I bought my car yesterday and it needed some repairs and they promised to fix it and take care of me and they did . Above and beyond . They took very good care of me here .. these people are real they aint sugar coating anything there word is as good as the word of Jesus in the Bible. I dealt with Robert and the mechanic mostly but every one here treated me well very friendly and helpful and informative . Ill definitely recommend these people they take excellent care of there customers .. i should know i am one . Bought a car from them months ago, finally went to Secretary of State to find out they gave me a fraudulent title. Wouldn’t recommend getting a car from them.

My son bought a Jeep Patriot from this place back in JUNE of this year, and he still doesnt have a title!!! When he calls them now, nobody answers the phone!!! He had to file a complaint against them with the Secretary of State!! How are businesses allowed to operate like this and rob people!?? He didnt consult me before he bought it, and I very much wish he had! I would have told him to RUN away from them!! Completely ridiculous!!!

I got my red Chevy impala from this dealership 3 years ago it runs fine! It’s got a perfect body shape and had a minor powerstiring issue, which I got fixed I’ve baught my Taurus from here as well that lasted a couple years as well. Just purchase a 1999 buick LeSabre custome ive had the car 1 week only has 156,000 miles on it i look the car over and test drove it everything seemed good well its far from good ive only put 100 miles on the car and now the engine is knocking and wont start they say every car comes with a warranty thats bs because mine was sold as is i plan on calling them tomorrow morning and im praying they make it right because i only had $1,000 to work with and now i have no car to get to work or my kids to school as of right now i would not recommended buying a car from them

They told me the car I was interested in on Craigslist had a perfect body SUPER MINT!!! .. I drove 40 mins to the dealership to check it out and it has a huge rust bubble on the side of the car.This place is a bunch of scammers and not a safe area to bring money. Avoid at all costs!

I purchased a 2006 trailblazer from them in April of this year and I spent 3,119.99 for it with 15,6925 miles on it. And it was a few lights on the dashboard lite up and the odometer was broke, but they told me it was a good car and wasnt anything wrong with it. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from a car lot. In September I take it to the shop because it was making a weird noise and they tell me that my motor is about to go,so I take it to get a diagnosis test and they tell me that the computer doesnt work.... What a coincidence that my computer dont work for them to tell me whats all wrong with my truck. So I go up to the car lot and try to speak with the owner and they tell me that he will be in after 4:00pm so I say OK, I will try back later....So later that night I call and they tell me that hes still not in so I try the next day which was a Friday and hes still not in...I try the next day Saturday hes still not in...So Monday come I call and a young lady answers the phone this day and I ask her can I speak to the owner and she said that hes not in... But she ask me for my number and is there anything she can help me with so I tell her my situation and she said that he will tell me that its my fault and I purchased the truck as is...Basically Im taking a loss of 3,119.99 money from my Mother passing away that I chose to buy a good working truck.... Which turned out to be a lemon before 6 months. . SMH.... ⚠ PLEASE DO NOT BUY HERE

Do not buy from them!!!!!!!!!!! Paid cash for a car and was told I would get the title in 2 weeks. Its now been 18 days, when I call to ask about it they hang up on me . When I called back I was told they are sick of me calling?????? Ive called twice. After taking to them and getting NO Where, I called SOS and was told the vehicle should not have been sold to anyone because they did not have the title yet . Not trust worthy, not kind. Bought the car didnt have it for not even a month an all these problems started Needed a starter,battery, Cadillac converter,struts on both sides, odometer,coolant leak an the motor blew out,took me 3 weeks to get my plate,had to drive 2 days so worn a expired plate cause they didnt have my real plate yet,asked about them doing work on my car (the car I only had for 3 weeks)the salesman never responded,told me the car was as is,lies to me,told me the car only had 160,000 miles on it,turns out it had 222,000 miles on it,the salesman was no help at all,u wasting your money if u buy anything from this place,worst car experience of my life,they sale u horrible ass cars,an act like nun is wrong with them,tomorrow will make a month i got this wreckie ass car that i put more into th e car than i paid for...save your money an save yourselves, tried reaching out to the salemans he wasnt hearing it,very unprofessional

Had my car for only 2 months which is an impala 06 they help me get the radiator fixed did i had to get brakes n rotors then my whole tire came off picking my kids up cause i needed a hub assembly now my engine gone out not to mention o been had a oil change the next one wasnt due to july n i just got another one wednesday i spent money on my car not expecting not to be able to drive it i can see of it was a 2000 car or even a 1500 car but for 3200 aint noway i should be without a car

Shady business! The people at C & J are crooks! If you buy a vehicle from this place make sure you do your research. I was sold a 2002 Jeep Liberty with rolled back miles. They don’t do refunds so beware of what you are buying from this place!

Terrible customer service. They just stopped responding to me, and stopped answering my calls. They have different facts on the same car on different pages the listings are posted, and it just seems very shady. Once I confronted them asking what the real miles were on the car, they stopped responding to me, from what I can tell about the rest of the reviews I WOULD NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!

Dont buy from here I Bought my Grand Prix only had for two months and head gasket went out. I had to get my windshield fixed my crank and crank starter fixed. I had to buy new wires and when I was driving my strut fell off so had to get that fixed and The car was just a mess they didnt even want me to bring it back up there they said it had nothing to do with them.!!! But beware.
