If I could give this place zero stars I would! As a customer of this place I advise that you to tread lightly with them. I purchased a car from them and less than a month later my transmission was leaking. They sent me to their mechanic up the street which didnt do much and sooner than later my transmission went out. Not only that they put the car in my mothers name which had nothing to do with the loan. Put my cosigner as my primary and had trouble every since still paying a lemon off now.

Please Read!!! Originally I was happy with the sells experience everyone is very polite BUT Southfield Quality sold me a beautiful LEMON! 2 1/2 weeks after purchasing the car it began having issues. The only solution I was offered was use my warranty. I went to the mechanic they recommended (Alpha Auto Repair 8mile) and it became a routine monthly visit getting this car repaired. The car had multiple issues. After speaking to Mark multiple times via phone & person, and Steve (supervisor) via phone NO SOLUTION!! All I keep hearing is use your warranty (which is $100 deductible every time)!As a buyer do yourself a favor & shop around because it’s terrible feeling like you’ve been played and wasted your hard earned money! ** had the car now 6 months, it’s been repaired over 9x .. I have receipts & no means to lie. All I wanted was a quality car 🤷🏾‍♀️

I purchased the exact 2013 Cadillac CTS I was looking for from Mark last December 2019. This cars mileage was 20-30,000 miles less than anything I saw listed anywhere for this model year, only 41,000. Its been almost a yr and Im so so happy I bought my used car here. Mark is a straight forward easy to deal with salesman. My deal was smooth and done in a few quick hours. I thoroughly recommend him to everyone. My husband bought a SUV in this dealership and so far everything with the suv is going good but my only complaint was that the dealership could only find one set of keys for our vehicle. When my husband asked for the second pair of keys they were going to attempt to look for them but they couldn’t find them so my husband asked if they will be able to order a second pair for us because a set of keys will cost us like $80 and the associate said No because he bought the car as it is. So the associate gave my husband a place where he could get it at a discounted price. Hopefully we can get a second set of keys for a fair price but obviously i’m not thrilled about it.

Very happy with my choice

Although I can’t speak about all the cars or all of their salesman’s my experience was not good. As soon as I left the dealership my car started to make a noise every time I hit a bump. I called them they told me to take it to the warranty center they deal with. Take it back there, they told me that my caliper was barely on my break router. They also informed me that my rear break pads were completely gone.. i understand the cars are used but are they not checking their cars before they sell them to people? Oh and my turn signal was not working and they didn’t do anything about it. It’s been less than 2 years with my car and it’s been nothing but problems. This is the last time I’ll buy a car from them. When I told them about my constant issues my salesmen told me “it’s a used car, it’s not brand new.” No problem, my next car will be directly from BMW, I’ll pay the premium for a reliable car. Im about to get rid of my car because I don’t have the time or patience to deal with it, and it definitely won’t be from them. I’m not bashing this dealership, maybe it was just this car but the experience was terrible. I’ll never buy a car from there again. I’ll also never refer anyone to this dealership, not even my worse enemy.
