Really quick service. Got me in and out in 15 minutes. The guy who attended to my car asked a few questions and made recommendations for care moving forward in qaurentine usage of the car.I perticularly appreciated him asking me to drive a few miles and come back so he could make sure about the levels of my transmission oil were low rather then just cooled and showing as low. Something I feel like he could have lightly topped off and sent me on my way.Definitely going to continue coming back to this spot.

Now to save face the manger seems to post reply full of lies about his customers beware. Says my engine has a knock when it was replaced under a recall less than 15,000 miles ago, funny enough it was a different story when that guy turned me sent me away and left with up to 10 days to get my refund back, whats the story going to change to next? My engine was out of the car?. Rude people, shady businesses.

Had me waiting out in the lot before and greeting me for about 20 minutes because he was talking to what looked like a friend. Then when he finally came out told me he wouldn’t service my car after I already paid for the service in full before hand. Now I have to wait how long to get it back.

An employee (African American guy) joked and said you trying to hit me? cus i pulled up too close... i said if i hit you, youd be in debt i thought it was a joke but the guy thought i said dead i tried explaining but he was being ignorant. never will i return here.. Ive been there twice before and was good service... just that one ignorant person who cant talk like a man. instead walks away, putting words in my mouth.

I have yet to write a Google review, but Valvoline deserves it so much that Ive finally budged (There is no incentive for me to do this, I just think it is deserved). I went there for the first time today to get my oil changed. I was pleasantly surprised when Issac answered my questions about oil types (that only an uneducated driver would have) and didnt belittle me nor take advantage of my lack of knowledge. They were quick and easy in doing a routine maintenance check (oil, tires, washer fluid, breaks, lights, etc.) and I also got my transmission fluid changed. Oh, and best of all, you get to pull right in and sit in your car while they take care of everything! That being said, its not the incredible service (which they do perform) that Valvoline has, its the character of the people that makes this shop so great. I will continue to go here, and I will recommend it day in and day out. If you want a job well done, great service, and loyalty, go here!

I’ve been coming here for years and today Ale changed that. I will never return here again for an oil change or any other service. I cant remember a time that I’ve came for an oil change that they didn’t insist something else was wrong with my car and they wanted to sell me something else. Usually it isn’t a problem when I refuse but today Mr. Ale woke up on the wrong side of the bed and when I responded with all I want is an oil change he told Shorty not to do my oil change. Both Al and Shorty REFUSED to give me the owners information so I could complain and when Shorty attempted to speak kindly with me Ale asked him why he was talking to me. I’m very upset with the customer service I received here today and will be letting all of my neighbors and friends know the way Ale treated me. As I said before after 5 years of coming here I will not be returning.

This place is horrible they open at 10am i came up here at 11am to get my oil checked, i Parked in the back and they saw me and never came to check, so I parked and went to the door it was locked, someone was right there so I knocked, he looked at me and just looked away, HORRIBLE
