution for having to waste your time standing at the DMV, why go and wait hours in a crowded, understaffed building with hundreds of other impatient people, when you can just pop over to your nearest AAA store and get what couldve taken 2 hours to do, get done in at least 30 minutes

Please please veto and do not get insurance through triple AAA or auto club. They have NEVER had our backs. They go out of their way to find ways to wiggle out of paying for anything. If a shopping cart hits your car or someones does and you have Uninsured......guess what??? NOT COVERED.if you have collision or uninsured and you hit a tree or wall GUESS WHAT? Not covered. If you have a seperate tow pack or a regular road side assistance with triple A will they tow your car from a tow yard to your house NOPE you have to hire another company to do that!!!!over 30 years of dedicated business with them MEANS NOTHING.I feel sick to my stomach. I am going to smear them inline and to everyone I can. SCREW triple AAA. I hope they go out of business next. we are being charged 600 bucks because they let our car sit there for a week in a tow yard and we called every day trying to find out what the eff was going on and no one would call is back and now we are stuck with a 600 bill at the tow yard thats ISNT COVERED!

They are good at giving you information, lousy at resolving anything. I had a vin number typo from my previous insurance and the agent assisting me could not fugure out how to change it on her computer. She advised me on going to the dealer to fix the mixup, I had to drive to the El Monte branch where they resolved the error and gave me my tags.

Great location not a long wait here less than 10 minutes with 4 people in front of me. friendly and efficient counter people.
