This place is always busy from what they say, I bought a coupon of Groupon and haven’t been able to use it because there always busy. One of the mechanics told me oh well we busy what you want us to do and I was only asking for another location or do I have to make an appointment, after his smart remark I left and I will never return again to the 8 mile location or any location of theirs.

Sooo, I used them earlier this year and wrote a review. Someone replied to my review stating hey reach out to us with your info, and we’ll be in touch that was over 2 months ago, still nothing. My wipers that was replaced during service that I was up charged for, are T E R R I B L E! The wipers I had before rain.x were better than what they’ve given me, I’ve had to replace them because of the water streaks they leave.I believe they only respond to the negative reviews to look as if they are active in making peoples concerns feel heard.

I was greeted with the highest respect, the guy at the desk was cool and crazy part is I forgot his name so he can get his props!! I took my son and My car to have a tune up, mines was pretty simple but my son’s truck had a lot going on and he was very courteous and honest with me about my son’s truck! Other places would have taken his money and told him anything and my sons car would have broken down. We all had a cool conversation about our kids and my car was ready before it was time for me to go to work. Yes I dropped it off but it was well worth the wait because my service was great

I was there today it was pretty decent however the inside were not it was so many dead flies and flies flying around in there and it was super hot in there.

Rating based on initial call. I inquired about same day availability for a four-wheel alignment. The response I received was not for a Groupon. I never once mentioned a Groupon, however, I did clarify with the gentleman that they have time for a full price alignment but not for an alignment purchased through Groupon. Bad business approach and not the type of of service I want to spend my money on.*Edit on 9/4/21 for response from management:No need to be in contact. I was able to go to Belle Tire and purchase four brand new tires before my trip home to GA, and they even threw in the wheel alignment I was willing to PAY FULL PRICE for, for free! 🤷🏾‍♂️

Bought a Groupon, called and said whens the best time to redeem it, rep. Told me Id need to make an appointment and leave my dam car for 24hr. In order for them to clean my headlights. I think not!

Waiting time is a lot there. Staff is good. For getting your car serviced or to get any other service for your car I will recommend that you should go early in the morning as they start at 8 am in the morning. It is first come first serve basis. Also they are very busy on Saturday better to call one day before and confirm if they can help you on Saturdays.

I usually never write a review, after the service I received here I felt it was necessary for others to atleast know. I purchased a groupon for an oil change and wipers. Great Deal right? No. Upon arriving I noticed the parking lot was clean, entering the facility the lobby was clean. At this point Im impressed. I approach the counter to be greeted with a nasty attitude What is it you need today?. I ignored the greeting and mentioned I have a groupon, the guy then tells me, okay you can leave it with us and well get it done within an hour. Im upset because there is no customers waiting or getting serviced at the moment, so why should it take an hour, and why do I have to leave it? So I leave my car, its around 9:30 AM. 1:15PM comes around and I hear nothing, so I decided to call and the manager informed me that my car would be ready in 30 mins and they were just pulling it in. Fast forward to 3:00PM I get a call to pick my vehicle up. For me it was literally an oil change why cant I sit in my vehicle while getting my oil change especially in a midst of a pandemic. Also the mechanics dont put floor mats down or seat covers, and I noticed a large grease stain on my seat that will need to be shampood. Either shut this location down or do the proper training.

They were VERY professional and knowledgeable about my specific car issues and the manager was concerned with the diagnosis that the Cadillac dealership had given me? Ron, I believe the mangers name is even told me what to do to get my money back from the dealership?? Now thats service!! Great job from the entire staff, but in particularly Ron the manager!! I took my truck for a 4-wheel alignment and wiper blade replacement, left the key and they called me once they were done. Very friendly atmosphere.

I’ve had some brake work done here before and Shirley at the desk is very nice and one of the main reasons I chose to come back. But this past March, I came for an oil change and a broken wiper. The diagnostic on the wiper was $50 but it turned out the wiper was just frozen, so no repair needed. it would’ve been nice if they didn’t charge me that $50 for it since they didn’t have to do any repair, but whatever...fine.Then the other day, I came back for an oil change and a window motor that went bad. $50 diagnostic and Todd quoted me $400 for the part and labor. I declined that work but when I picked up the car and paperwork, the quoted work was way different. $139 for the part and $100 for labor.. that’s still higher than it should be but I would’ve been willing to pay that for the convenience. I’m not sure why Todd quoted me that price. Must have thought I was dumb. they have lost my business for good. In the end, I spent $35 on the part via Amazon and did it myself.

I had a groupon. Went in the afternoon and told they couldn’t do my car for a week. Went back before 8 am and was first in line only to be told it was going to take 3-4 hours for a wheel alignment and could not wait inside which meant I would have to Lyft home and back. Be aware.

Friendly service and fast service. They got my vehicle in and out and were honest with me. They told me I had a good car and didn’t try and sell me everything under the sun like most places would! Definitely gained a customer for life!

After initially not wanting to honor my Groupon purchased oil change due to my car requiring a certain type of oil due to some new regulation, they admitted their wrong after I pointed out to them that theyve BEEN giving me the oil change I came in for, as opposed to what was required now... At the end of the day the Groupon was honored and I was satisfied... Been coming here for 2 years prior with no issues with their services...

I usually do not write reviews but I feel like I have to. My car stopped on the freeway so I bought in to them to get checked and was recommended a engine diagnostics. Get a call back that I need battery and starter for $700+. Didn’t make sense to me as my car didn’t lose power electronically and that they also said the engine diagnostics wasn’t done because of this and this must be done first.So I go in to get the car they tried to charge a $50 fee. Car in the same position I left it, the diagnostics on the engine wasn’t done. why am I paying this? Additionally the first thing your suppose to do if you couldn’t do it is contact me and let me know what has to be done first and whatever that will cost. After exchanging words the kind gentleman agreed to wave the fee for $20. Took it to 2 other shops afterwards and both confirmed it was timing chain.Now I would’ve never left this review but you quote me $700 + for repairs that wasn’t needed and that wasn’t even connected to the actual problem? To try to squeeze a quick $50 for whatever few seconds you did is unbelievable. I came to this place a few years ago for my old car and had work done no issue. What happened?They get 2 stars as again the gentleman did wave the fee to $20 but to misdiagnose the car, try to charge me for not even getting to the diagnostics and suggesting repairs that’s wouldnt had fixed the issue is a no no. I wish this establishment the best but I won’t be back no time soon.

I had such a wonderful experience here! Went on a Monday morning. Shop was not crowded at all. A very personable woman works the front desk. I love how transparent they are about pricing and billing. Did not try to sell me any other services and best of all...I HAVE AIR NOW!! I love them! Will be going back for more car maintenance in the future! =)Had to change my rating and review. The staff that was there a few years ago is gone and the customer service of the current staff is atrocious. They speak to you like you are lower than a dog. Wow. Employees matter, people.

Ive had my alignment done just now, it turned out literally worst than before I can bearly drive. I dunno how they gave me the car in this situation. When I called and asked the managers says I need new tires. I had the same tires before I went in there it was fine except a little bit pull. but now I cant even let go of my steering wheel even for a second. Also The Manager has attitude problem no concern for the customers whatsoever. Highly not recommended.

I was referred to them.The staff kept me aware of everything that was going on during the repairs. They were fast and patient due to me living over 600 miles away. What I like most are the owners and staff. That would be Brian, Mike, Shirley, Ron, Scott. Forgive me for not remembering all the others, but they too are part of the family. They all make me feel as such. I have one request. Bring that popcorn back!!! ;-)

Very bad behaviour from shop owner. I had Groupon coupon for wheel alignment. He said computer is down! Then I was just waiting to see, if computer get fixed. He was very mean to give any simple answer to me, as I was asking, if I drive with this condition without alignment what could be the problem? Did not get general questions answer.In one point of my waiting, he put Closed sign on the door even though it was only around 10:30AM, while he saw, I was talking to one person outside of the door, whose car just done alignment. And that customer said to me, he just have done his car alignment. Then I went inside and he said go out of my private property. Then I said, it is not bussiness ethics, I am not forcing you anything just waiting to see if computer get up. Still he did very bad behavior to make mr out from his shop. I am not understanding, what was the reason, cause I was Groupon coupon customer? Or, was he resist? Rearly found this type of un-peaceful people in this world.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! no customer service skills at all. disrespectful & distasteful behavior displayed by the lady Sherrie who sits at the front desk as well as the manger. I well yelled at and not helped in any way, regarding a Groupon voucher! DO NOT USE GROUPON VOUCHERS FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT!!! the lady at the front desk assured me I’d get my money back if I could not receive the service I paid for, and that I’d have to pay a $20 inspection fee. After they estimated $1200 worth of work that needed to de done (complete lie, I went to another shop and got great work done for $320) I paid my $20 inspection fee then asked for assistance with Groupon app on how to cancel order. SHE THEN SAID SHE’D NEVER DONE IT BEFORE. I was confused why she opened my voucher after I asked her not to & then said she had no idea how to refund my money back through app. she yelled and refused to get her manager. when he came in, he was no help as well. I’m in my 3rd trimester of pregnancy & was highly upset with how I was handled as a PAYING customer. I never yelled or got irate, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT HONEST GOOD PEOPLE WHO WILL HELP YOU IN THE SERVICES YOU’RE PAYING FOR!!

The receptionist misquoted me for a job over the phone. After securing the money SHE said I needed, the owner tells me its $350 instead of $250!!! All I had was $265, since I anticipated them taxing the parts. He STILL forced me to pay him $21 to get my keys back, after a whole day wasted. The receptionist took care of every familiar face that came through the door, meanwhile, Im killing a day of work to be swindled and mishandled. I came in at 10:30, just for them to finally get to my car at 2:30!!!! And now, I have to find another $21, and a new place to get the work done!!!!

This is a small shop on the eight mile road. Ive got a Groupon coupon for my Cars Wheel alignment. I reached about 8:10 AM in the morning, by that time, there were four to five people in the queue already. Since they have only three people working, it took till 12 PM to finish my car servicing. They havent charged even a penny extra besides redeeming Groupon coupon. I was surprised and asking if there were some additional charges (I was charged 8 to 10$ extra for oil changes at different stores). They also said, they dont charge anything extra for any service if we have a Groupon. Its been one week since the service, I have no complaints about their service or the pricing. Ill definitely visit again!

Your experience at this place really depends on if you know anything about vehicles. Dont get me wrong the customer service is cool, theyll service you fast and the wait times are not bad at all. Some times theyre straight up with you about your issue with your vehicle other times theyll misdiagnose you and stll charge you 60 bucks. The first time i went to this place i was told i need a whole new engine that was 3 years ago and my engine is still running fine. Cash grab or misdiagnosed no clue

The wait time for a simple service such as an oil change is over hour! Completely unacceptable!! The previous owners had you in and out, not any longer. On the flip side, the receptionist is awesome.

I get my hoopty serviced here when its something that I absolutely cant do myself. They are nice, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and this is their business. This family is a car family. Being a woman, I often feel its assumed that Im a moron when it comes to cars, but I didnt get that vibe from these guys at all.

Just stopped in randomly as my tire pressure light came on. They quickly filled up the tires, taught me how to use the gauge so I can do it myself and gifted me the little handheld pen pressure gauge too!! All for free!! Very nice people!

Shirley was my highlight! But they have 1 technician, which is not certified for everything that they offer. So remember that...if you have a groupon for a wheel alignment, they are STILL in need of a technician thats certified for wheel alignments! So before you purchase a groupon, call- otherwise, you will have to get a refund from groupon!

They really work with you

I recently took my 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for service because it wouldnt move in reverse. I assumed a transmission problem. Mike (one of the owners) and his crew quickly diagnosed that it wasnt the transmission at all. Instead, a bracket had come loose and lodged itself against one of the axles (but for some reason didnt prevent the truck from going forward). Mike not only fixed it, but didnt even charge me. A few weeks ago, I had the front brakes replaced, including the rotors, for about half of what I assumed they would charge. These guys are great.

I came here with a groupon for a wheel alignment and a windshield wiper replacement. They did the wheel alignment and I noticed the difference in my car immediately after - no more pulling to the side.The only con is it appears like they only have room to do one car at a time. If you come when theres a few people ahead of you then you might be waiting a while depending on what folks are getting done.

Rude staff, uninformed, tells people wrong information and then give you the run-around. Ive visited 3 times to get a wheel alignment and every time I get told the mech comes in at a different time. Do not come here.

This place is good for oil changes. Anything else you will more than likely be way over charged. They over charge for parts, they over charge for labor. You should place a mark on car parts that need to be replaced, to make sure you are receiving new parts.

Wasted my time. Made me visit 3 separate times in 24 hours (too much work ahead of ya) only to be told on the third visit that it would be $130 to even look at the 4 brand new tires they installed 2 months ago that are leaking air. Dont be tempted by the comparatively low prices this place offers. Youll pay for it in the end.

Went there for front end work, plus alignment and they finished everything within no less than 3 hours. Good by me...although trouble comes after. I decided to test drive it and noticed an excessive wobble in my steering, in which I soon took my car back for a correction. Little did I suspect my hubcap flew off while test driving it from it not being tightened and now I am without a hubcap. Would I recommend this place for first time comers? Not likely. But if you are one and do decide to choose this place Id advised taking precautions when driving off from this shop.

The customer service is respectful, and the shop show a real concern about finding a solution about the problem thats going on with my car. The staff at Precision Tune make sure I had a clear understanding about whats going on with my vehicle...

Customer service is surely an oxy-moron as it applies to this location. Attempted to redeem a groupon that I purchased for several weeks. Was always given an excuse about why they couldnt honor the commitment at that time. Suggested that I come in on a Mon morning despite the fact that I work, just as they do, Mon thru Friday!! When I tried to get in two Saturdays in a row, was told that they could probably fit me in in about another week or two!! Dont know why they ever advertise on groupon when they obviously view its prospective customers as second class. I didnt want to give any stars, but it wouldnt allow me to post without at least one. Mess with these people at your own peril!!!!!
