Not even an hour after I bought my vehicle I heard my lifters ticking. When I get took it back to them they refused to take it back or even fix the problem!!! And that was just the beginning of my problems. They had so many things rigged up to where it wasnt even a week until I found out the rest of the problems. I advise everyone to avoid that place like the plague!!!

Just got a car recently from Champs Auto . They have Nice sales person good customer service. They Vehicles are pretty nice Carfax History and if you need help on Financing or insurance they we work with you so you get the best for your pocket.

Purchased a vehicle from them, they were nice and helpful in the office. Sold us a warranty that is worthless. And a vehicle that was rigged to look nice until we had an issue a month that the warranty didnt cover.

Excellent service and very trustworthy group of people which is rare to find in a used car dealership. The sales people and employees were very courteous and friendly they made me feel like they actually wanted me to be there and went out of their way to show me that they appreciate my business which was genuine and not just forced trying to make a buck off of me. I honestly was taken aback with the level of service I received from this place, my credit situation wasn’t the best and they went out of their way to make it happen and did it honestly. I wasn’t buying some crazy expensive car and I wasn’t in the best position to be buying a car at all and they still made me feel valued as a customer, while I was there i saw them do the same for others as well, always attentive and willing to help.Whatever pre conceived notions you had about used car dealers can be tossed aside when working with these guys. They really did a lot for me even on a personal level, to the point where I’ve stopped by since just to say hello to them and even though the car was bought months ago they have followed up with me to simply ask how I was doing and if there was anything I needed help with. I actually did end up needing their help with an issue completely unrelated to their service that they had no obligation to help me with whatsoever and they didn’t even bat an eye they knocked it out for me the same day, pretty much dropped everything to do so.Very good people and very worthy of your business, complete contrast with the other dealers I’ve had to suffer with in the area. I’ve since referred a relative to them and he got the same outstanding service I experienced, made me kinda jealous I thought I was special haha!

Nice customer service until they sold us a truck for $9,000 more than we were told it would cost and had problems on the truck soon as we pulled off, took it back for them to fix but nothing was fixed correctly just rigged. After the sale the sales guy was dry with us and not as friendly. Everything was good until they got our sale

I bought a vehicle from champs back in June 2018. I was told by Sean that I had a two year warranty from front to back or 20,000 miles. when I took my vehicle in I was told warranty only covered engine and transmission. I will never send a single person to champs to be lied to. They dont care if their customers are happy after they have closed the sale..

If you go to another car dealership you are absolutely insane. I tried champs and from the first call speaking with Destiny it was complete reassuring that they would do the best they could to help (I have less than perfect credit). Then I spoke with Sean and again and the amazing customer service continued with a hiccup. When I say everybody that in the building was so nice and helpful and BOOM!!! I got a car!!!!!! And not some half running, gonna brake down tomorrow, salvage, piece of junk but a gorgeous, reliable, and affordable car. Alot of high mileage vehicles but clean. And the staff was nice. I called & spoke to Destiny, which disappointed me upon my arrival. She left even tho she knew when & what time I was coming to meet her. But the gentleman who helped me, was thorough & helpful.
