2 counter guys helping another customer ( who had no idea what he was doing). I only needed a caliper- quick in and out. A 3rd employee was stocking shelves. I understand it needs to be done. But after about 15 minutes someone might have said Let me get this guy real quick. Or maybe Hey Fred, can you get this guy real quick? I left with nothing. Likely will never return. I had been there many times when it was Mikes Auto Parts and never experienced this. Life is too precious to give my business to folks who obviously do not value it.

How is it this place is called Value Plus when their more expensive than Autozone, Advance & several other places. Waterpump at Autozone is $49...theirs is $81 before tax. I dont see the indication of Value in the business name...im only understanding the Plus.Maybe next time.
