I took my 98 tahoe to get duals when i got the truck back something was banging so i took it back when i got there to get my truck they had to boost it changed starter took a minute to figure out they swapped out my battery i have a warranty on the battery still but its gone

Got cHarged $50 to get my rim barley fixed. Went down the street paid $30 to get it fixed right. I wouldn’t recommend Universal to anyone when it comes to this. Terrible!

I got my stud replaced on passenger tie rod on the left side a used tire for the driver side and new lug nuts on the passenger side they replace the stud on but they did not tighten up my lug nuts. Im on the freeway doing 65 and my front end starts shaking. And my brake shield is rubbing on the passenger side. After spending $210.

Horrible experience. They are very unprofessional. Took my tire in for a rim crack repair for one crack. They call me the next day saying they couldnt fix it after 24 hours of looking at it!! I recommend DO NOT I repeat DO NOT go to this shop. There are plenty of shops around the area for a cheaper price and better job.

Was referred there my my brother and the service was excellent. Sam the owner was very helpful and told me what I needed and the price was excellent.

I must say I’m Impressed. They’re really honest and fair. After my car was placed up in the air and checked out they showed me the problem. They told me I needed a gasket that seats between the manifold and the exhaust pipe. Keep in mind, I’ve gone to two other creditable auto repair shops and they told me I needed to replace the manifold$$$. Ali the owner and his younger brother were honest. In addition, I was quoted a price and they stuck to it. I’ll recommend them to everyone I know

Took my car to this shop on Saturday, paid for repairs the same day. Was told to drive it for about an hour and I should notice the change. Well, they returned the car with no repairs made, but had no problem taking my money!!. Told me to bring it back tomorrow.

Charged me $35 just to put my car up in the air to do a visual check??!! Need I say more?? smh!Of course was told it counts towards the balance, but at that point I didnt feel comfortable Id get the best price anyway.Maybe I was just unlucky, but nevertheless I got the work done elsewhere- and with more confidence for $40 bucks less than their quote.

Very suspicious. Both me and my brother took our cars up there to be fixed. I went to get a wheel alignment and my brother had a leak in his steering line. After I got my car back, I noticed that my car drove even worse then it did before. They claim it was because I needed a ball joint. But my brother noticed that my car was making a new sound when we came from there and now his car is making a new sound. Very shady.

Please get out and look at your tries first..dont trust what they tell you...they almost got me too pay 25 dollars for a tire patch when all i needed was a 15 dollar plug..and i think that is so high to pay for a plug...or patch...i told him last year i bought a whole tire from him for 35 dollars and now a patch is 25 dollars and a plug is 15.... WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON WITH THESE PRICES. I might as well wait to next pay add 25 more dollars and buy a brand new tire...this is so wrong....YOULL NEED TO CUT IT!!!!.

This shop will ROB!!!! you blind they do not warranty their work. They will charge you for Labor to fix the same thing over and over again. Every worker will give you a different price quote for the same job. They have no price chart posted!!!!! Be Aware of the friendly personality that is all fake to get into your pocket. If you are a female pulling up for service all they see is $$$$$ signs.

I have been coming hete for a few years and this year I went to have my rims and tires put on for the summer . After they was finished I took my car to have my wheels balanced and noticed every rim had deep scratches on every rim . I have been to the shop 2 times and called plenty more. The owner is never there and the response I got today from the shop is oh well your GONNA have to fix it YOURSRLF to me thats not the way to run a business. I understand people make mistakes we are all human but as adults and business owners we must do better . SMH to disappointed

These guys charged $50 for an oil change (for a Toyota Corolla) and didnt even change my oil filter. When they finished i couldnt even leave for another hour because some walk in parked behind me and the guys here started working on his car behind mine. Dont come here unless you wanna get scammed.

I have had many tires replaced by this shop always had a good experience. I recently had a two tires replaced and one of the workers admittedly damaged a piece on the tire but insured he fixed it.. The next day the tire went flat and it was due to the piece the workers was supposed to fix. They tried to charge me for the replacement which I felt was not the fault of my own..I spoke to the owner Ali and he had everything taken care of for me no cost. I was at work and my girlfriend had to take car of the issue at the shop but Ali was very understanding and apologetic. This is why I only go to three shops in the are and I will continue to tell ppl to go here. This is a good tire shop!

Paid$ 310.00 to have wrong parts put on car didnt do all the work wrote on invoice go to another shop to find all this out. Had to have work they supposedly done done over they suck out of money and upset please take your business elsewhere
