Joe is honest. He takes pictures of before and after. After being told that my axle was inoperable and I had to wait for it to collapse. (Totally hazardous btw). He fixed it in no time. Decent price. Im passed satisfied!!! Will recommend to everyone.

I just bought a car and needed brakes. Joe gave me the best quote over the phone, and when it turned out I needed rotors as well it was still a very great price for a Cadillac. He took videos of the work he did, and even FaceTimed me to show me how bad my rotors were before doing them. I had to leave my car there for the day, and he even drove me and my toddler the half mile back home. Wonderful and genuine business. This is my shop from now on! Hard to find a trustworthy mechanic

I had my rotor, breaks and calipers replaced at CarLine. They did an excellent job and they were nice enough to take a video in the middle of the process to show me the work they had done. My beginning of the year 2021 was horrible, I thought it was a bad lifter, I took my 2016 Ford Mustang to another shop they found several other things, and said my engine was scrap. I was so lucky I took it to Carline Complete Auto repair after my friend recommend the shop to me and Joe took the time and effort to see to if I would be able to get back on the road ASAP, they were able to address the issues and changed out the block and explained thoroughly what caused the fail in the engine and what they were going to do, I am proud of their work and professionalism that got me back on the road!! Carline auto is the one stop shop that I get all my car repairs at. I went in to get lower control arms replaced, while receiving my car back I noticed my brand new tires swooped out for used ones ... had to leave van there so he had plenty of time and I didn’t notice it tell the next day ...HE GAVE ME 2 BOLD TIRES IN THE FRONT ... just unbelievable... My car was struck by a Diesel on Easter morning. I had deep dents and scraps on the side door. I was desperate for help so I took my car to multiple shops everyone wanted to charge all these outrage prices. They also said It was mandatory that I purchase a new door and that would cost anywhere between $1,400-$2000. So my co worker told me about Carline and how they did an awesome job on her car. I was nervous at first but I had a great feeling about this company. I dropped my car off and they called me back within a few days and said it was ready. Let me tell you my car looked AMAZING!! I wanted to cry because the job they did was outstanding I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place the prices are very affordable!!! My daughter came here and wanted them to put on her side view mirror, charged her $45 told her it was broken so it might fall off anyways and it’s not able to be adjusted. literally only pushed the mirror in, no rubber glue, no glue at all. took her money know it’s likely to fall off at any moment should’ve just told her he wasn’t gonna do it because it was broken but took her money anyways. AWFUL!

This guy right here is a life saver,hit a pothole and my car jumped the curve and popped my tire off my rim and knock my rear tire out of place. Called him on a Sunday and he said bring it in,with in an hour my car was up and running. I have been coming to Joes Car Line Auto Repair for years and he has always showed tremendous good customer service. Hes always available, even sometimes on closed days. He has came to the shop plenty of times to do repair work for me on his off days and he was always willing to come and repair. Like today, a Sunday before New Years Eve, he came to do some front bumper work for me that I was satisfied with and I didnt have to wait until after the holidays, which is a huge plus! I love that I came here, because Joe is Amazing. He found problems I been trying to fix for a year, in 2 days. He’s honest, I told him to fix everything and Instead he called me before he did anything. He told me the problem first and then got the ok to move along. He even showed me the old and new parts before installing them. He didn’t even try to break my arm or leg with his prices. 😉 I actually spent less than I thought.
