These would guys do creditable work Ive taken 3 of my vehicles there they just hack you with the prices. Not looking for a handout, but Im not looking to be taken advantage of either. Dont tell them what you think the problem is or theyll fix that and say thats what you told them to fix, and you still have your problem. Are there any honest establishments anymore, just saying!!!

Rip off scam artist try to keep my truck after paying 300 diagnostic fee when told it was free. Claiming they are a AAA repair shop and they are not. Had to call police to get my vehicle out of their slinky hands

Not sure if the new ownership played a factor but I will never bring my truck to this establishment again. My initial problem I came in for was not fixed. Something in the front end was not put back together properly, causing my front strut to break—resulting in me coming back too many times only to have them say nothing is wrong. They never showed me what was wrong or showed me the old parts they replaced. I later, thanks to YouTube, took my truck apart and figured out that a caliper guide pin was not in there. $3200 when a guide pin cost me $6 and an hour of my time. I’m highly dissatisfied and I hope corporate sees this review.

Had my car for 5 days for an engine flush picked it up today and did not do anything to it I will never go there again and I will never recommend it to anybody

3 days prior, (Saturday) went to Goodyear to get radiator hose replaced on my 2014 Dodge Avenger....Cost: $200, waited 4 hours car was only in garage under an hour. (Overpriced seriously) Next issue, leaving the shop noticed my car wasnt driver normal. (Shop was closed)The traction sensor and engine light came on. Called Monday about the issue the man said 4 to 5 hour wait...was told to come back Tuesday. So I did. (Tuesday @7:45 am before employees even arrived)Did a double at work the day before (Monday)(3pm-7am). Was at the shop at 7:45 am Tuesday before anyone else. Shopped opened at 8. Sat for 6 hours and waited for the electrician to come (8am-1:20pm)....he NEVER came. Guess what I still have to be at work at 3pm. Im operating from no sleep. Really just disappointed and I dont want to continue to drive my car in this form.

They were awesome! I took my car to a few different shops that told me i had blown a head gasket because my car was over heating .So i brought it here and told them what i was told at the other shops what they said it was, and these guys said i tell you what where going to put your car on the machine and it will tell us whether or not its the head gasket. Needless to say it was not the head gasket. They found the problem fixed it and i had my car back with no problem.

The service wasnt the greatest at first they said my lifters was a transmission ticking I had 3 places tell me lifters and it was lifters.told me 3400 ms services contracts 1500+370 from me 1870. Could have done it in 2 days but took 2 full week trying to get more money I would never recommend them to anyone they got my son the same way and its true(they have redeemed them self the shop got me a new motor for my truck from my service contract for no extra charge to me I would recommend them

They have the worst service I went in there to get a oil change my car was running real good when my car came back from the oil change it was running raggly it was loud I dont know what they did to my car but they messed my car up

I brought my Taurus in to be serviced I needed a new engine. I was quoted a price of 4800 over the phone upon arrival it changed to 5400 i was able to get it done 4800 Travis told me to bring my car in Monday morning and i could pick it up Friday morning I didnt hear from them at all i called Thursday afternoon to make sure things were still on schedule i was then informed things were behind and it would be ready Saturday afternoon Saturday came and went and I didnt actually get my car back until the following Tuesday and ive been having electrical issues ever since and theyre giving me the run around on it ive taken my car back twice only to be told the electrician isnt available once I get there, my engine was improperly installed and I have a 6 month warranty so if they keep giving me the run around im just going to take them to small claims court because the electrical assembly is either damaged or improperly installed and that is apart of our contract the transfer and assembly of electrical very bad customer service to say the least.

Very busy sad i would of had to leave my car.. For a car balance.

Never thought I could find a shop that will fix your car and return it the same day without paying upfront. Good Year set me up a payment plan for the total cost of my car and I was able to drive off the same day. I recommend anyone that has car problems to go to Good Year, excellent business!!!

Travis and the team at the Detroit Super Center are AWESOME...... They take great care of me when I come in for service for my vehicles. Customer service is great every time I come in. Very friendly and and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this repair center to anyone who has an issue with their vehicle.

This repair shop was quite good. The prices are competitive with other shops in the area and the felicity was clean and neat. The waiting area was comfortable. A clear itemized list of repairs was easy to read and they have financing available. Make sure you read the fine print . the interest rate is sky high but you can do 90 days same as cash . All and all I was satisfied with the shop and would go back.

The guys at East Detroit Good Year are the BEST. They are about their business and they always does what is best for the customer. They go above and beyond that which is to be expected and they do so with a warm friendly smile and some fresh hot coffee. if there is a way for them to save you some money, they will find it. Customer Service is Top Quality at this business. I love them all, from Travis to Dave, to all of the ladies. Hard work has never had a better view than it does at East Detroit Good Year.

So I love dealing with a guy named Travis when you go in ask for Travis he gives you the best service and hes the most honest person there. Now is Travis aint there ask for Chris Chris is on his person to. I had to get it some outer tie rods inner tie rods lower control arms alignment and some other stuff they did a good job

My experience was beyond what any words could ever describe an actually Travis an his workers saved the life of me, daughter, granddaughter, an the other 3 children I take to school daily. First time here said they couldnt fix my slow leak ( brand new tire ) because of where it was. Patched it somewhere else for $20 been fine for weeks. They either didnt want to bother or sell me a new tire. Wouldnt recommend at all.

I dont ever use my brand for reviews...but these guys are Guerilla Studios approved! I was visiting my in-laws from Toledo for fathers day, when my car came out of gear on Gratiot. I coasted into their parking lot and immediatly was impressed by the number of cars in the parking lot and on the lifts. To make a long story short I have a 2002 Saab...and its not easy to get parts for. After three attempts from dealers (Saab included), and 3 wrong parts we realized we werent going to find my Saab part. He could have easily told me I was out of luck...instead he started calling local junkyards...he said I promised Im gonna get you home and I will...and he did. And he could have taken supreme advantage of me and they didnt. My major transmission repair cost me less then $400. Im back home and producing music thanks to these guys. What a friendly and competent staff WITH INTEGRITY!! Highly recommend! Thanks Jay and crew!

This is my first time but i will be coming back i love the way they treat u and most of all they care of business and they stand by there work.and it is nice and clean and i recomend to anyone that needs car work done or tires so give it a try. I came in to the gratiot and 7 mile location with a car that was falling apart that I didnt feel safe riding in. Travis worked with my warranty company and also westcreek to get my $4200 (3 page invoice) bill paid. He made sure that they paid for every thing that they were supposed to, even though they tried not to. After all was said and done, i still was about $100 off and they helped with that too. My car feels brand new! Thanks so much!

Trash service they dont know what they are doing the mechanics suck they lie to you then stick you with a bill. They left my engine light on and promised 3 free oil changes then said it wasnt in the system. They overcharge for work and tires. Bell tires are way cheaper. They give you a time when your vehicle will be ready and then when you go and pick it up its not ready they need more time. The whole company is trash throw them away.

The guys at Detroit supercenter are the best.. Kamal and Travis took care of me and gave me a great deal... if you need your car fixed this is the place to go

Horrible place, I would not recommend no one to get work done on their vehicle here. They will over charge you & take advantage of you, I took my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee to them to get a simple small work done & it turned into other things going wrong with my truck. They touched some other stuff on my truck that did not need to be touch nor worked on & they messed my truck up. They over charged me I paid so much money to them & they got me out of almost $4,000 & they tried to get more money out of me & they didnt fix nothing but took my money. Then when I wanted a refund on all the money I spent, they did not want to give me my money back. This shop like to get over on people & wanna say they fix the problem but mess with something else on your vehicle so you can just bring it back. Thats how they make their money this is a HORRIBLE PLACE!!!! They only have 1 certified mechanic thats there, the other mechanics thats there working on vehicles not certified. Reason how I know this a mechanic his self told me.

Great Service !!! Car runs like new... went to another shop and they tried telling my car needed a engine but I didn’t believe them I came to Goodyear and the guys fixed my car and only costed $400 instead of $3000

This place will try and get money out of you if you dont know about cars. Went for a alignment and was told my upper and lower control arms were bad and couldnt do. Went somewhere else and was told my lower ball joints and control arms were not bad. Beware they will try to find something to say it needs to be fixed before you drive it off theyre lot.

Went in for tire rods oil change and tires and ended up with $2095 worth of work and he only told me it would be $1900 didnt find out till today he threw an extra $200 on my bill and now my stearing wheel shakes when I go over 55 mph and my tires are rubbing against the bottom of my truck. Didnt want to give me an estimate while I was there said he would call me in 45 minutes I could have waited and thats when he came up with all of this mess

Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Theyre disrespectful to elderly customers. My parents had been longtime customers of this location until they took their car in for starter repair and recieved it back with a leak connected to the power steering fluid. Just be careful. Make sure you deal with trustworthy mechanics.

I went to this establishment for a simple wheel alignment. As I sat more than 5 customers came in complaining about bringing in their vehicles and left or couldn’t leave because other problems were diagnosed with their vehicles that didn’t exist before bringing their vehicles to this establishment. As I sat and waited for a total of 4 hrs I was told everything was fine with my vehicle and that the mechanic could proceed with the alignment and he’ll be done with my vehicle within 15mins. 20 minutes later the mechanic returned to tell me that my vehicle couldn’t receive an alignment because my”tire rods” were loose! I than agreed to disagree and still waited for my vehicle to be released to me after al that time with no service and had to ask for my keys to leave because again no one serviced me!!!! This place creates problems to make money not fix problems!!!!

The guys are very easy to deal with. They are diligent in their approach to resolve all issues immediately and efficiently.

Needed motors for both my windshield wipers and front heater for my Expedition. They gave me a decent quote and had me going by that evening. Plus due to damage to my passenger door they had to work in a precarious position.

They did and amazing job it was quick and cheap highly recommended

If you dont know anything about cars they will try to rip you off.I had 3 different employees tell me 3 different prices for an oil pan gasket repair.They also order parts without you knowing and put it on your car and claim once its on the car you have to pay for it.I will most definitely not be coming back.
