Do not shop here. Customer service nasty they run your credit even though they tell you they not. Alex from the finance team is a liar. The cars are from the auction. They will try to sell you vehicles with engine lights on. The cars are dirty on the inside. Their agenda is to get rid of cars they dont care about people. The appearance of this place is filthy. For 500 down they will offer you a small 2 door chevy car or a dirty rusted white jeep with the engine light on and try to say they didnt know it was on when they purchased it from the auction. They will pull your credit numerous of times and try to say it was only one time. And if your credit is bad then Alex will tell you you cant get a car because your credit xyz. And if you try to dispute Alex said he will red flag you and tell other dealerships not to sell you a car. This place is trifling.

Dee and Alex were super friendly and easy to work with. We came in looking for a car when we had little help or options elsewhere, not here. We had an appointment at 1pm and by 230pm we had an oil change and the keys in hand. Will definitely be referring anyone else looking for a vehicle and they have customers for a long time to come.

They falsely advertised their down payment amount, on top of their saleswoman dee being very rude. They advertise $500 down but I was told I had to put $2,500 down even though I make more than enough income and have a valid drivers license but they sell to people with no license as long as they put enough down. And the way he talks to people makes you want to walk out before they even tell you the $2,500.

I just want to give a huge shoutout to Dee and Alex for taking care of me today. I drove 2 hours just to come see them. COVID left me with some financial hardships that set behind a bit. Got a Kia Sorento from them the next day the tire blew and constant coolant leaks. I told them the trans had problems and I had to keep replacing the coolant. they said the vehicle was already inspected not to worry, not even a week later the trans And engine needed replacement. Couldn’t reach them to fix the vehicle I had to use my own personal mechanic . Not to mention I asked them the total of the vehicle they told me 11,000 which was already high for that car. After a year of paying come to find out the vehicle was 24,000 for a 2011 lemon. NEVER AGAIN!- in response to the owner the total was 24,000 I payed on it for a year that should’ve been the end. no I call to see how much I had left I was gonna pay it off. the finance company said I still had 24 months to pay on a 2011. And as far as my down payment I was initially told to bring $500 plus my trade. I bought $750 But y’all told the finance company I only had my trade in and $300 that was already a red flag there. What can y’all do for me? I fixed that vehicle to tip top shape just for it to be refinanced And I still owe. That’s not right selling these vehicles that’s not even drivable I have kids! Out of the year I had the vehicle I was only able to drive it personally for two good months if that!!
