To put it simply, well done service & straight forward. I was in need of a car asap, so I bought a cheap little car to take me from point A to B, and its been running well. I even took it to my mechanic, a friend of mine nd said i got what I paid for, only some things i would have to fix eventually on a car the has 130k miles, bt Im please to be driving again.

These people focus on Chevy cruises. Their business model is to buy them at discount, fix them up with, make them pretty, sell them comparatively cheaply. It makes a lot of sense, they can get parts wholesale, and know this one car inside and out. They also have a three month warranty because they are confidant in their work. If you read up on Salvage titles there are pros and cons, but I feel the three month warranty essentially negates the cons. Also that this is the car they know so well mechanically, fundamentally. Thats why I chose them.They are located in a neighborhood with some run down buildings, but I didnt see thuggish looking people walking around at all so Its not a worrisome place to be. Their interior isnt all gloss and glamour and shine. It seems like a re-purposed older building but still relatively neat. Id rather get a better car for great price, than get ripped off and have a glamorous dealer experience. Friendly too.

Went in looking at a Chevy Malibu and came out with a 2017 Chevy Cruze. There are a lot of options/ All of the cars are maintained clean inside and out. So as you all know Ive been trying to find my daughter a really good replica car so I went to BHM Auto Sales on Hubbell and I spoke with the guy named guss we really worked it out my daughter wanted this 2014 Dodge Avenger what she got a loan and purchased it. Upon leaving the lot she never stop works for grinding so we called him and next morning they said it would be due to the fact that it was winter time in the car has been sitting for a minute so we waited a couple days call them back because it was still grinding and it was acting like he was pulling off kind of funny and they kind of gave us the run-around so Ill sit in my daughter driving with no brakes we took the car to get the brakes but it wasnt just the brakes it was the rotors the calipers and the brakes which was $500 so we pay for it then she has a knocking noise in her heat vent which they said was the door to it so we going to purchase the door the man Gus is out of town so they wont fix it so we wait wait wait finally you called us back to find out that he no longer works there that someone else is running the business now so I called him to inform him of with custody it because its supposed to be a 30 day warranty on it but thats whats giving us to you once and said anything he needs to be fixed he was going to fix it outside of her arm rest was broke and she didnt have any windshield wiper so we had to go purchase also now the new owner of the company and telling me what he has nothing to do with that and hes not fixing anything do not buy any cars from them theyre literally putting cars together when we lifted her hood at the car lot alot of her stuff wasnt connected we gad to take it back to him to connect everything they have poor business ship and they are horrible car lot please do not sponsor or give them any of your money you do better off thanks to the car for somebody on the street. Now my daughter stuck with the car that we got to fix and put together the order for her to be able to get back and forth to what she got to go which I told you from the beginning I was trying to find a good car for her to be able to get what she needs to go back and forth to work but clearly that wasnt on their minds.

Great dealer! Im not one to make a split-decision especially when it comes to buying a car. I visited once about 2-3 months ago and the dealer (Yahya) stayed in contact with me. I would come in, look around and ask a million questions just to walk away without a purchase. I explored my options a bit and Yahya insured me he would give me the best deal. I was allowed numerous test drives on multiple cars and was still given a great deal when I finally decided on a 2013 Chevy Cruze. Everything was done in the office and I was able to drive the car home the same day (no visit to the sec. of state). Yahya is very patient and worked with me very well. This is now the 4th vehicle that I have purchased or been involved in the purchase and I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from BHM if you want a great vehicle at a great price.Our daughters car after we had it before the 30 day warranty was up which only covers the powertrain had some issues with the paint on the facia. I let Bahaa and Yahya know about this and they had no issues taking the car back in and repainting the front facia. Bahaa and Yahya are great to work with and stand behind their cars. I would highly recommend them to my friends which I do all the time and to anyone looking for a great vehicle without the worry if there will be issues after you get the vehicle.
