Ladies never go there alone. I told them it wasnt driving over thirty five miles and wont go in reverse but they said it was a couple sensors so they said they change them but i only received one old and one new when I picked it up and it was doing the same thing so i took it back, so they said they needed to change more sensors before they can fix the transmission problem so I took my truck and left but they got me out of $550.

Bad business! I went based on their advertising for $50 recharge air conditioning. Got there they provided the service. I go in to pay, guy behind counter asks did it work? thought that was weird but Im like Uhhh yeah. Why wouldnt it?! I left. Air was running cool. The next day I go to use my air and its warm. Take it back today and they wanted to charge me $125 cause they didnt check for leaks before adding freon to my car. Mind you the guy never gets up from behind the desk to check either. Guess hes the receptionist. POINTLESS! Im not in the business of wasting my money for nobody! Period! And if I put how I really felt about getting played out my money I dont think Google would post it. So Im supposed to spend more money with you after you didnt do the job accurately the first time?! Wait on it. DO NOT GO HERE! DONT DO IT! Ill take my business where they ACTUALLY do work.

Sad to say but we definitely got the short end of the stick. 2014 GMC Terrain needed a new catalytic converter got that job done for $1000 just for us to have to bring it back the next day because the car is louder than ever and the service engine was back on and we were told it was something not reset. The car. Was back to running normal and as soon as the car gets drove again now the rear main seal is pouring oil. I am NOT saying this was the shop’s fault. What I am saying is the dealership just made us aware that all the seals should’ve been replaced just like Bronsons is saying now for another $1000 which we feel if told that we had $2000-$2500 problem we would have traded the car in and used the $2000 for a down payment on a new vehicle. Mechanics should be held at the same standard any other job is by notifying customers if you get a certain issue fixed with your vehicle it’s other parts that need replaced. Before now the service been good getting minor things fixed.

Had them to do a diagnostic they told me I need a motor mounts and everything they say my axle was broke they supposed to do the oil change left my car at 35%. Thats where the oil change its supposed to be at 90 took it to the Cadillac dealership and they only found a couple things wrong didnt need no motor mounts at all no axle broke

Called to get estimate on a service, the options was explained (#1retapping spark plugs hole, #2replace the cylinder head, #3 replace the motor) couldnt be certain without looking. Had my vehicle dropped off by tow truck the same morning. The next day received worse case scenario which I honestly believed was caused by them because it was admitted they tried starting the vehicle which makes no sense because the #6 spark plugs had blown out. I was ok with the estimate so I still decided to let them perform the service since Ive went with them before(The Southfield location) and was fond of prior service. Paid a deposit and received a return date which was 4 days later. Its now a week later than that date and Im unaware of the progress of my vehicle.Update: After 3 weeks I received the call that my vehicle was ready for pick-up and was notified that they discovered a new issue which was a pin-hole leak in my radiator.(Didnt exist when I dropped it off) After talking to the guy in the office I was being shown the leak by the mechanic. It was obvious that the radiator had experienced a dent because it was bent instead of straight. After showing the guy in the office he said he was unaware he hadnt seen it and he said hell take care of it. Picked up my vehicle the next day and feeling as if I need to take it to another shop because its a little hesitant at take off.

This place is AMAZING I stopped in to have some seat covers placed in my SUV that I ordered only because the instructions that were provided were not easy to understand. I stopped at another auto shop on 8 mile that shall remain nameless was very rude and stated that they couldnt help me. But the manager at Bronson Auto saw to it that I was taken care of I was highly recommend this place to anyone thanks again I will be back!!!!!

Its great knowing I can count on Bronsons repair service whenever our cars have a problem. They are reasonably priced, knowledgeable, and dependable.I took my sons car in for repair. The service was very timely and professional. I have recommended this shop ever since.

They like to overcharge women and make you come back after they mess something up on the car. Then try to charge more for theyre negligence.

Great customer service. The manager has a sense of humor... he will tell you an outrageous price at 1st but will be more responsible after he sees the shock on your face. I received same day service and they even took me to work and picked me up for one of the repairs. I would recommend this place again.

I took my car to Bronsons Car Care yesterdaybecause my car wouldnt start, and they gave me an estimate of $704.00 for a major tune up for my 1991 Geo Tracker. Then they told me that the computer in my car could be dead, but couldnt give me a price!I had my vehicle towed to another shop in the city, and they got my car started in 10 minutes! It was the fuel pump. As a Pastor and a Police Officer Im telling everyone that I know not to do business with Bronsons Auto Care, because they are a Fraud and a Rip off!

I will NEVER go to this shop again.This shop will frequently double the cost of parts, and charge an exhorbitant amount for labor.All of these variables would not be that bad if the repair would stand the test of time.I had to have them replace the same hub bearing three times in one month.Once the warranty was up the hub bearing went bad for a fourth time, I took my vehicle to another shop and the bearing has lasted longer than it had behind all the Bronsons repairs combined times 6 so far.

This place is a rip off. They charged me $200 for a diagnostic. Go to Detroit Auto on Wyoming and Margareta if you want an honest mechanic.

I feel that when mechanics see a woman walk in...they give them extremely high quotes for a job. I had three lights on in the car. They quoted me 180 +for a diagnostic test. I thought that was extremly high. I then went to another place and was given a ECMtest and reset and service damaged sensor on D/S front wheel for $90. All of the lights are off now. I been to Bronson several times but today will be my last time dealing with them. Beware

Rip offs! I had a blowout, Had all the kids with me, low on cash, and no jack. They said the tire guy went home so they couldn’t sell me s tire but they charged me $10 to put my donut on. Hope that guy sleeps good tonight.

I went there for rattling, they told me a had a coolant leak. After they fixed my coolant leak, my car seemed to be getting hotter than it was before.I went back up there with lots of attitude. They were first very patient with me. I appreciate that. They checked all that they could check to find the problem, kept me informed about what they saw, didnt see, and what they could do. And made me feel completely comfortable and confident in them again. I didnt feel like they were jyst after my mkoney because they didnt speak numbers to be at all. They just made sure I left with a better attitude.

They put a control arm on my car & said they did an alignment. My car rides worse than it did before I let them touch it.. How can you put on a control arm & alignment when the wheel baron needed to be replaced? TERRIBLE PLACE!

My engine light was on.They charge me $800 dollars to fix the problem I paid them. I drove my car 4 block the engine light came back on and started shaking.They then told me to give them $1200 more to fix the problem or they will just give me half of my $800.00 back. The manager said take it or leave it!They are thugs with guns 🔫 I was bully out my money I felt my life was in danger.RUN RUN 🏃... DONT TAKE YOUR CAR TO BRONSON!!!! THEY ARE TROUBLE.

Got my car repaired here... instead of them telling me they arent experts in foreign cars, they sheared off original nuts and bolts and did a makeshift job... my car broke down on the side of the road... had to pay an additional $900 somewhere else to get the original parts plus the damage the was caused

I had previously called them before to see how much a front wheel alignment on my car would cost, they told me a price but when I go there to see if they can do it, they dont have an alignment machine so theres no way they could do it. 😒😒
