I got new tires which I thought would be part of the “buy 3 get one free”, but they weren’t. I needed new tires, so I went ahead and bought $800 worth of new tires with an alignment check. They filled my tires to 40psi resulting in extreme sensitivity to driving and almost caused me to crash when I got onto the freeway. As if this wasn’t frustrating enough, they also didn’t replace all of my air valve caps, so now I have to go buy new ones due to their negligence. The manager seemed highly unorganized and almost gave me somebody else’s car when I came to pick mine up. I wouldnt be surprised if they also messed up my alignment. I will never be returning to Midas again.

I have been there once before and Mr. pate was very kind and profesional..but I went there yesterday just for a courtesy check for tire pressure...I had called to make an appointment but went in very early as something came up and had to be somewhere..Mr Patel got very disturbed about it and got in my face and was acting like a maniac..I was ready to pepper spray him..Dont ever catch this man in a bad mood..no telling what he might do.

My brakes were metal on metal from one day to next. I just made it to the shop and the clerk (mgr) was very accommodating. I know NOTHING about this kind of stuff so I asked a lot of questions. I need to know what I am paying for as well as explanation of what will take place and why. I researched how much rotors cost...I knew I would need them and how thick/thin the brake pads should be. He explained EVERYTHING and had an answer for every question. I am a coupon/discount type of person so I asked about a deal. He gave me a great discount! I feel 100% great about what I paid and being guaranteed with new brakes for the remainder of my truck ownership. I will come back for my oil changes and other vehicle maintenance.

I was treated with kindness when I first had service, but was overcharged for everything.Just went for an oil change, had to take car back 4x because of the noise in brakes. Was made to feel as though I was a nuisance for just letting them know there was a noise. Charged tripled the amt for spark plugs and time spent on car. I believe I was taken advantage of because Im a black woman. Kept car 4 for 7 hrs, I had oilchange, all 4 breaks, struts, and power steering & brake fluid changed - spent over $2,000.00

I used a coupon and scheduled appointment they appeared to do a good job all around. My only negative comment would be the work started an hour after my appointment time. That could use improvement but with covid19 in play they were short handed or it might have been better. This may not be a problem in the future.

Mustang had an issue with the intake, after replacing the part the issue wasnt fixed. I was going to find someone else when they asked me to come back one more time.. Turns out it was a simple mistake when they installed the part, they fixed the issue and refunded me! Great mechanics.

I was going from Sacramento CA to Scottsdale AZ in my 1974 Saab Sonett not your normal car! and in Ontario my brake Master cylinder went bad, NO BRAKES!!!!!!!! I was Blessed that I wasnt killed. I called AAA. and had it towed to Midas Auto Service Experts . Nitin the Fabulous service Manager was fantastic along with Franklin the service tech!!!!!!! This is the first time I use their service, Im happy with the work but could be better. My car just required general maintenance, which was $70 plus taxes, that included oil change and overall check of the car. Service was good and they made me the required recommendation for my brakes. After the maintenance my car good and smooth. Things to improve, and that other places do, explain with no rush the things that they will be doing to your car, place some cover to the seat and steering wheel while they are working on it, and courtesy car wash.

Bob was super helpful and honest with his assessment of my car. He showed me my brake pads prior to any work being performed. I appreciated his detailed explanation and expedited service. I will definitely return!

Im really glad I found this place, I was having several issues with my car and was tight on cash but the owner said he could already tell what was wrong and didnt want to charge me when he knew it was a lost cause saving me a whole bunch of time and money. I have been to two different Midas locations. And both experiences have been very much the same. Which is very very pleasant. The Midas on Diamond Bar is very good in customer service. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Always quick to get a reply back via email or phone call. They always work to get me in and out as quickly and efficiently as possible with my daily schedule in mind. Ive never had a problem at this Midas and will continue to come here for oil changes, routine check ups and any other car problems i might have. Dropped my vehicle off with a majom fuel leak on top of the tank. When I took it in to midas I was given a fair quote and a fast turnaround time. My truck was done on time along with all the updates to keep me up on the repairs as they were performed

They are very helpful, even when shorthanded or busy. They tell you what needs to be done to keep your car in good shape, but dont push you if you want to wait a little while to have the service done. The oil change comes with a large checklist and they are very thorough. Staff is very friendly and it is easy to set up an appointment.

I had battery issues with my car, and i had taken it to them previously to be fixed. it was running for a day or two, but it had died again. i was able to get it running again and i immediately brought it in, the owner came out, turned it on and said “shit happens” and he had me drive out without looking at it and it died again that night. i had it towed somewhere else.they seem nice, but i have a feeling that they’re kinda shady.

I went for an oil change and she inspected everything, got my ride rolling like a champ! I’m new to the area, but I will definitely go back when I need service again. This review had been pending for many many months. I use to go to Jiffy Lube for my basic car needs but decided to give this place a try after reading good reviews on yelp. I have to say the owner Nitin Patel is a very friendly person. He provides good customer service, informs you of everything that needs to get done and gets done to your car. The techs are also super nice and super friendly. Always providing great customer service. Even when they are a swapped with costumers, they always make time for them and work with their needs. Its nice to find a place like this and would recommend anyone to give them a try.

Our 20 year old Ford Explorer needed a transmission rebuild, shocks and rear brakes. All work was completed within one week and at the price estimated. Now the vehicle runs like brand new. Nitin Patel even called one week later to see how the truck was running. I am extremely satisfied.

I went to midas get an oil change because i found a coupon on-line and while there they pointed out other Issues with my truckI knew about these issues and was planning to go to another shop to take care of those issues and was happy to learn that midas could handle all i needed right there and then. It saved me time and troubleThe staff there was courteous and professional and work was done in a timely manner. I will def go backThe only reason i gave them 4 stars and not 5 is because i later found the tires they sold me for 105$ for 65$. But taking into consideration the time i saved, the trade off wasnt that bad

I came here in total distress because I had no brakes and i work as a caregiver and use my vehicle to transport clients. I was petrified. I have never had a mind-blowing experience nor a terrible experience. Whenever I come here, its only for the oil change services, which matches my price range after using their coupons that can be found online or through the mail. I have not had any issues with any of the employees or employer so far, and I do believe they have good intentions in ensuring that the customers receive the best car care possible by keeping them informed but also try their best to earn revenue by selling extra services, which can be annoying sometimes. Overall, if you need a simple oil change for an affordable price and dont have a preference, come to Midas in Diamond Bar.

They fixed it right the first time at a fair price and backed up their work with a great warranty. Arrived for a service that was routine and the customer service was outstanding. After the mechanic came back with the inspection report the front desk staff were very thorough in going through every item that needed repair. I realized that had they not caught these repairs now a laundry list of issues awaited me down the road. The quote they gave me for an oil change, belt replacement, and filter was very comparable; however, the human interaction with the techinician and staff is valuable. I have been bringing my chevorlet avalanche to Midas Diamond Bar for 4 years now. It has 232000 miles on it. Midas installed a rebuilt JasperEngine and has done all the maintenance work on it including brakes,tires,suspension, and water pump. My vehicle drives real good it just flys after the new. Engine was installed. The most important thing if all is that I have never had to go back Twice for the same problem. Normally I have had positive experiences here, but my last oil was change not so positive. While they did a very fast job, they broke a hinge on my glovebox, left an oil filter wrench jammed between my hood and my headlight, and scratched my front bumper. I wont be coming back I dont think. Ill just take my free wrench and do it myself from now on.

I took my 1999 Chevy Dually Crew cab into Diamond Bar Midas. The transmission would slam in to all four gears, we test drove it, Bob said I dont think its the tranny Let go back to the shop and read the codes. My check engine light was on. He read the codes, and found T.P.S was bad. So, I went to Auto Zone and picked one up. My transmission shifts perfectly now. I have also taken my wifes car for AC service. I will be more the happy to go back to service my cars anytime. To the guys at Midas. THANK YOU ! you guys are great!

Ive came for service on two occasions and the service was excellent! I ask questions to the technicians and they always answer me back so I understand whats wrong with me problem. RIGO helped me identify my transmission problem and suggested I contact Ford because I might have a manufacture Ford warranty. You can highly trusts this Midas for car repairs.

I cant speak highly enough of Midas in general. I usually take my car to the Tustin branch, unfortunately I was involved in an accident away from home and my car would not make the drive. The Diamond Bar location was more than welcoming and accommodating to me. I was treated with respect and was not hassled or mislead about the state of my car. My car ended up having to be salvaged and because I was out of town for a week they let me keep my car in their lot until I could have it picked up. They didnt charge me a dime and they even helped me get some of my things out of the car. They offer the best service around, if you need help with you car, use Midas!

THEY ARE EITHER REALLY DUMB OR REALLY DISHONEST!My car wouldnt start and this was the closest place so I decided to tow it over here. They said that my 2004 HONDA accord would not start because my ENGINE died and it would need to be replaced. LOL ya right. And then when I tried to tow it over to my car guy that was far away, they tried to stall. Eventually I got it to my guy, and turns out some air filter was loose and they got it up and driving within 20min... DONT GO HERE! waste of time..

I brought my 2004 Toyota Rav 4 in for Struts, shocks, tire alignment, and free oil change! So far everything seems to be going great. The only thing I’ve noticed so far is when I go in reverse and turn my wheel a bit it makes kind of a grind or rough noise. I think it may be because the struts arenew and may need to lube and work a little. I will give it a few more days and if it doesn’t work out. I’ll give Nitan a call and I’m sure he’ll have it looked at for me. He’s always a great reliable man. I recommend this Midas to everyone!
